Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(02):-
[Objective]To measure the contents of Nutmeg ether, and its regularity varying with decoction time.[Method]RP-HPLC method was used. The chromatographic conditions were listed below Tigerkin-C18 column(150mm?4.6mm.5?m),amobine phase composed of metranol-0.025mol/L phosphoric acid(70∶30),a flow rate of 1mL ?min-1 and wave lengths was 282nm,column temperature was 25 ℃.[Results]In the range of 0.4?g ~2.0?g,the linear was very well between the content of Nutmeg ether and peak area.[Conclusion] The contents of Nutmeg ether in decoction reached the peak at 2.45min after Nutmeg ether was added in boiling water.
2.DETERMINATIONS OF cAMP, cGMP AND CORTISOL LEVELS IN BLOOD AND cAMP AND cGMP LEVELS IN THE TISSUES OF THE INTERNAL ORGANS IN EXPERIMENTAL SEPTIC SHOCK
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Forty-four mice were used in this experiment. The animal model of septic shock was produced by intraabdomcnal injection of the viable B. coli. The animals were divided into 5 groups. During the course of the development of the septic shock.some of the animals were killed and blood from inferior vena cava was withdrawn for the determination of cAMP, cGMP and cortisol. Tissues from both sides of the adrenal glands, lower pole of the left kidney, left ventricle and right lobe of liver were removed for determination of cAMP and cGMP. The results showed that, during the early stagenof septic shock, the levels of cAMP, cGMP and cortisol were raised, followed by steady lowering of these levels as the shock became more profound.Base on the results of this experiment the author pointed out that the large dose glucocor-ticosteroids may be useful during the early stage of septic shock
3.Research progress of DNA methylation in lens development and cataract
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2017;35(8):747-751
Epigenetics is the study of genomic structural modifications that affects gene expression without DNA sequence change.Epigenetic mechanisms for the regulation of gene expression include DNA methylation, histone modifications, and microRNAs.DNA methylation may contribute to silencing gene expression which is a major mechanism of epigenetic gene regulation.DNA methylation regulatory mechanisms in lens development and pathogenesis of cataract represent exciting areas of research that have opened new avenues for association with aging and environment. This review concludes current understanding of the major mechanisms and function of DNA methylation in lens development, pathogenesis of age-related cataract, secondary cataract and complicated cataract.By understanding the role of DNA methylation in the lens disease and development,it may help to develop a new therapeutic approach to clinical treatment of cataract.
4.A study on the issue of medical morality in modern china society
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
The issue of medical morality got more and more attention in the change of modern china society. It is not just an issue among the medical profession, but also bears the multi-meaning of politics, economics and culture. In the context of cruel environment of modern china society, many problems of medical morality existing among the medical profession were disclosed thoroughly. How to solve these problem concerns the health of public, and the development of china medical. In that time, many china medical professionals managed to put forward strategies to promote the development of china modern medical, which we should use for reference nowadays.
5.MRI Diagnosis of Tethered Spinal Cord Syndrome
Journal of Practical Radiology 1991;0(03):-
Objective To study the MR features and diagnostic value of tethered cord syndrome(TCS).Methods MR findings of 30 cases with TCS were reviewed. All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results In 30 cases, the levels of the tips of the conus were below the middle of L 2 vertebral body.Spinal cords were fixed as result of being drawn.MR findings were as follows:Single thickened and tightened filum terminale(4 cases,13%);Lipoid buld(13 cases,43%);Myeloey stocele(3 cases,10%);Meningcele(4 cases,13%);Tumor in spinalcannal(6 cases,20%) Included neurofibroma (2 cases),dermoid cyst (2 cases) and epidermoid (1 cases),teratoma(1 cases). Conclusion MRI with high soft tissue resolution and mutiple sections imaging is superior to any other imaging means,it can clearly demonstrate the position and shape of the spinal cord conus as well as the associated malformation.
6.Data storage of HIS
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
Hospital information system (HIS) has already become indispensable for modern hospital. Data from it being important for patients and hospitals, their safe storages have been important missions for HIS. The means of storages introduced in detail, two kinds of methods are put forward according to the characteristics of HIS data, which apply SAN and NAS to HIS.

8.Analysis of clinical efficacy of combination therapy of small needle knife and Daqinjiu Tang in treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2013;38(23):4164-4167
In order to explore the clinical effect of combination therapy of small needle knife and Daqinjiu Tang in treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, 118 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were divided into control group (59) and experimental group (59) evenly and randomly. Control group received treatment of small needle knife while experimental group received combination therapy of small needle knife and Daqinjiu Tang. Clinical efficacy, shoulder pain and shoulder function were assessed and analyzed between groups before and after treatments. It was showed that the total therapeutic efficacy of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05, chi2 = 6.781); Shoulder pain and function were improved after treatments for all patients (P < 0.05), but more significantly in experimental group than in treatment group (P < 0.05). It is suggested that there is confirmed therapeutic effects of combination therapy of small needle knife and Daqingjiu Tang in treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, better than utilizing small needle knife therapy alone.

10.Role of HMGB1 in Inflammatory-mediated Injury Caused by Digestive System Diseases and Its Repair.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(4):919-923
High mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), a damage-associated molecular pattern, exists ubiquitously in the cells of mammals. It contributes to maintaining the structure of nucleosome and modulating transcription of gene in nuclei. Extracellular HMGB1 plays two-way roles in promoting inflammatory and tissue repair. Released actively as well as passively following cytokine stimulation during cell death, HMGB1 may act as a late inflammatory factor and an endogenous damage-associated molecular pattern recognized by its receptors. And it may mediate the occurrence, development and outcome of the inflammatory injury of digestive system diseases, such as gastric mucosal injury, inflammatory bowel-disease, liver injury, pancreatitis, and so on. This review mainly concerns the research progresses of HMGB1 in the inflammatory injury of digestive system diseases. At the same time, HMGB1 itself, or as a therapeutic target, can promote tissue repair.
