Objective To analyse the microvascular density(MVD) and CD44v6 expression in uterine cervical squamous carcinoma to evaluate their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining (LSAB method) by using antibodies against CD 34 and CD44v6 was performed on archival specimens of 50 cases of human uterine cervical squamous carcinoma and 10 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results MVD was greater in metastatic tumors than that in nonmetastatic tumors and normal control. Objective To evaluate the changes and clinic countermeasures of cough and expectoration in the patients with lung cancer after airway stent placements. Methods With the fibrobronchoscope, metal stents were placed in tracheas, main bronchia or right intermediary bronchia. It was compared that the degrees of cough and expectoration difficulties, the volumes and mucin content of sputa and lung functions before the placements, within 3 d and 1 to 2 months after operation. Results Within postoperative 3 days, the patients coughed more frequently, but VC, FEV_(1) and PEF were improved significantly. In postoperative 1 to 2 months, the degrees of cough were close to preoperative degrees, lung functions kept on improved conditions, but expectoration difficulties, volumes and mucin contents of sputa increased markedly, especially in the patients with tectorial membrane stents. Proper stents and reasonable treatment including use of antitussive, apophlegmatisant and antibiotics could decrease the degrees of cough within postoperative 3 days, and expectoration difficulties, volumes and mucin contents of sputa in postoperative 1 to 2 months. Conclusion To the patients with malignant central airway constriction, metal stent placement would improve ventilative functions but bring difficulties for cough and expectoration. The side complications would be relieved through corresponding treatments.

Objective To analyze the effects and experience of ideological and political education through inquiring students' satisfaction on it,and to strengthen innovation and efficiency. Methods Five hundred and fifty university students were chosen by random.Through anonymous questionnaires,information on attention and satisfaction of ideological and political education about educate by all staff,campus culture,psychological status,and extracurricular activities were acquired.Results More than 56% of the students thought who impressed them most were the professional teachers;and 75.64% of them would ask friends for help when they were facing difficulties.And 44.91% considered study as the main resource of pressure,although the other 39.09% chose the career perspective.Then,57.45% were willing to take part in the meaningful activities after class,though the study was tough.And 45.45% hoped it would be a great progress on extracurricular activities;74% would take part in entertainment,and on the other hand 68.55% chose volunteer;and 87.72% interested in learning psychological knowledge. Conclusion It is important to strengthen and develop ideological and political education among students in the university.And attention should be paid to the innovation and efficiency of the education.

Objective To evaluate the effect of peer educatio n program by the application of the peer education on human immunodeficiency vir us/aeguired immune deficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS) prevention and the analysis of the change on knowledge, attitude and behavior about HIV/AIDS among technical sc hool students in Shanghai. Methods Three technical schools in Shanghai were selected randomly. Two classes of each school were selected randomly as education group and the students added up to 284.Two hundred and sixty-one students of another 2 classes in each school were selected as the interior control group. Some freshmen came from medical un iversity were carefully trained as peer educators to conduct the education inclu ding 6 models. The same questionnaires were carried before and after the educati on in both groups. Results After peer education the score of average knowledge abo ut reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, STD was significantly higher than before (P 0.05). Conclusions The conduction of the peer education on HIV/AIDS pr evention among technical school students is effective in promoting the knowledge level,but the change of attitude and behavior is a long term. So we highly adv ocate that not only the health education for HIV/AIDS especially safe sex shall be given and strengthened among technical school students in order to promote t he notion of self-protection but also the conception of care others especially t he HIV/AIDS. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fissure for ligamentum teres hepatic (LTH) approach in hepatectomy.Methods The method of cross-sectional study was adopted.The clinical data of the 85 patients undergoing hepatectomy through fissure for LTH approach who were admitted to the West China Hospital of Sichuan University from February 2009 to December 2013 were collected.Among all the 85 cases, there were 61 of hepatocellular carcinoma, 12 of intrahepatic bile duct stones, 6 of bile duct cellular carcinoma and 6 of metastatic hepatic carcinoma.The operations involved dissecting fissure for LTH, dealing with portal vein, hepatic artery and bile duct inside the fissure, lowering the hepatic portal, mutilating hepatic parenchyma, and undergoing the hepatic left lateral lobectomy, left hemihepatectomy, mesohepatectomy, hepatic left and/or right trisegmentectomy.Operation method, operation time, volume of intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood transfusion, postoperative drainage-tube removal time and complications were recorded.The follow-up including recurrence and metastasis of tumor and survival of patients was conducted by outpatient examination and telephone interview up to August 2015.Measurement data with normal distribution were presented as (x) ± s.Measurement data with skewed distribution were presented as M (range).The survival rate was caculated by Kaplan-Meier method.Results The 85 cases of hepatectomy were successfully completed through fissure for LTH approach, including 19 cases of hepatic left lateral lobectomy (9 with hepatocellular carcinoma, 6 with intrahepatic bile duct stones, 1 with bile duct cellular carcinoma, 3 with metastatic hepatic carcinoma), 20 cases of left hemihepatectomy (8 with hepatocellular carcinoma, 5 with intrahepatic bile duet stones, 4 with bile duct cellular carcinoma, 3 with metastatic hepatic carcinoma), 5 cases of left hemihepatectomy + caudate lobectomy (3 with hepatocellular carcinoma, 1 with intrahepatic bile duct stones, 1 with bile duct cellular carcinoma), 14 cases of meso-hepatectomy (14 with hepatocellular carcinoma) and 27 cases of hepatic left and/or right trisegmentectomy due to hepatocellular carcinoma (15 of hepatic left trisegmentectomy and 12 of hepatic right trisegmentectomy).No perioperative death occurred.The median operation time was 280 minutes (range, 95-430 minutes).The median volume of intraoperative blood loss was 450 mL (range, 200-3 200 mL).There were 18 cases of intraoperative blood infusion.The postoperative peritoneal drainage-tube removal time was 3 days (range, 2-5 days).Eleven patients with postoperative complications recovered after symptomatic conservative treatment, including 6 with lung infection, 4 with peritoneal effusion and 1 with abdominal infection.There was no case of intra-abdominal bleeding, bile leakage or hepatic failure.No patient died within 1 month after operation.Seventy-nine patients were followed up for a median time of 38 months (range, 18-53 months) with a follow-up rate of 92.9％ (79/85).The 1-year overall survival rate and l-year disease-free survival rate were 79.0％ and 65.0％, and the 3-year overall survival rate and 3-year disease-free survival rate were 56.0％ and 34.0％, respectively.Conclusion Hepatectomy through fissure for LTH approach is safe, effective and easily operable, with a good short-term outcome.

Objective To assess the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in evaluation of the renal cortical and medullary perfusion changes before and after acute renal failure (ARF) in rabbits. Methods Rabbit ARF models were established with intramuscular 50% glycerin (12-15 ml/kg) injection into rabbits' thighs. One day before and after ARF models establishment, CEUS was performed on each rabbit. The renal perfusion time-intensity curve (TIC) was analyzed, including parameters like AT (arrival time), TTP (time to peak intensity), A (amplitude of peak intensity), AUC (area under the curve), β (slope rate of TIC) of renal cortex and medulla. Results The value of A and β before model establishment was (17.36±13.73) dB and (5.38±2.08) dB/s, respectively, both was significantly higher than those after glycerin injection ([6.59±4.25] dB and [1.58±1.41] dB/s, respectively) (P<0.05). The value of TTP and AUC before model establishment was (2.46±1.76) s and (329.31±171.70) dBs, both was significantly lower than those after injection ([5.93±4.80] s and [722.28±354.14] dBs, respectively) (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in AT of renal cortex and AT, A, TTP, AUC, β of renal medulla, nor in SCr or BUN. Conclusion CEUS can display the changes of perfusion image of the renal cortex of the ARF earlier than SCr and BUN.

Objective　To investigate the effect of ipratropi um bromide and atropine on airway mucin hypersecretion in the chronic bronchiti s model of rats. Methods　The model was established by intratrac heal instillation of small dose of lipopolysaccaride (200 μg) ipratropium bromi de and atropine were administrated 3-21 d after the model was established. Patho logical changes, mucin in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and tracheal ring culture medium were examined before and after the adnsinistration of iprat ropium bromide and atropine. Results　Characteristic pathologica l manifestions of chronic brochitis were found after instillation of LPS. Sig nificant decrease in the number of tracheal epithelia goblet cells, secretion of mucin were observed in ipratropium bromide and atropine treated rats. The eff ect of inhibiting the secretion of mucin of ipratropium bromide was higher than atropine. Conclusion　It suggests that muscarinic acetylcholine receptor plays an important role in airway mucin hypersecretion in chronic bro nchitis model of rat. Ipratropium bromide exhibit a stronger inhibition effect on mucin hypersecretion than atropine, moreover no inhibition effect on mucocil iary clearance which was observed in atropine.

Objective:To study the enhancing effect of bFGF-targeted antisense phosphorothioate oligonucleotide (APO)on the chemosensitivity of human laryngeal squamous carcinoma cell line Hep2 to Doxorubicin,5-Fluorouracil, and Cisplatin.Methods:bFGF-specific APO was designed,constructed and transfected into Hep2 cells with jetPEI (polyethyleneimine).Expression of bFGF mRNA was evaluated by semi-quantitative RT-PCR after transfection;immuno- cytochemical method was used to examine the expression of bEGF expression before and after transfection of Hep2;the in- duction of cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry;cell proliferation was then analYzed by MTT assay after treatment with bFGF-specific APO or chemotherapeutic drugs,or a combination of both.Results:bFGF-specific APO inhibited the growth of Hep2 cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner,with the peak inhibitory rate being 25.5%.The expression of bFGF mRNA and protein decreased by 52.0% and 41.1%,respectively.The apoptosis rate of Hep2 cells was 20.5% after transfection,bFGF-specifie APO reduced the 50% inhibitory concentration of Doxorubicin,5-Fluorouracil,and Cis- platin in Hep2 cells by 75.5%,83.5% and 65.4%,respectively.Conclusion:bFGF-specific APO can enhance the chemosensitivity of Hep2 cells,which paves a new way for potential biologic chemotherapy of laryngeal squamous carcino- ma.

Objective To study the clinical significance and changes of plasma nitric oxide (NO) and cyclic adernosine monophosphate(cAMP)/cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP) ratio in children with asthma.Methods NO,cAMP,cGMP levels and changes of cAMP/cGMP in 40 asthmatic children in acute attack stage and restoration stage and in 23 health children were measured by nitric acid reductase method and radioimmunoassay.Results 1.the amount of NO 3-/NO 2-in the plasma of asthmatic children in acute attack stage was obviously higher than that in restoration stage and in normal control group(P0.05);6.the results of linear correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations between plasma NO 3-/NO 2- and plasma cGMP levels in acute attack stage (r=0.401 P

Objective To analyze the efficacy of electric sacral neuromdulation and resiniferatoxin in patients with female overactive bladder.Methods 32 cases with IOAB female patients accepted percutaneous test sitmulation of the electric sacral nerves at S3 ,and treated by intravesical instillation with 100ml of 100nmol/L RTX.The effica- cy of voiding status were evaluated.The improvement of female patients life were evaluated comparing the rating of depression and anxiety.Results There were significant improvements in 32 cases in variables included the number of voiding,volume voided and signs every day and urgent uresis.In the rating of depression and anxiety,the patients improved a litter and still had stimulating symptom in urethra and bladder.Conclusion The treatment of IOAB with single administratoon of electric sacral neuromdulation and resiniferatoxin is effective,and can successfully im- prove the symptom with little side effects.
