1.Comprehensive Intervention on Internet Addiction of Middle School Students

Objective: To explore the effect of psychotherapy in treating middle school students with IAD (internet addiction disorder). Methods: 23 cases of middle school students with IAD had been treated by cognitive therapy or behavior therapy. The IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale were used to evaluate the effect before and after therapy. Results: After therapy, the total scores and most dimensions scores in IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale decreased significantly than that before therapy. Conclusions: Psychotherapy especially cognitive therapy and behavior therapy is an effective in treating middle school students with IAD.
2.Retroperitoneal laparoscopic debridement: experience on 12 patients with retroperitoneal infection

Objective To review our clinical experience on 12 patients with retroperitoneal infection who were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic debridement.Method This retrospective study included 12 patients with retroperitoneal infection who were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic dehridement and drainage.Results All the 12 patients recovered well and were finally discharged home.Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic debridement and drainage for retroperitoneal infection is a mini-invasive procedure.It was found to be safe,produced minimal bleeding and resulted in rapid postoperative recovery.It can be used as the first choice treatment in properly selected patients.
3.Reconstruction intramedullary nailing for treatment of ispsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the curative effect and surigical skills of reconstruction intramedullary nailing in the treatment of ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures.
METHODSFrom January 2007 to January 2013, 13 patients with ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures were treated by reconstruction intramedullary nailing including 11 males and 2 females with an average age of 38.9 yeas old ranging from 25 to 53 years old. For femoral neck fractures,10 cases were basilar neck fracture, 3 were transcervical fractures and according to Garden classification,10 were type II, 2 were type III and 1 was type IV. For feormal shaft fracture, 5 were type I, 4 were type II, 3 were type III and 1 was type IV according to Winquist classification. The location of all 13 feormal shaft fractures were all in the uper 3/4 of the feormal shaft. Complications and postoperative function were recorded and evaluated.
RESULTSEleven patients were followed up for 23.45 months (12 to 36 months). Time from injury to operation was 5.9 days in average. Malunion of femoral neck fracture happened in 1 patient, nonunion of femoral shaft fracture happened in 2 patients. NO femoral head osteonecrosis, infection and malunion of femoral shaft fracture happened. According to Friedman-Wyman classification, 8 cases get good result, 2 get faii and 1 get poor.
CONCLUSIONReconstruction intramedullary nailing is a good choice for the ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures with the advantages of less soft-tissue trauma and complications.

4.Preparation of 131I-K237 and the experimental study on targeting therapy in nude mice bearing human lung cancer

Objective To establish the radiolabeling method for peptide K237 with 131I and investigate the biodistribution and therapeutic efficacy of 131I-K237 on nude mice bearing human lung cancer.Methods Iodogen method was used for labeling K237. The bioactivity of 131I-K237 was tested by human umbilical vein endothelial cell ( HUVEC ) proliferation inhibitory assay and the affinity of 131I-K237 was examined by competition binding studies. Twenty-five mice were divided into five groups randomly, including physiologic saline (group 1), K237 (40 μg) (group 2), 131I ( 11. 1 MBq) (group 3), 131I-K237 (K237 40 μg, 11. 1 MBq) intravenously ( group 4), and 131I-K237 ( K237 40 μg, 11.1 MBq) intratumorally (group 5). Injections were repeated at 15 d after the first injection. The tumor growth inhibition rate was calculated. Student's t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used for testing significant differences of data. Results The inhibition rate of HUVEC proliferation had no significant difference between radiolabeled K237 and unlabeled K237 ( (73.69 ± 5.36) % vs ( 62.68 ± 3.83 ) %, t = 1.67, P > 0.05 ). The growth of transplanted lung cancer was inhibited by 75. 01 % in group 4, 78.99% in group 5, 31.15% in group 2 and 12.61% in group 3, respectively. The average tumor volume of groups 4 and 5 were significantly smaller than that of groups 1,2, and 3 ( F = 15. 233 and 13.611, respectively, P <0. 01 ). Conclusion 131I-K237 can be readily radiolabeled and it can effectively inhibit the growth of tumor in nude mice bearing human lung cancer.

OBJECTIVEAn accurate and reliable analytical method for-simultaneous determination of six active components (scopolin, chlorogenic acid, scopoletin, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid B and isochlorogenic acid C) in plants of Erycibe was developed.
METHODScopolin, chlorogenic acid, scopoletin, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid B and isochlorogenic acid C in the samples were well separated in analytical HPLC by gradual elution with methanol-0.1% formic acid solution. The chromatographic condictions: Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column, flowing rate being 1 mL x min(-1), detecting wavelength at 345 nm.
RESULTGood linearities of scopolin, chlorogenic acid, scopoletin, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid B and isochlorogenic acid C were in the range of 0.026 8-2.68, 0.027 0-2.70, 0.008 1-0.81, 0.018 8-1.88, 0.017 6-1.76, 0.019 6-1.96 μg, respectively (r > 0.999 6). The average recoveries of the six components were 98.1%, 98.7%, 100.8%, 100.4%, 99.7%, 101.1%; the relative standard deviations were 2.67%, 2.86%, 2.62%, 1.98%, 2.76%, 2.19%.
CONCLUSIONThe method is simple, feasible and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of plants of Erycibe.

7.Progress of studies on genetics of childhood acute leukemia.

This study on determination of leukemia-specific chromosomal abnormalities and their relationship with prognosis of childhood acute leukemia (AL) had an important significance for childhood acute leukemia. In recent years, the efficacy of treatment of childhood AL has been greatly improved, but relapse is still a main factor affecting prognosis. Treatment based on the risk stratification by cytogenetic abnormalities can improve the prognosis and survival rate. In the past 3 decades, the genetic techniques have developed rapidly and many new genetic abnormalities have been found. This review highlights the main chromosomal and genomic abnormalities of 3 common childhood AL, including B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL), T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

9.Analysis on 315 cases of clinical adverse drug reaction/event induced by gastrodin.

With patients' general situation, medication use, occurrence time of adverse drug reaction/event (ADR/ADE), clinical manifestations and prognosis as reference items, a retrospective study was made for 315 cases with ADR/ADE induced by Gastrodin in Chongqing from January 2008 to June 2014, in order to analyze the characteristics of ADR/ADE and provide reference for rational clinical medication. The results showed that among the 315 cases with ADR/ADE, 143 cases (45.4%) were males and 172 cases (54.6%) were females, most of them (74.9%) were aged above 45; 60 cases (19.0%) with ADE were caused by off-label indications and 66 cases (21.0%) with ADE were caused by over dosage; ADR/ADE cases induced by intravenous drip mainly happened within 30 min (85.5%), ADR/ADE cases induced by oral administration mainly happened within 2 h (74.4%), and all of ADR/ ADE cases induced by intramuscular injection happened within 10 min. Totally 593 ADR/ADE cases were reported, which were mainly damages in gastrointestinal system, skin and its adnexa; And 61.9% of ADR/ADE cases were newly reported. It is suggested that medical workers shall learn about the regularity and characteristics of ADR/ADE induced by gastrodin, apply it in clinic with standards, pay close attention to changes of patients' situations and attach importance to the monitoring of ADR/ADE, so as to enhance the safety of medication.

10.Osteogenic induction of rabbit's bone marrow stromal cells and transfection of AAV-EGFP in vitro

Objective To evaluate the effects of adeno-associated virus-enhanced green fluorescent protein (AAV-EGFP)on the biologic behavior of rabbit's bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)by means of a simple method of culturing and osteogenic induction in vitro so as to find an ideal viral vector and cell tracing mark for tissue en- gineering.Methods Total bone marrow culture was conducted to obtain rabbit BMSCs which were then induced in the osteogenic direction.The morphology of the cells was observed continuously,and their surface antigen and ossification were detected by alkali phosphatase stain and Von Kossa stain.On the basis of the above results, AAV-EGFP was transfected into the induced cells.The morphologic changes of the cells,the expression time and intensity of fluorescent light were observed.The transfection efficiency was detected to find the best multiplicity of infection(MOI)value.The cell growth curves were drawn to evaluate the biologic effects of AAV-EGFP on the cyto-activity.Results The morphology and purity of the rabbit BMSCs obtained were good.The ossification of the cells was significant after osteogenic induction.The best MOI value was found to be 1?10~5.The expression intensity of fluorescent light was strong with the expression time more than eight weeks so that the fluorescent light could be observed after cell generations.The transfection efficiency of AAV was high without significant biologic effects on the cyto-activity.Conclusions The total bone marrow culture and in vitro cell induction can satisfy the requirements for seeding cells in tissue engineering.AAV is an ideal viral vector for tissue engineering.Transfection of AAV-EGFP to cells could be an ideal method for cell tracing mark.
