Objective: To evaluate the application value of large flat-panel multifunction digital machine in digestive system. Methods: Exam the gastrointestinal tract and biliary with dynamic detector, and then observe its advantages and disadvantages. Results: All the 13 gastrointestinal cancer lesions and 15 inflammatory lesions were shown clearly, including mucosa. Biliary tomography found two small stones, which were undetected by the general X-ray photography. The excellent rate of the photo was improved to 98%. Conclusion: The advantages of the flat panel detector include the wide range of display, clear image of digital pulse fluoroscopy spot film, the improvement of the diagnostic accuracy and the reduction in radiation dose. The disadvantage is that it is more inconvenient than the remote cradle gastrointestinal machine in rotating the position of the patient.

With data support from abundant research ,epithelial growth factor receptor ( EGFR) signaling pathway is associated with radiotherapy resistance .EGFR inhibition has become one of methods to increase radio-sensitivity.As the first EGFR monoclonal antibody developed by China and Cuba ,nimotuzumab demonstrates its distinct clinical characteristics and has been extensively explored in head and neck cancer , esophageal cancer , high grade glioma .This article mainly reviews the present situation and recent advances on the radiosensitivity re -search of nimotuzumab .

Objective With the increasing of the CT examination, the dose of x-ray has been brought to public attention. For the sake of making the MDCT technology better applied, available optimal technology has to be used to reduce the x-ray dose to the patients. Methods Many optimal technologies were involved in, such as ECG modulation, cardiac bowtie, 3D dose modulation, compact geometry design, electron collector and speed 4D CARE dose. Results The result of the research showed that the dose of scanning x-ray of CT could be decreased sharply by using optimal technologies. The Q2 values was the standard which could well evaluate the quality of the CT′s images and the dose of x-ray. Conclusion The quality of images and the dose of x-ray can′t be separated, which must be quoted together.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the expression of zinc finger E-box binding homebox 1 (ZEB1) in the prepuce of hypospadias children and its relationship to the incidence of hypospadias.

METHODSPrepuce tissues were collected from 37 children aged 6-15 months undergoing hypospadias repair and 11 age-matched controls receiving circumcision. Based on the position of the urethral meatus, the hypospadias cases were classified as severe (n = 13) and mild-moderate (n = 24). The mRNA and protein expressions of ZEB1 were determined by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.

RESULTSThe expression of the ZEB1 protein was remarkably higher in the severe (100% [13/13]) and mild-moderate hypospadias patients (75.0% [18/24]) than in the controls (9.1% [1/11]), with statistically significant differences between any two groups (P < 0.05). RT-PCR showed the integrated density value (IDV) of the ZEB1 mRNA expression to be (0.67 ± 0.21), (0.81 ± 0.24), and (1.55 ± 0.29) in the control, mild-moderate, and severe hypospadias patients, respectively, significantly higher in the severe hypospadias than in the control and mild-moderate hypospadias groups (P < 0.05), but with no significant difference between the latter two (P = 0.64).

CONCLUSIONThe expression of ZEB1 is significantly increased in hypospadias patients, and its upregulation is positively correlated with the severity of hypospadias, which suggests that the overexpression of ZEB1 may contribute to the development of hypospadias.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of acute inhalational metallic nickel poisoning and its treatment effect.Methods Data including epidemiology,clinical features,laboratory tests,imaging examinations,therapy protocol as well as prognosis were collected and analyzed.Results Thoracic CT scan of all patients demonstrated as bilateral diffuse infiltration.Nickel concentration in both blood and urine were high in all patients and the concentration was positively associated with poisoning severity.All 4 patients received glucocorticoid treatment,2 of whom with acute respiratory distress syndrome were admitted to ICU to initiate mechanical ventilation and were given sodium dimercaptopropanesulfonate.All patients survived to hospital discharge.Conclusions Acute inhalational metallic nickel poisoning is uncommon and early symptoms are inconclusive.The blood and urine nickel concentration is helpful to judge the severity of the disease.Pulmonary diffuse infiltration is the main clinical feature.Glucocorticoid,chelation therapy as well as symptomatic treatment are effective therapies to relief disease severity.

Objective To explore the clinical value of renal dynamic imaging and urinary N-acetyl-?-D-glucosaminidase(NAG),apoptosis DNA fragment(ADF) in evaluating the damage degree of hydronephrotic kidneys(HnK) in children with hydronephrosis.Methods Level of glomerular filtration rate(GFR) was detected in 41 children with congenital hydronephrosis by renal dynamic imaging,and urine NAG,ADF in pelvis in HnK and healthy kidneys (as controls) were detected by enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay(ELISA).Patholo-gic changes of HnK in 41 children were graded intoⅠ~Ⅴ according to Elder standard. And GFR,urinary NAG and ADF of HnK were divi-ded into subgroup according to pathologic changes ,at the same time statistical analysis was performed within each groups. And the correlations of pathologic grades with GFR,urinary NAG and ADF of HnK were analyzed.Results 1.Kindneys GFR in healthy kidneys and Hnk were (174.33?20.43)?10-3 L/min,(143.86?17.51)?10-3 L/min respectinely,and there was significant difference between healthy kidneys and Hnk (P0.05).3.There was significant negative correlation between GFR levels of HnK and pathologic grades(r=-0.814 P0.05).Conclusions For hydronephrotic kidneys,urinary NAG can eva-luate impaired nephric tubule whereas renal dynamic imaging may evaluate the damage level of glomeruli;urine ADF may not indicate the damage level of diseased kidneys in children with congenital hydronephrosis.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) on perceived stress and mental state of patients with in vitro fertilization.Methods:83 cases women who were assisted reproduction with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were selected as research objects.All the subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group.Patients in the control group were given routine comprehensive nursing intervention,while the observation group was given MBSR intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of self rating depression scale (SDS),self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Chinese perceived stress scale (CPSS) before and after the intervention in the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in SDS score,SAS score and CPSS score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The scores of SDS,SAS and CPSS in observation group after intervention were (43.53± 4.89),(42.38± 4.34) and (27.53± 4.89),which were lower than (57.96± 7.30),(56.42± 5.49),(37.96± 7.30) before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores ofSDS,SAS and CPSS in control group after intervention were (51.13± 5.52),(51.13± 5.52) and (31.13± 5.52),which were lower than (58.83± 7.28),(56.45± 5.51),(38.83± 7.28) before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).And those scores in were lower in observation group than in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:MBSR intervention can effectively improve the anxiety,depression and perceived stress of patients with in vitro fertilization,which is helpful in improving the success rate of IVF-ET,and it is worthy of clinical application.

Subsequently the pYES2-P12 vector was transformed into S. cerevisiae YS58 by LiAc to produce the recombinant yeast YSS8-12. It was indicate that the recombinant yeast YSS8-12 could converse xylose to ethanol with the xylose consumption rate of 81. 3%.

Purpose/Significance To provide reference for the information technology laboratory management in universities and col-leges of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Method/Process The paper focuses on the main problems faced by information technology laboratory management in universities and colleges of TCM,and proposes ideas of informatization path selection based on practices in Hu-bei University of Chinese Medicine.It constructs informatization management system from the following aspects:network foundation of in-formation technology laboratory,terminal protection cloud service,internet of things technology application,laboratory opening,experi-mental teaching resource sharing,etc.Result/Conclusion The informatization management system significantly improves the utilization rate of the laboratory,greatly reduces the personnel cost and time cost.
