2.Building the Curriculum and Content of Special Physical Education Based on the ICF
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;(6):513-516
This research was based on the theory and method of International Classification of Function, Disability and Health (ICF) and looked into the issues of physical function and disability. It tried to explore the purpose, knowledge structure and curriculum of special physical education that met the needs of social development and to restructure the curriculum and content of special physical education. Stu-dents of special physical education should not only master basic specialized knowledge, but also be able to practice theories, so as to better serve all kinds of children with special needs in training, assessment and intervention.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(1):37-43
Bioactive natural products are the material bases of Chinese materia medica resources. With successful applications of synthetic biology strategies to the researches and productions of taxol, artemisinin and tanshinone, etc, the potential ability of synthetic biology in the sustainable utilization of Chinese materia medica resources has been attracted by many researchers. This paper reviews the development of synthetic biology, the opportunities of sustainable utilization of Chinese materia medica resources, and the progress of synthetic biology applied to the researches of bioactive natural products. Furthermore, this paper also analyzes how to apply synthetic biology to sustainable utilization of Chinese materia medica resources and what the crucial factors are. Production of bioactive natural products with synthetic biology strategies will become a significant approach for the sustainable utilization of Chinese materia medica resources.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2017;26(4):334-337
Objective To explore the scanning techniques of piriformis and different ultrasonographic characteristics of normal and abnormal piriformis. Methods A total of 40 cases diagnosed with unilateral piriformis syndrome underwent ultrasonic examination. Then ultrasonic scanning techniques of piriformis were summarized.Contours, thickness and smoothness of epimysium and ultrasonic echo of internal muscle texture of piriformis were compared between the normal and abnormal piriformis. The study was approved by the Third Affiliated Hospital Ethics Committee of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (Approval no.ZSLL-JS-2016-18).Results Interruption of ultrasonic echo of ilium could be considered as ultrasonographic signs for locating piriformis quickly and accurately.Abnormal piriformis in suffering side of patients with piriformis syndrome showed obscure contours and being thicker than the other side [x2 =9.899,P =0.002;(25.81 ± 0.30)mm vs (22.29 ± 0.27)mm,t =13.604,P =0.000].Moreover,there were significant differences in comparing smoothness of epimysium and ultrasonic echo of internal muscle texture of piriformis between the two sides(x2 =23.226,P =0.000;x2 =54.848,P =0.000).Conclusions Interruption of ultrasonic echo of ilium may be an important sign for locating piriformis.Ultrasound can display piriformis clearly and distinguish ultrasonographic images of normal piriformis accurately from abnormal piriformis, which can be taken as an basis imaging for clinical diagnosis of piriformis syndrome.
6.A Review on Relations Between Pathogenicity and Melanin of Plant Fungi

Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
Melanin is formed by oxidative polymerization of phenolic compounds, basically different kinds of melanin come from different organisms.DOPA melanin and DHN melanin have same physical and chemical characters although they have different biosynthetic pathway.DHN melanin is common in plant fungi and plays an important role on infection. The melanin accumulates in the fungal cell walls and prevents organic and inorganic molecules penetrating out, that insures appressorium's pressure and infection ability. This paper has reviewed the kinds and characters, especially discussed the role of melanin during pathogen infection based on our some research.

AIM To study the therapeutic effects of Deketoprofen trometamol (D KPT) on adjuvant arthritis (AA) and its side effects on gastroduodena. METHEDS The change of primary and secondary inflammatory and the injury effect of gastroduodena treated with D KPT were observed. The effect of D KPT on prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2) produced by peritoneal macrophage (PM) on AA rats in vitro was also observed. RESULTS D KPT (2 5, 5, 10 mg?kg -1 ) significantly inhibited primary inflammatory, secondary inflammatory and multiple arthritis of AA rats. D KPT(10 -8 ,10 -7 ,10 -6 ,10 -5 ,10 -4 mol?L -1 )inhibited the elevated PGE 2 released from PM of AA rats in vitro . D KPT (10 mg?kg -1 ) significantly injured gastroduodena on AA rats, but the degree of injuries was less than that of ketoprofen (KP) (10 mg?kg -1 ). CONCLUSION D KPT has therapeutic effects on AA rats, and its injury effect on gastroduodena is less than that of KP.

The chromatographic fingerprint was established by eluting with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2% formic acid water on an Agilent TC-C18 (2) column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm). Six chromatographic peaks were identified by HPLC-MS/MS method. Ten batches of Glycyrrhizea Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle were determined, and the similarity was arranged from 0.72 to 0.99. Good precision, stability and repeatability were obtained, and this study provides a reference for the quality control of Glycyrrhizea Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
AIM To study the pharmacokinetics of AZT in mice by encapsulation in liposomes Containing galactosylceramide (GalCer). METHODS AZT was encapsulated in liposomes containing GalCer and the pharmacokinetics of AZT-GalCer and free AZT were observed in mice. RESULTS Higher concentration of AZT in mice injected AZT-GalCer was found in plasma after 30 min and it was ten times as high as in mice injected with AZT. On the other hand, Ke decreased significantly from 0.037 to 0.021 h -1 , T_ 1/2 Ke increased significantly from 19 min to 35 min, and AUC was 2.77 times as high as in mice injected with AZT. CONCLUSIONS AZT-GalCer serving as a dilivery carrier could prolong the effective concentration of AZT in plasma. AZT-GalCer might have great therapeutic potential for treating AIDS.-

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2009;25(2):197-199
The human resistin expression vector was constructed and transfected into cells to observe its effects on glucose uptake in adipocytes, cell proliferation and differentiation. The results suggested that human resistin impaired glucose uptake in adipoeytes via stimulating proliferation of preadipocytes and suppressing adipocyte differentiation.Metformin reversed the inhibition imposed by resistin on adipogenesis.
