Objective To investigate the current status of occupational hazards and prevention and control of occupational ， - Methods ， diseases in micro small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in Jiangxi Province. A total of 1 034 micro - small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research subjects using a stratified cluster sampling method. The exposure of occupational hazards and the implementation of occupational hazards prevention and Results ， control measures were investigated. Among the 1 034 enterprises the small and micro enterprises accounted for ， 91.5%. The enterprises with serious occupational hazards were mainly concentrated in metallurgy building materials industry ， and machinery equipment and electrical appliance manufacturing industry. The exposure rate of occupational hazard factors in ， ， （ vs the categories of occupational hazard factors from high to low was physical factors dust and chemical factors 78.9% 52.8% vs ，P ） （ ）， ， 25.0% <0.01 . The exposure rate from high to low was metallurgy and building materials industry 60.8% machinery （ ）， ， equipment and electrical equipment manufacturing industry 42.9% light industry textile and tobacco processing industry （ ）， ， （ ）（P ） 32.0% chemical petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry 21.0% <0.01 . Noise exposure accounted for 98.3% in the workers exposed to physical factors. The implementation rate of prevention and control measures for occupational hazards ， in enterprises from high to low was the staffing of occupational health management personnel the establishment of ， ， occupational health management institutions the establishment of occupational health management systems the detection ， ， of occupational hazards the evaluation of the control effect of occupational hazards of construction projects and the - （ vs vs vs vs vs ，P ） pre evaluation of occupational hazards of construction projects 32.5% 25.7% 23.7% 16.2% 6.9% 4.2% <0.01 . Conclusion The focus of prevention and control of occupational hazards in manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province is noise ， - and dust in small and micro metallurgy and building materials industry. Most of the micro small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises have not carried out the detection of occupational hazards and evaluation of occupational hazards in accordance with the law. The situation of occupational disease prevention and control is still challenging.

This investigation is to explore the feasibility of applying reverse docking method to the selectivity studies of protein kinase inhibitors. Firstly, a database that consists of 422 protein kinase structures was established through collecting the reported crystal structures or homology modeling. Then a reverse docking based method of protein kinase target screening was established, followed by the optimization of related parameters and scoring functions. Finally, seven typical selective kinase inhibitors were used to test the established method. The results show that the selective targets of these inhibitors have relatively high scoring function values (ranking in the first 35% of the tested kinase targets according to the scoring function values). This implies that the reverse docking method can be applied to the virtual screening of kinase targets and further to the selectivity studies of protein kinase inhibitors.

The implantation of an intravascular stent has become a widely used minimally invasive treatment for coronary heart diseases due to its minimal invasiveness and high efficiency.But the long-term outcomes are often compromised by in-stent restenosis (ISR),which severely restricts its practical effectiveness.In this paper,the formation mechanism of ISR was discussed,and the effects of mechanical environment on ISR were analyzed from the view of solid mechanics.The research progress of stent expansion in vessels with 4 different shapes,including straight vessel,tapered vessel,bifurcation vessel and curved vessel was reviewed.Moreover,the correlations between vessel stress and vessel shape change caused by stent expansion and ISR were reviewed.Finally,based on the influence of different vessel shapes on stent expansion,a multi-objective optimization design method was proposed to improve the stent expansion performance and reduce the occurrence of ISR.

Objective To study the effects of rapamycin on cell growth and cell cycle in CNE-1 and CNE-2 cells. Methods Growth inhibition effect of rapamycin on CNE-1 and CNE-2 cells were assessed by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay. Morphological alterations of the cells were observed by microscope. Cell cycle and cell apoptosis were analyzed by FCM. The expression of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR)was analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Results The growth of CNE-1and CNE-2 cells was inhibited significantly by rapamycin dose-dependently. FCM showed that CNE-1 and CNE-2 cells at 48 hours after rapamycin ( 150 nmoL/L) treatment were arrested in the G0/G1 phase of cell cycle. However rapamycin treatment did not significantly induce apoptosis of CNE-1 and CNE-2 cells (P ＞0. 05). RT-PCR showed that rapamycin significantly inhibited mRNA expression of mTOR in CNE-2 cells (t = 10. 625 ,P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusions Rapamycin inhibits the growth of CNE-1 and CNE-2 cells by inhibiting the progression of cell cycle, which could be achieved through decreaseing the expression of mTOR.

OBJECTIVETo study the changes in expression and activity of protein phosphatases type 2A (PP2A ) during differentiation of NB4 and NB4-MR2 cells induced by all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA), and evaluate the role of PP2A in MR2 resistance to ATRA.

METHODSATRA, okadaic acid (OKA) and ATRA + OKA at the same dosage were incubated with NB4 and MR2 cells respectively. Wright's staining and NBT reduction test were employed to evaluate the change in the cells. The CD11b expression was measured by flow cytometry. The activity of PP2A was evaluated by serine/threonine phosphatase assay system, and the level of PP2A subunits was detected by Western blot.

RESULTS1) Wright's staining, NBT reduction test and flow cytometry results showed OKA could augment the differentiation of NB4 induced by ATRA, and OKA + ATRA induced slight differentiation of MR2 cells. 2) Phosphatase assay showed a decrease in PP2A phosphatase activity [(534 +/- 43) pmol x min(-1) x microg protein(-1)] in NB4 after ATRA treatment, accompanied with that activity [(959 +/- 83) pmol x min(-1) x microg protein(-1)] in untreated NB4 cells. OKA enhanced the inhibitory effect of ATRA on the activity in NB4. When OKA + ATRA was incubated with MR2, PP2A in the cells was significantly decreased [(229 +/- 23) pmol x min(-1) x microg protein(-1)]. 3) Western blot analysis showed that the level of PP2A catalytic subunit (PP2A/C) was decreased during the course of ATRA-induced NB4 cell differentiation, whereas expressions of every subunits of PP2A in MR2 cells were somewhat unaltered.

CONCLUSIONExpression of PP2A/C and activity of PP2A is decreased during differentiation of NB4 induced by ATRA, and no repression of the PP2 activity maybe related to MR2 resistance to ATRA.

OBJECTIVETo explore the feasibility and safety of transtracheal assisted sublingual approach to totally endoscopic thyroidectomy by studying the anatomical approach and adjacent structures.

METHODSA total of 5 embalmed adult cadavers from Chengdu Medical College were dissected layer by layer in the cervical region, pharyngeal region, and mandible region, according to transtracheal assisted sublingual approach that was verified from the anatomical approach and planes. A total of 15 embalmed adult cadavers were dissected by arterial vascular casting technique, imaging scanning technique, and thin layer cryotomy. Then the vessel and anatomical structures of thyroid surgical region were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Three-dimensional visualization of larynx artery was reconstructed by Autodesk 3ds Max 2010(32). Transtracheal assisted sublingual approach for totally endoscopic thyroidectomy was simulated on 5 embalmed adult cadavers.

RESULTSThe sublingual observed access was located in the middle of sublingual region. The geniohyoid muscle, mylohyoid seam, and submental triangle were divided in turn in the middle to reach the plane under the plastima muscles. Superficial cervical fascia, anterior body of hyoid bone, and infrahyoid muscles were passed in sequence to reach thyroid gland surgical region. The transtracheal operational access was placed from the cavitas oris propria, isthmus faucium, subepiglottic region, laryngeal pharynx, and intermediate laryngeal cavit, and then passed from the top down in order to reach pars cervicalis tracheae where a sagittal incision was made in the anterior wall of cartilagines tracheales to reach a ascertained surgical region.

CONCLUSIONTranstracheal assisted sublingual approach to totally endoscopic thyroidectomy is anatomically feasible and safe and can be useful in thyroid gland surgery.

OBJECTIVETo explore the satisfactory rate in patients with body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) after cosmetic surgery.

METHODSWe designed a questionnaire to investigate the postoperative satisfactory rate in patients with BDD and without BDD.

RESULTSThere was significant difference in postoperative satisfactory rate between patients with BDD and without BDD.

CONCLUSIONThe patients with BDD have a lower satisfactory rate, which is even worse after repeated surgery.
