Objective To explore a new method for the therapy of vascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods The recombinant Ad-huVEGF 121 was implanted into the necrotic femoral head. The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (huVEGF 121 ) was examined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical techniques. Angiogenesis was observed by histomorphometric analysis and blood flow of femoral head was observed by SPECT. Results The expression of huVEGF 121 was detected in the femoral head transfected with the huVEGF 121 gene. The femoral head transfected with the huVEGF 121 gene showed a significant increase in angiogenesis and blood flow of femoral head after gene transfection. Conclusion Transfection of the VEGF 121 gene enhances angiogenesis of bone tissue and blood flow of necrotic femoral head.

This paper reviewed benefit and risk of myopathy and rhabdomyolysis in statins with guide and following the medical evidence. The chemical structure of statins is closely related to the effect and heterogeneity of the drugs. The use of statins including atorvastatin, rosuvastatin can give patients more clinical benefit when strengthen to low blood lipid. Although rosuvastatin in statins is strongest, but presence of sulphonamide group resulted in the increase of its toxicity, It show that rosuvastatin risk for rhabdomyolysis was significantly higher than that of atorvastatin statins by foreign evidence. Therefore, the patients following with multiple risk factors need to use caution with the choice of rosuvastatin. Recently rosuvastatin causing myopathy and rhabdomyolysis cases in the world has increased, It should arouse the attention of clinical. Clinical pharmacists should focus more on pathophysiological state, interaction, drug genome science to proceed, so we can summarize and analyze the occurrence regularity, and investigate its mechanism in order to protect the safety of patients with medication. It can help clinical pharmacists to take responsibility for the uprising.

· AIM: This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of anterior lens capsule inclusion in combined trabeculectomy and cataract surgery in preventing scar formation of the filtering bleb in rabbit model.· METHODS: Twerty-Four eyes (12 rabbits) with glaucoma model were studied, anterior lens capsule inclusion in trabeculectomy with the small-incision cataract surgery were performed on all right eyes (experimental group) and no implants were applicator in trabeculectomy with the small-incision cataract surgery on all left eyes (control group). These operated eyes were followed up from day 1 to 6 months postoperatively. Intraocular pressure (IOP) was measured and filtering blebs were observed after surgery. Other main outcome measures: cornea、conjunctiva、formation of the anterior chamber, anterior chamber depth、inflammatory reaction、achievement ratio of operation and complications were analyzed. On week 1, 2, 4, 12 and 24 after surgery the animal were killed in batch. Tissue was harvested from the bleb area and was made pathological section. HE staining、light microscope and micro photo analysis technique were applied to observe the cytological and histopathologic characteristics of the filtering tunnels.· RESULTS: There were significant differences between the two groups on IOP (1, 2, 4 weeks)、filtration bleb, achievement ratio of operation and complications. In experimental group, at the first month postoperatively, anterior lens capsule absorption started with inflammatory characteristics. The peak of inflammatory reaction occurred 1 week after operation and all the cells in the filtrating tunnel disappeared 6month after surgery. The fibroblast proliferation in control group occurred at I week and the filtrating tunnel closed with angiogenesis at 1 month after surgery. Fibroblast proliferation started 1week after surgery with no statistical difference during the time course (P ＞0.05). Significant statistical differences were observed by comparing the fibro blasts numbers per unit area in the filtrating tunnel in experimental group and those in control groups (P＜0.05).· CONCLUSION: Anterior lens capsule was totally absorbed at 6 months postoperatively. Anterior lens capsule inclusion in trabeculectomy with cataract surgery can possibly control intraocular pressure effectively, long-term sustainability of functional filtration bleb, inhibition of the proliferation of fibroblasts and opening of the filtrating pathway in the experimental animal models were satisfied. Compared to the control group, anterior lens capsule application has less complication.

Objective To Discuss the effect of surgical treatment from enteral and parenteral nutrition that in perioperative period of hepatolithiasis patients who taking hepatectom.Methods Retrospective analysis 55 cases who taking hepatectomy treatment in Fuling Central Hospital of Chongqing City from March 2011 to March 2015,all elective operations.According to the different nutrition support methods in perioperative period,randomly divided into enteral and parenteral group (n =25) and parenteral nutrition group (n =30).Results The postoperative complication rate and recovery time of bowel function in patients with enteral and parenteral nutrition,it was better than parenteral nutrition group (28 ％ vs 40％),[(4.50 ± 0.50) d vs (5.50 ± 1.00) d],the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Before and after operation in two groups of body mass index [(22.10 ± 1.80) vs (22.30 ± 1.70)],prealbumin impovement [(130.00 ± 45.00) mg/L vs (124.00 ± 55.00) mg/L],albumin impovement [(35.50 ± 2.72) g/L vs (36.50 ± 2.70) g/L],had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Enteral and parenteral nutrition in perioperative can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients and the effect of surgical treatment.

BACKGROUND:Vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can result in many complications, such as bone cement leakage and adjacent-level fractures.
OBJECTIVE:To verify the possibility of biodegradable mesh-like microporous polymer bal oon for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
METHODS:Biodegradable mesh-like microporous P(DLLA-CL) bal oons were fabricated by electrospinning technique. Coated bal oons with the same specification was fabricated by coating P(DLLA-CL) onto the same mould. Morphology of the bal oons was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The bal oon leakage was observed by eyes after the injection of water or cement. The initial strength and stiffness were measured by a universal testing machine. The proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cel s on the bal oons was determined by laser confocal microscope and cel counting kit-8 assays. The biodegradation of bal oons in simulated body fluid, porcine pancreatic lipase, and fresh human serum was studied by residual weighing and scanning electron microscopy observation. Burst pressure of bal oons was measured after the bal oon was placed into a hole in the vertebral bone. For the in vitro calcium release tests, the bal oons were fil ed with calcium cement, tied, placed into 6atm ultrapure water, and then the calcium concentration was regularly determined.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Mesh-like microporous bal oons presented with good fiber morphology, thickness distribution, and the presence of pores;on the coated bal oon surface, there was absence of specific morphology and porosity. Compared with the coated bal oon, the mesh-like microporous bal oon showed better mechanical properties, liquid permeability and burst pressure, to prevent leakage of bone cement and promote osteoblast adhesion and proliferation. In addition, the degradation of the mesh-like microporous bal oons was more uniform and stable than the coated bal oons, which may increase the calcium concentration in the injured vertebrae and wil be beneficial to the new bone growth and fracture healing.

Objective To investigate the risk factors and patterns of radiation induced gastroduodenal complications in patients with pancreatic cancer following tomotherapy (TOMO) using endoscopy.Methods Patients with pancreatic cancer who were treated TOMO in Air Force General Hospital from February 2010 to May 2015 were collected.All patients underwent endoscopic examination before and after radiotherapy.The radiation injuries were observed,and factors influencing radiation-induced gastroduodenal complications were analyzed.Results The median time of gastroscopy after radiotherapy was 1 month,radiation gastritis and duodenitis were 41 cases (58.6％),radiation gastric and duodenal ulcers were 30 cases (42.9％),and hemorrhage 7 cases (10.0％),scar formation 3 cases (4.3％),6 cases (8.6％) had newly developed gastric retention,and 4 cases (5.7％) had newly developed gastric varix.Univariate analysis showed that relieving jaundice and radiation protection (amifostine) were associated with the development of radiation gastric ulcers (x2 =4.186,P =0.041;x2 =5.679,P =0.017).Conmon terminology criteria for adverse events (CTCAE) ≥2 was associated with the development of radiation duodenal ulcers (x2 =3.960,P =0.047).Mean dose (Dmean) ＞ 13.39 Gy and Dmean ≤13.39 Gy gastric ulcers rates were 25.0％ and 9.1％,respectively (AUC =0.740,P =0.048).Conclusion The TOMO induced gastroduodenal injury in patients with pancreatic cancer is frequent.Relieving jaundice is the protection of radiation gastric ulcer.Dmean ＞ 13.39 Gy is independent predictive factors for radiation gastric ulcers.Patients after TOMO should be examined by endoscopy early.

Objective The rapid development of radiation equipment has put forward higher requirements for protective facil -ities.The aim of this study was to research the radiation protection status of treatment equipment room in thirty -three medical units from East China area , and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of radiation protection . Methods The li-cense and archival of X-ray machine, CT, gamma knife, accelerator, after loading therapy machine were surveyed in the thirty-three medical units .The engine room size , wall thickness , lead equivalent of protection doors , and leakage level of equipment were detec-ted.All the data were evaluated and analyzed on the basis of the corresponding national standards . Results ①The inspection pass rates of radiation treatment equipments in the first class hospitals were afterloader (100%), X-ray apparatus(99%), gastrointestinal machine(98%), CT(98%), medical processing accelerator (98%), gamma knife(97%), DSA(94%), PET-CT(94%), ECT (90%), dental engine(84%)and molybdenum target drone (84%).The inspection pass rates of radiation treatment equipments in other class hospitals were medical processing accelerator (100%), X-ray apparatus(91%), CT(89%), gastrointestinal machine (80%), DSA(80%) and (80%) gamma knife.②The qualified rates of the leakage radiation levels of radiation therapy , diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine were 100%, 99% and 97%. Conclusion The radiation protection of treatment equipments and facilities in thirty-three medical units from East China area needs to be strengthened . We should strengthen supervision , implement the rules and regulations , strictly perform the regulation of radiation protection evalua-tion, and strengthen the training of radiation protection regulations and skills .

Objective:To compare the Alzheimer's disease model in two species of mice by intracerebroventricular injection of β-amyloid peptide 25-35(Aβ_(25～35)).Method:The step down test and Morris water-maze were used to investigate the influence of the mice's learning and memorizing ability after intracerebroventricular injection of β-amyloid.Results:Normal Kunming mice and BALB/c mice had no significant difference in step down test, but the space cognitive ability of Kunming mice was better than that of BALB/c mice. The learning response in step-down test and Morris water-maze is no influence in male, female BALB/c mice and female Kunming mice. Marked differences were observed in male Kunming mice in acquisition, performance and reversal of a place learning response in a Morris water-maze.Conclusion:The male Kunming mice is much better than female Kunming mice and male, female BALB/c mice in preparing Alzheimer's disease animal model by intracerebroventricular injection of Aβ_(25～35), and is the most suitable animal in this experiment.
