1.Anatomic and functional reconstruction of the spinal posterior column after resection of intraspinal neoplasms
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2016;18(6):535-538
Objective To investigate the operative outcomes of anatomic and functional reconstruction of the spinal posterior column after resection of intraspinal neoplasms. Methods From January 2010 through October 2014,we treated 32 patients with intraspinal neoplasm in the spine. They were 18 men and 14 women,13 to 62 years of age (average,38 years). The neoplasm was detected in the cervical spine in 10 cases,in the thoracic spine in 14 and in the lumbar spine in 8.All cases received expansive open door laminoplasty via the posterior approach for resection of the intraspinal neoplasm, followed by replantation and titanium plate fixation for anatomic and functional reconstruction of the spinal posterior column. The neural functional recovery, spinal motion and sagittal diameter of the spinal canal before and after operation, spinal stability and graft fusion were observed. Results The patients were followed up for 3 to 23 months (average,13 months). All the intraspinal neoplasms were completely resected. The Frankel grading of neural functional recovery was improved differently in all the cases.By the final follow-ups,the spinal motion was normal in all the cases, without any significant limitation.Graft fusion and rigid internal fixation were achieved in all the cases.Short-term follow-ups revealed no signs of spondylolisthesis or spinal instability. At the final follow-ups,the 3-D CT reconstruction showed no significant shortening in the sagittal diameter of the same spinal canal before and after operation (P >0.05).Conclusions For intraspinal neoplasm in the spine, the whole vertebral lamina is opened or removed via the posterior approach to resect the neoplasm, followed by reduction of the vertebral lamina and mini titanium plate fixation to reconstruct the anatomy and function of the original spine. This is an ideal way to treat intraspinal neoplasms in the spine.
2.Pay attention to the research hotspots and evidence quality for the diagnosis and treatment of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2015;31(6):521-523
Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) is one of the most common acute optic neuropathy in adult characterized with impaired visual acuity and visual fields. The pathogenesis of NAION mostly result from the interactions between the systemic risk factors (such as diabetes mellitus, night hypotension, hereditary) and the local ocular risk factors (such as small optic disc and vitreo-papillary traction).A fully promoted diagnosis and treatment of NAION are based on the higher levels of clinical cvidence, as well as the comprehensive assessment of relationship between the systemic and ocular risk factors in the pathogenesis of NAION.Secondary optic neuropathy of NAION and the early diagnosis with effective treatment of the fellow eye would be highly emphasized.
3.Ischemia Brain Infarction Apoplexy Sequelae Treated with Head Skin and Abdomen Acupuncture
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2007;0(01):-
Randomly divide the said patients into 2 groups,32 cases in treatment group treated with head skin and abdominal acupuncture, body acupuncture for the control group of 28 cases. The result shows the cure rate is 56.25% for treatment group,37.5% for control group.By comparison,P
4.The highlights in stress urinary incontinence
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(3):332-335
Stress urinary incontinence is a common and frequently disease among middle and old women. However,it did not cause enough attention by patients. In recent years, people have learned more about incontinence mechanism, and designed some tension-free vaginal tape operation. Those operations have showed excellently effects. We introduce some highlights about stress urinary incontinence to help reader understand the disease, such as operation principle, influencing factors about surgery, indications, concomitant disease and surgical treatment for failure cases, etc.
5.Application of the combined radical operation remaining integrality of mandible in patients with tongue carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(11):1826-1827,插二
Objective To investigate the clinical application of the combined radical operation retaining the mandible with one-stage reconstruction using free flap in the patients with tongue carcinoma. Methods The combined radical operation retaining the mandible with one-stage reconstruction using free flap was performed in 39 tongue carcinoma patients. Results Postoperative healing well ,9 cases of recurrernce, the primary of which 5 cases ,4 cases of cervical recurrence, the recurrence of cases in all 3 cases of T3 ,T4 ,6 cas es of cervical lymph node and distant contralateral transfer of 5 cases, includlng 2 cases of T3,T4 of 3 cases after 1 to 3 years. Conclusion The combined radical operation of tongue cancer, passed the stringent selection case, preserve the integrity mandible is completely feasible.
6.Clinical research in treating sagittal fracture of the mandibular condyle
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):83-84,后插3
Objective To research the clinical effect of treating sagittal fracture of the mandibular condyle (SMFC). Methods 20 cases of SMFC patients were treated by removing the severe allotopic broken bone block of SMFC and adopting conservative intermaxillary traction. Results All these patients had no adverse side effects such as secondary infection, limitation of mouth opening, arthrocleisis, occlusion disorder and facial deformity. Following-up from the 8th month to the 4th year indicated that their occluding relation and opening movement recovered well. The CT graphs and panoramic radiographs of operated patients discovered that the injured condylar processes had become roughly proper or a little less proper. Conclusion Reasonably removing the severe allotopic broken bone block of SMFC and adopting conservative intermaxillary traction are the more effective methods to cure SMFC ,which is easy to be grasped and popularized.
7.Long-term follow-up after intracoronary stent implantation
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Intracoronary stent implantation is a safe and effective treatment for coronary artery disease.In-stent restenosis has been significantly reduced by utilization of drug eluting stents. This article reviews the results of long-term follow-up after intracoronary stent implantation and their implication.
