Objective To discuss the technical specifications of current high-frequency electrotome detection,to avoid the hidden danger of high-frequency electrotome power detectors,and to measure the leakage current of different kinds of highfrequency electrotome accurately.Methods The power and leakage current of the high frequency electrotome were measured by FLUCK QA-ES Ⅱ high frequency electrotome analyzer.The safety of the two methods was compared before and after the improvement of the power measurement.Four parameters of leakage current were repeatedly measured with the ways of high frequency earthing and high frequency isolation respectively.The maximum measurement of leakage current was recorded.Results The improved connection method was safe in the power measurement.For the high-frequency electrotome in the model of high frequency earthing,the values of leakage current were restrained within the range of error with two ways of monopolar loading operation electrode and neutral electrode.For the high-frequency electrotome in the model of high frequency isolation,the values of leakage current were limited within the range of error withtwo ways of monopolar empty operation electrode and neutral electrode.Conclusion The improved high-frequency electrotome power detection method is safe for detectors.The data obtained from the leakage current detection method using the national standard correction method reflect the actual state of the high-frequency electrotome,when the electrotome with earth as the reference is used to detect the leakage current with loading or the insulated electrotome is applied to measuring the leakage current with no loading.

The reform and practice on teaching approaches of microbiology integrated case-based study,heuristic teaching,interaction teaching,comparison expression teaching and inductive learning was explored,which was contraposed the education aims of independent college and student's trait,and combined to the fact of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute.The result of practice showed that student enthusiasm for study was mobilized,and better results in teaching were got by applica-tion of diversiform teaching approaches.

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical and epidemiological value of semi-quantitative regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF)imaging in children with school phobia. Methods A total of 20 cases diagnosed with school phobia were examined with rCBF.Twelve were males and the other 8 were females.The mean age was(14.2?2.1)years(11-18 years).Semi-quantitative analysis methods were used to investigate the correlations among gender,age and rCBF. Background Oxidative stress-induced apoptosis of human lens epithelial cells (LECs) is associated with c-Jun N terminal kinase (JNK) pathway.Quercetin possesses the antioxidation by inhibiting the JNK pathway.However,whether quercetin can protect LECs from the oxygen-induced damage is still not proved.Objective This study attempted to invatigate the effects and its mechanism of quercetin against hyperbaric oxygeninduced LECs apoptosis. Methods Human LECs line SRA01/04 was cultivated and passaged in MEM medium containing 10％ fetal bovine serum and 0.5％ non-essential amino acids for 2 hours,with or without 20 μmol/LSP600125 or 1 μmol/L quercetin prior to exposure to hyperbaric oxygen.Each exposure session remained 6 hours in 99％ O2 and 1％CO2 with a pressure chamber at 588 kPa.The viability of human LECs was detected by MTT.Cell apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometer using Annexin V-FITC apoptosis detection.The expression of JNK/p-JNK,c-Jun/p-c-Jun,caspase 3 and caspase 9 were detected by Western blot. Results LECs viability (A570 ) was 0.835 ±0.082,0.450±0.083,0.654±0.079,0.649±0.090 respectively in the blank control group,hyperbaric oxygen exposed group,hyperbaric oxygen+SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen+quercetin group.The A570 in the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group was significantly lower than the blank control group ( P =0.000),but those in hyperbaric oxygen + SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen+quercetin group were significantly higher than the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group ( P =0.003,0.002 ).The numbers of apoptosis cells were 3.17 ±0.74,19.77 ± 1.44,8.45 ±0.93,7.79 ±0.78 respectively in the blank control group,hyperbaric oxygen exposed group,hyperbaric oxygen+SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen+quercetin group.Apoptotic LECs were significantly increased in the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group compared with the blank control group ( P=0.000),but those in the hyperbaric oxygen+SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen+quercetin group were significantly reduced in comparison with hyperbaric oxygen exposed group (both P=0.000).In additional,expressions of p-JNK,p-c-Jun,caspase 3 and caspase 9 proteins in the cells were elevated in the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group compared with the blank control group (all P =0.000 ),however,those in the hyperbaric oxygen + SP600125 group and hyperbaric oxygen + quercetin group were declined when compared with the hyperbaric oxygen exposed group( all P＜0.05 ). Conclusions JNK pathway is involved in the apoptotic procedure of human LECs induced by oxygen stress.SP600125 and certain concentration of quercetin can interdict the JNK signal pathway and endogenous apoptosis of LECs and further alleviate hyperbaric oxygen-induced damage of LECs.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of whole-period psychiatric rehabilitation on outpatients with schizophrenia.Methods90 outpatients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the study group and control group with 45 cases in each group. All cases in two groups received pharmacotherapy, but cases of study group were added with whole-period psychiatric rehabilitation. Assessments were performed before and after study. All subjects were evaluated with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS).ResultsThe outcome of the study group was significantly superior to the control group on overall improvement according to the reductions of BPRS score, Anergia factor score, thought disturbance factor score, suspiciousness factor score and SDSS score(P<0.05-0.01).ConclusionThe whole-period psychiatric rehabilitation may play an important role in controlling symptoms and improving social function to outpatients with schizophrenia.

Objective To investigate the strategies of nutritional therapy for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) patients.Methods Two hundred and eight patients with SAP were randomly divided into early enteral nutrition (EEN) group,late enteral nutrition (LEN) group and total enteral nutrition (TPN) group.EEN group received enteral nutrition through nasojejunal tube feeding within 72 hours in the course of disease,LEN group received the same treatment after 6 d in the course of disease,TPN group received total enteral nutrition.The index of nutrition,incidence of complication were recorded,efficacy and safety were analyzed.Results EEN group included 67 cases,while 72 cases in LEN group and 69 cases in TPN group.The incidence rate of malnutrition after 14 d of treatment in EEN group and LEN group was significantly lower than that in TPN group [59.7％ (40/67),58.3％ (42/72) vs.84.1％ (58/69),P ＜0.05],but the difference between EEN group and LEN group was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia among three groups (P ＞ 0.05).The expression level of albumin,prealbumin and retinol-binding protein after 14 d of treatment in three groups compared with those before treatment and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The expression level of albumin,prealbumin and retinol-binding protein after 14 d of treatment in EEN group and LEN group compared with those in TPN group and the differences were statistically significant (P＜ 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between EEN group and LEN group (P＞ 0.05).The incidence rate of total infections,abdominal infections,bloodstream infections,secondary superinfections in TPN group were significantly lower than those in EEN group and LEN group [62.3％(43/69) vs.25.4％ (17/67),19.4％(14/72) ;21.7％(15/69) vs.4.5％(3/67),6.9％ (5/72);39.1％(27/69) vs.14.9％(10/67),11.1％(8/72) ;33.3％ (23/69) vs.9.0％ (6/67),9.7％(7/72),P ＜ 0.05],there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of peripancreatic infections,lung infections among three groups (P ＞ 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of total infections,different infections between EEN group and LEN group.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of noninfections among three groups (P ＞ 0.05).The rate of recovery in EEN group and LEN group was significanby higher than that in TPN group [91.0％ (61/67),94.4％ (68/72) vs.81.2％ (56/69),P ＜ 0.05],but the difference between EEN group and LEN group was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition therapy for SAP patients is safe and effective,and could significantly improve the prognosis of patients.

Objective To optimize the formulation of metoprolol succinate ( MS) controlled release pellets by central composite design-response surface methodology .Methods MS sustained-release pellets were prepared using sugar pellet cores as starter beads , ethyl cellulose as coating materials and MS itself as a pore former .The formulation of MS sustained-release pellets was optimized by a central composite design with two factors at five levels .These two factors ( two independ-ent variables) were the pore former level and coating level , and the evaluated indexes ( namely dependent variables ) included the in vitro cumulative release percentages of MS at 1, 4, 8, 12 and 16 h, respectively.Results and Conclusion The results of mathematical equation fitting suggested that the second-order quadratic model was the optimal fitting equa-tion.According to the response surfaces , the optimum values at the pore former level and coating level weve ranged from 16%to 18%and 20% to 25%, respectively .The in vitro cumulative release percentage of MS from the pellets at 1 h reached 9.15%,which consequently eliminated the lag phase in the initial release period and exhibited a good sustained-release effect.Central composite design-response surface methodology can be applied to optimizing the coating formulation for MS sustained release pellets .
