Objective: To study bacterial and lactobacilli communities in stomach of neonatal piglets from 7 to 35(two weeks after weaning) days of age.Methods: The semi-quantitative Dilution-PCR,PCR-DGGE and sequencing were used to analyze the shifts of stomach total bacterial and lactobacilli community.Results: Stomach pH value was around 3.0 before weaning and increased apparently after weaning.Dilution-PCR showed that bacterial concentration in stomach of piglet was very low before weaning and increased significantly after weaning.The DGGE profiles from total bacteria in stomach showed that the bands of samples before weaning were very simple and the predominant band belonged to high GC bacterium.After weaning,some new predominant bands appeared and the previous high GC bacteria disappeared simultaneously.Sequence analysis indicated that these new bands were Escherichia fergusonii,Escherichia coli,Streptococcus gordonii and Streptococcus suis,all of which were potential pathogens for piglets.The similarity of DGGE profiles from stomach lactobacilli showed weaning stress had no obvious effect on lactobacilli community.Conclusion: Weaning stress could cause stomach pH increase apparently and induce potential pathogens proliferation in stomach of piglets.

This study was carried out to investigate the response of interphase Y chromosome to some drugs and toxins by observing the rate of leukocytes showing Y-body in the peripheral blood. The interphase Y chromosomes of blood leukocytes were stained with quinacrine mustard and the animals used were rabbits, rats and guinea pies. Y-bodies of leukocytes were studied in the animals as well as in man. Changes in positive rate of Y-body in leukocytes and total leukocyte count were observed in the rabbits administered with drug or toxin. The results concerning the rate of Y-body were as follows: 1. Y-bodies were present in the blood leukocytes of the animals. However positive rates in mononuclear and polymorphonuclear leukocytes were lower in animals that in man. The positive rate of Y-body was higher in mononuclear leukocytes than in polymorphonuclear leukocytes in the animals as in man. 2. Bacterial toxins such as typhoid, D.P.T. and cholera vaccines and anticancer drugs such as busulfan and endoxan reduced the positive rates of Y-body both in mononuclear leukocytes and in polymorphonuclear leukocytes. 3. Benzene known as bone marrow toxin reduced the positive rate of Y-body in mononuclear leukocytes, but not that in polymorphonuclear leukocytes. Quinine known as general protoplasmic poison reduced the positive rate of Y-body not only in mononuclear leukocytes but also in polymorphonuclear leukocytes. 4. Antibiotics such as tetracycline and chloramphenicol and steroid hormones such as estrogen, testosterone and prednisolone had no effects on the positive rate of Y-body both in mononuclear leukocytes and in polymorphonuclear leukocytes.

Using computerized analysis of hemodynamics in conscious unrestrained rats, we tested the effects of intracerebroventricular administration of ketanserin (50 ?g), a special 5-HT2 antagonist, on blood pressure (BP), blood pressure variability (BPV), baroreflex-blood pressure control (ABR-BP), and baroreflex-heart period control (ABR-HP). The result are as follows: (1) There was no significant depression of blood pressure after intracerebroventricular administration of ketanserin; (2) Ketanserin could significantly decreased BPV, and enhanced ABR-BP and ABR-HP; (3) The decreasing of BPV was associated with enhancement of ABR-BP, but these changes were no related to the level of BP, indicating that the hypotension induced by ketanserin was not related to the enhancement of ABR-BP; (4) There was no significant negative relationship between ABR-BP and BPV after intracerebroventricular administration of ketanserin.

Objective To analyse the microvascular density(MVD) and CD44v6 expression in uterine cervical squamous carcinoma to evaluate their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining (LSAB method) by using antibodies against CD 34 and CD44v6 was performed on archival specimens of 50 cases of human uterine cervical squamous carcinoma and 10 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results MVD was greater in metastatic tumors than that in nonmetastatic tumors and normal control. The expression of CD44v6 was higher in metastatic tumors than that in nonmetastatic tumors and normal control. MVD and CD44v6 expressions were significantly related to lymph node metastasis(P

0.05). Conclusion Aspirin-vitamin C dispersible tablets is effective and safe for treating patients with URI.

Objective:To evaluate the performance of reticulocyte (Ret) detected by Sysmex XN-3000 automatic blood analyzer.Methods: 96 blood samples were collected randomly in clinical detection of reticulocytes, and respectively were detected by XN-3000 automatic blood analyzer and microscopy. The precision, stability, linearity and carryover of Ret in blood samples detected by XN-3000 automatic blood analyzer were evaluated by the correlation analysis of the results from the two methods and the correlation analysis would be completed by microscopy.Results: precision, linear range and sensitivity of Ret measured by XN-3000 were within the allowable range. The stability did not change significantly below 4℃ within 48h (CV<1%). The carryover rate was 0.14%. The results measured by XN-3000 were well compared with microscopy (r=0.979).Conclusion: Sysmex XN-3000 automatic blood analyzer is applied to the clinical detection of large quantities of specimens and it is ideal for measuring Ret.

Methods T he anim al death m odels of anaphylactic shock w ere established. T he corpses w ere preserved at room tem perature (20℃) for 6 h and then refrigerated at 4℃. T he serum w as sam pled at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours after death. T he IgE level of serum w as detected w ith ELISA . The control group w as also established. Results The serum IgE level had significant difference betw een the experim ental group and the control group (P<0.05). T here w as no significant difference am ong the experim ental groups at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours post-m ortem (P>0.05). Conclusion If the corpses w ere placed in 4℃ conditions 6 hours after anaphylactic death, the serum IgE still show s a good m arker w ithin 48 h for forensic investigation.

METHODS: The animal death models of anaphylactic shock were established. The corpses were preserved at room temperature (20 °C ) for 6 h and then refrigerated at 4 °C. The serum was sampled at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours after death. The IgE level of serum was detected with ELISA. The control group was also established. RESULTS: The serum IgE level had significant. difference between the experimental group and the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference among the experimental groups at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours post- mortem (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION If the corpses were placed in 4 °C conditions 6 hours after anaphylactic death, the serum IgE still shows a good marker within 48 h for forensic investigation.
