1.Diagnosis and treatment of guanylyl cyclase-C and colorectal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(1):72-75
Guanylyl cyelase-C (GC-C) is recently reported as the intestinal specific polypeptide receptor, which is expressed selectively by cells from intestinal mucosa, including normal intestinal cells, primary and metastatic colorectal cancer cells.Stimulated by heat-stable enterotoxin (STa),guanylin and uroguanylin,GC-C could not only regulate the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal cells, but also inhibit the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells and DNA synthesis.Micrometastases of the colorectal cancer can be found in lymph nodes, peripheral blood and liver lobes by GC-C detection. We can also perform GC-C and ligands for targeted prevention and therapy of colorectal cancer.GCC play important roles in detecting occult micrometastasos of colorectal cancer and targeted therapy.
2.Estalishing a new system of extended Chinese pattern differetiation method by endoscope
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(4):292-294
The aim of extended Chinese pattern differetiation method by endoscope is to establish the new system of five methods for clinical Chinese pattern differetiation system. There were two modes of the new system: the first mode is a purely Chinese pattern differentiation of inspectioin of the mucosa by endoscope, and the other mode combines the TCM four methods (inspection, listening and smelling, interrogation, pulse feeling and palpation) with endoscopic inspection method to establish the extended Chinese pattern differentiation mode by endoscope. Key technology was that: (1) how to compare the traditional four methods with the new five methods in clinic; (2) how to set up the criteria and classification of extended Chinese pattern differentiation by endoscope mode; (3) How to improve the new system with the feedback of effect of extended Chinese pattern differentiation by endoscope mode. The new system was regarded as innovative in the fields of clinical practice, TCM theory and application, and it was believed that it would promote TCM in the process of modernaization.
3.A TOXICOLOGICAL STUDY ON LETHAL EFFECTS OF MONOCROTOPHO
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
The relation ship between lethal effects and the distribution of monocrotopho contents in the body of mice has been showed by using tracer determination of radioisotope. The authors also observed the difference of degree of inhibited cholinergic activity in blood and brain of mice to which monocrotopho was given orally in different lethal dose. The results showed that there was a close relatiom between the death of monocrotopho acute poison and toxicant contents in brain. At the same time, wealso found there was no significant difference between the degree of inhibited cholinergic activity in blood and brain of survival mice to which monocrotopho was given orally in LD_(50) and dead mice in same dose as well as in excess lethal dose. This paper deals with the toxicological mechanism of the death of monocrotopho poison.
4.MICROANATOMICAL OBSERVATION OF ARTERIES OF HUMAN MEDULLA OBLONGATA
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
The external arteries of human medulla oblongata were examined and the internal arterial morphological features, distribution and the relation with the external arteries were investegated by using cleared slides of brain stem. The external arteries are divided into four groups: anteromedial group, anterolateral group, lateral group and posterior group. Those groups penetrate into the medulla and become corresponding groups of internal arteries. The anteromedial group of internal arteries supplies nervous structures on the sides of median line including hypoglossal nucleus and part of corticospinal tract The anterolateral group supplies corticospinal tract and inferior olivary nucleus. The lateral group supplies reticular formation, spinothalamic tract and dorsal vagal nucleus. Finally, the posterior group, gradually disappering at the upper part of medulla mainly supplies cuneat nucleus and gracile nucleus.
5.Ethical Discussion about Senile Patients of Loss Tooth in the Diagnosis and Treatment
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
This article discusses the problems about Senile patients of loss tooth in the diagnosis and treatment,The problems main1y include:(1) moral responsibility is not strong when doctors are inquired;(2) it is not careful enough in diagnosis and treatment;(3)designing and makeing denture are not normative and characteristics of senile patients are not considered. The author brings forward some suggestions:(1) moral responsibility must be strong enough when inquiring history, treatment and diagnosising;(2)it must be careful enough and personality of patients may be respected when designing and make denture, meanwhile characteristic of senile patients must be considered;(3)life of senile patients should be respected and cherished and the quality of life should be attached importance to:
6.Neurogenesis in the brain
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2010;31(2):131-137,142
Neurogenesis is sustained throughout adulthood in the mammalian brain due to the proliferation and differentiation of adult neural progenitor cells found in the subventricular zone of the lateral ventricles and subgranular zone of the dentate gyrus. This review covers recent findings that elucidate different aspects of regulation of neurogenesis, including proliferation, migration and differentiation into mature neurons and functional integration into the existing neural circuits. Furthermore, this review also discusses the effects of pathological conditions on adult neurogenesis in both rodent models and human patients as well as some of the potential problems or limitations in neurogenesis research, which may shed some light on developing novel research strategies for replacement treatment of neurological disorders.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
This paper reports the elution test of adhering villus on a slide to detect the (?)uman chorion ABO(H)substance of the blood. A preliminary study of sample taking conditions and sample preservation was made for the experiment. The results show that the elution test needs less villi(2-4mg)and is easier to conduct, as compared with other methods. The method is of practical value in identifying the disputed (?)aternity in the early pregnancy. When kept properly in refrigeration, the smaple of chorion cart be kept as long as 3 months.
8.Effect of rhIFN-a on Ultrastructure of Hypertrophic Scar Fibroblasts
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1989;0(01):-
Objective To investigate effects cytokine of rhIFN-a and their on ultrastructure of hypertrophic scar derived fibroblasts and explore its mechanism. Methods Hypertrophic scar fibroblasts cultivated in vitro were observed and analysed through transmission elextron microscope(TEM).Then the effects of rhIFN-a on biological behavior and pathological changes of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts have been determined.(Results) Compared with the control group, the experimental rhIFN-a group could be observed changes in inhibition of fibroblasts growth and proliferation with the mitochondrion swelling, its ridge dissolving and apoptosis promoting. Conclusions rhIFN-a can suppress growth and proliferation of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts and promotes apoptosis. This indicates that ,as a negative modulation factor,rhIFN-a is important in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To realize fully automatic X-ray exposure controlling, simplify operating processes, and improve the quality of images. Methods We designed 5 or 7 X-ray detectors with silicon batteries, improved film-holding board of the main engine of the X-ray machine, then assembled them by mechanical gearing, and thus made multi-measured-limit,automatically-changed X-ray detectors. Results When choosing film boxes according to the radiographed positions, the detectors will change automatically into measured-limits coinciding with the interested positions. The average density was around 1Ⅴ in 9 randomly selected photographs.High quality was achieved in up to 98% of 10 000 radiographed images for clinic radiography. Conclusion The key of X-ray automatic exposure controlling technology is X-ray detecting technology,by which the quality of image can be improved.
10.Serum p2PSA derivative indexes in prostate cancer: an update.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(1):74-77
Serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is composed of the PSA precursor protein (proPSA) in the absence of the leader peptide induced by human kallikrein 2 (hK2). There are many forms of PSA in the blood, including free PSA and bound PSA. Serum proPSA, as a free PSA, has many isoforms, among which, [-2]proPSA (p2PSA) cannot be activated by hK2 and therefore exists stably in the blood. Serum p2PSA is a homologous isomer of PSA. Serum prostate health index and % p2PSA, as the derivative indexes of p2PSA and molecular markers associated with the development and progression of prostate cancer, can reduce serum PSA test-induced excessive diagnosis and treatment of the malignancy and improve the accuracy of its prediction. This review summarizes recent progress in the studies of serum p2PSA and its derivative indexes in prostate cancer.
