Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(04):-
[Objective]To find the relationship between total content of salvianolic acids and single compound by comparing the determining method of colorimetery with HPLC.[Methods]To respectively research the methodology, then compare the contents by different extracting methods with raw material from different regions.[Results]The two methods were reliable, the contents had the positive relationship.[Conlusion]The content of total salvianolic acids or sal B could be determined and deduced by only one method.
3.Research on the Technique of Tea Saponin Purified by Macro-reticular Resin
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(04):-
[Objective] To observe the effect of tea saponin purified by macro-reticular resins, optimize the technique conditions.[Method] To screen the best macro-reticular resin in terms of adsorption rate, capacity and desorption rate.Orthogonal test was used to observe the effect of pH,time, concentration and volume ratio of resin to solution on adsorption.[Result] YWD01G2 was best resin for adsorption. Its optimum conditions were pH6~7,time 8h,concentration 0.05g/mL,ratio 1:1.5.The saponin content reached 82.3% in elution of 50% ethanol.[Conclusion]Saponin content could be significantly promoted by macro-reticular resin adsorption. The technique was brief and practicable.
4.Gene expression profile during early period of smooth muscle cell proliferation in macroangiopathy in diabetic rats with spontaneous hypertension
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
Objective:To establish the gene expression profile during early period of smooth muscle cell(SMC) proliferation in macroangiopathy in diabetic rats with spontaneous hypertension. Methods: Spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) were taken as control and a hypertensive diabetic rat model was established by streptozotocin(STZ) injection in SHR.The total RNAs were obtained from intima-media of thoracic aortas in 1-week,2-week and 4-week hypertensive diabetic rats separately. The mRNAs from SHR and hypertensive diabetic rats were reversely transcribed into the cDNAs.The 2 probes were then hybridized to the cDNA microarray containing 4 096 full length genes from rats. After high-stringent washing, the cDNA microarray was scanned and analyzed by computer image analysis.Bioinformatic analysis of altered gene expression was performed to find out the possible genes related to diabetic macroangiopathy. Results: A total of 321 genes were screened out in 1-week hypertensive diabetic rats, with 160 genes down-regulated(ratio2-fold);414 genes were screened out in 2-week hypertensive diabetic rats with 128 down-regulated and 176 up-regulated;and 403 genes were screened out in 4-week hypertensive diabetic rats with 202 down-regulated and 201 upregulated. The effective genes were divided into 8 groups by cluster analysis.Thirteen known genes were up-regulated in all 3 kinds of hypertensive diabetic rats, among which CD74,Irf1,GAP43 and CD36 had a steady increase and were related to cell proliferation.Furthermore,CYP2E1 gene was obviously up-regulated(ratio for the 1-week rats was 34.54,2-week was 24.82,and 3-week was 33.57).Conclusion: The gene expression profile based on cDNA micrioarray can be used for screening genes related with diabetic macroangiopathy. It is found that CYP2E1 might be an important gene responsible for proliferation of SMC in diabetic macroangiopathy.
5.The highlights in stress urinary incontinence
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(3):332-335
Stress urinary incontinence is a common and frequently disease among middle and old women. However,it did not cause enough attention by patients. In recent years, people have learned more about incontinence mechanism, and designed some tension-free vaginal tape operation. Those operations have showed excellently effects. We introduce some highlights about stress urinary incontinence to help reader understand the disease, such as operation principle, influencing factors about surgery, indications, concomitant disease and surgical treatment for failure cases, etc.
6.Clinicopathologic analysis of 3 patients with metaplastic thymoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2015;27(10):677-679
Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics of metaplastic thymoma. Methods The histological features and immunophenotype of three cases with metaplastic thymoma were studied, and the literatures were reviewed. Results There were 2 females and 1 male of 3 patients with 45, 52 and 40 years old, respectively. All tumors were characterized by a biphasic pattern composed of epithelial components and spindle cells. The epithelial areas consisted of anastomosing cords and islands or broad trabeculae of cohesive neoplasia cells. Some epithelial cells showed mild cytologic atypia, the presence of prominent nuclear grooves or pseudoinclusion body, and very low mitotic activity. The cells appeared bland and a fine nuclear chromatin pattern, and the mitoses were not found. The epithelial cells were diffusely and strongly positive for AE1/AE3.The spindle cells were diffusely positive for Vimentin. The Ki-67 fraction was low (<5 %) in both components. Conclusions Metaplastic thymoma is a rare primary thymic epithelial tumor, and its biologic behavior is likely benign or lowly malignant process.Occasionally, the tumor invades adjacent tissue or recurrence. With complete tumor resection, the patients have good prognosis. The diagnosis of metaplastic thymoma mainly relies on its morphologic features and immunohistochemical profiles.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(06):-
Objective: To study the main components of polyphenols from the root of Adina rubelle Hance. Methods: Water extract from the root of Adina rubelle Hance was extracted with acetic ester, then separated by silicage column with differentiation by thin-layer chromatography.Thirdly, the purified fraction was analyzed by GC-MS.Results: Two components were purified, they were catechins compounds. Conclusion: Polyphenols from the root of Adina rubelle Hance were mainly consisted of catechins.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2007;0(01):-
Randomly divide the said patients into 2 groups,32 cases in treatment group treated with head skin and abdominal acupuncture, body acupuncture for the control group of 28 cases. The result shows the cure rate is 56.25% for treatment group,37.5% for control group.By comparison,P
9.Inflammatory mediators in necrotizing enterocolitis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(5):476-478
Necrotizing enterocolitis ( NEC) is a common neonatal emergency and severe case. It is a se-rious threat to the neonates. Apoptotic signal transduction pathway can be classified into extrinsic apoptotic path-way,the intrinsic apoptosis pathway and endoplasmic reticulum pathways. Inflammatory mediators can induce apoptosis in intestinal epithelial cells through the three ways mentioned above. It plays an important role in the development of NEC,which might be important for the pathogenesis of NEC.
