Contents in orthopaedic are independent relatively and finding out the internal relations during them is helpful to improving the effect of orthopaedic teaching.Transfer theory is important tools for clinical teaching practice, and finding out the common characteristics between the orthopaedic chapters is primary for the theory. This research focuses on the following fields:fractures, nerve injury, infection, tumor and deformity. After the common characteristics between these chapters were analyzed and discussed,we concluded that the transfer theory is helpful in orthopaedic teaching practice, especially for students' comprehension and memory, but still we should avoid some negative effects in teaching process.

To explore the effective components represented by fingerprint contributed to allelopathic effect of different Salvia miltiorrhiza aqueous concentration on seeds and seedlings of radish, grey relational analysis was used to establish the chromatography-efficacy relation. The results show that 15 peaks devote high allelopathic contribution to radish seeds and seedlings. The study will provide a new concept for allelochemicals screening and study.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bitongling Granule medicated serum on rabbit articular chondrocytes cultured in vitro. Methods:Bitongling Granule(2ml/kg) was given to New Zealand rabbits for 3 days for preparation of containing serum.Rabbit.chondrocytes were divied into Bitongling Granule groups of different concentrations, blank serum group, experimental control group and anti-bone capsule group. To observe the change of nitric oxide synthase and superoxide dismutase in all groups. Results:Bitongling Granule can reduce the activity of NO and increase the level of SOD in sera. Conclusions:Bitongling Granule can prevent and cure experimental osteoarthritis, which is related to the decrease of NO and activation of SOD.

Objective To study the mechanisms of Re Bi granule on treating RA.Methods Make SD maleness rats Adjuvant-Induced Arthritis(AA)which was derived by Freund's complete adjuvant(CFA)as investigation object.Make Wang Bi granule as positive control medicine, and divide it into six groups(blank group, model group, control group,Infusion of Re Bi granule high dose group and midst dose group and low dose group).Observe Re Bi granule's influence and mechanism to synovial cell apoptosis and T cell subsets. Results Re Bi granule could distinctly heighten synovial cell apoptosis ratio of AA rats, heighten CD8+cell's number and reduce CD4+cell's number, lower CD4+/CD8+ ratio, adjust T cells for two-way.Conclusion Re Bi granule not only is an effective treatment way for rheumatoid arthritis, but also can improve the abnormal immune status.

ObjectiveTo explore the resilience and mental health of recruits during training, and to investigate mutual prediction of resilience between mental health and psychological stress to provide the scientific evidence for the mental health training and psychological selection of recruits.MethodsConnor-Davidson resilience questionnaire ( CD-RISC),symptom checklist ( SCL-90 ),psychological stress self-evaluation test ( PSET),satisfaction with life scale (SWLS),positive and negative affect scale (PANAS) were applied to 650 recruits in 2011 before starting training and after two months of training. Results ① Chinese recruits had good resilience, and the CD scores of pre-and post-test were (61.60 ± 14.36) and (61.41 ± 14.55 ) respectively.②Mental health (SCL-90) of two tests were good in recruits.③ Correlation analysis showed that the same premise of phase correlation, resilience (pre-test) could significantly predict mental health (post-test) ( β =0.070,P < 0.05 ),mental health ( pretest) could not predict resilience (post-test) (β =0.015,P > 0.05 ).Resilience (pre-test) could significantly predict psychological stress (post-test) ( β =0.075,P < 0.05 ),psychological stress (pre-test) could not predict resilience (post-test) (β =0.017,P > 0.05 ).④ Compared with high resilience group,low-resilience group of recruits had higher total score of SCL-90 and psychological stress and less positive emotion, more negative emotion and lower life satisfaction.ConclusionThe recruits training have good resilience.Resilience of recruits have predictive ability to mental health, psychological stress during training.

Objective To evaluate long-term efficacy of microwave hyperthermia combined with chemoradiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) with cervical lymph node metastasis. Methods A total of 154 patients with stage N2 or N3 NPC ('92 staging system) were randomized into two groups:microwave hyperthermia combined with chemoradiotherapy (Group A, 76 cases) and chemoradiotherapy alone (Group B, 78 cases). Both of the two groups received 1 -2 cycles of chemotherapy of cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil, followed by conventional radiotherapy of 70 - 78 Gy in 35 - 39 fraction to the nasopharynx and 68 -72 Gy in 34 - 36 fractions to the neck. Group A received microwave hyperthermia to the metastatic cervical nodes at the beginning of radiotherapy. The hyperthermia was given as 45 min every time, twice a week for 8 - 14 times totally. Results The 5-year complete response rates of cervical lymph nodes in group A and B were 97% and 77% (x2 = 14. 24,P<0. 01). The distant metastasis rates in the two groups were 37% and 44% (x2 = 0. 73, P > 0. 05). The disease-free survival rates were 51% and 21% (x2 = 15.91, P <0. 01). The 5-year overall survival rates were 59% and 41%, respectively (x2 = 5.09, P < 0. 05).Conclusions For patients with stage N2 or N3 NPC, microwave hyperthermia combined with chemoradiotherapy can improve the complete response, disease-free survival and overall survival.
