Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):267-269
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the influence to coagulation factor of carboprost tromethamine on the treatment of the patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 60 pregnant women with placenta previa complicated with postpartum hemorrhage from May 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30). The control group were given oxytocin, the observation group were received carboprost tromethamine. Fibrinogen (FIB), prothrombin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT) and platelet count before and after surgery in the two groups were analyzed by CA7000 automatic blood analyzer. The effect and coagulation indexes in the two groups were compared. Results The clinical curative rate in the observation group was 96.67% and 93.33% in the control group, the differences had no statistically significant. The amount of hemorrhage in postpartum 2h and 24h and the hemoglobin in postpartum 24h in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference about coagulation indexes between the 2 groups before treatment; The platelet count, PT and APTT levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of FIB was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reaction was 6.67% in the observation group and 10% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Choosing carboprost tromethamine to treat placenta prevail complicated with postpartum hemorrhage has a good curative effect, which is helpful to reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the coagulation indexes, so it is worth popularizing

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(9):1343-1344
Objective To explore the effect of different treatments for breast cancer patients. Methods The clinical date of 24 patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed.According to treatment method,24 patients were divided into 2 groups, control group of 12 patients received, and vinorelbine plus cisplatin.Experimental group of 12 patients received gemcitabine plus cisplatin. Both groups were treated for 6 weeks,follow-up in JanuaryFebruary, after treatment the short-term efficacy and toxicity were observed. Results During follow-up compared betwween two groups, after 6 weeks of treatment in patients with overall response rate ( complete response + partial response) are better than 1 week after treatment, the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05 ) ;between the two groups compared after treatment, experimental group patients overall efficiency as better than the control group, but had no statistically significant difference( P > 0.05 ).In the control group,Ⅲ + Ⅳ leukopenia, nausea, vomiting and phlebitis rate were relatively high than experimental group, experimental group Ⅲ +Ⅳ thrombocytopenia was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant( P <0.05 ).Conclusion Early application of gemcitabine plus cisplatin in patients with breast cancer could significantly improve, the survival and prognosis, improve patients quality of life, and safe,it's worthy of promoting in clinic.
4.Progresses in Mitogen-activated Protein Kinase-activated Protein Kinases
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(07):-
Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways are involved in multiple important cellular responses. To activate their downstream protein kinases by phosphorylation is a crucial manner for MAPK family members to fulfill their physiological functions. Downstream of MAPKs, there exist three structurally related MAPK-activated protein kinases (MAPKAPKs or MKs), i.e., MK2, MK3 and MK5. Once upon activated by MAPKs, MKs signal to different cellular targets, to regulate gene expression at the levels of transcription and translation, control cytoskeleton remodelling and cell cycle, and mediate cell migration and embryonic development. Recently, based on the gene knockout studies, the function divisions among different MK subfamily members are gradually clear, leading to tremendous advancements of our knowledge on MKs.
5.Long-term follow-up after intracoronary stent implantation
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Intracoronary stent implantation is a safe and effective treatment for coronary artery disease.In-stent restenosis has been significantly reduced by utilization of drug eluting stents. This article reviews the results of long-term follow-up after intracoronary stent implantation and their implication.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(01):-
Through studies of xanthones from Polygla tenuifolia, one of the main medicinal plants of Polygala , the structural characteristics and spectroscopic rules (including IR, UV, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR data)of xanthones from Polygala were summarized, combined with the reference reports of this type of compounds from the other plants of Polygala. It is helpful to the structure elucidation of xanthones.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(10):-
Object To study the chemical constituents of the root of traditional Chinese medicine "Yuanzhi" (Polygala tenuifolia Willd ) Methods Seperation and purification were performed on silica gel, Sephadex LH 20 and ODS CC Their structures were established on the basis of physicochemical and spectral analysis Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as tenuifoliside B (Ⅰ), methyl 3, 4, 5 trimethoxycinnamate (Ⅱ), polygalaxanthone Ⅲ (Ⅲ), 7 O methylmangiferin (Ⅳ) and lancerin (Ⅴ), respectively Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅳ were isolated from the plant of Polygala L for the first time and compound V was isolated from P tenuifolia for the first time
9.Experiment study of intervertebral fusion cage made by a new biomimetic grafting material
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(07):-
Objective:To evaluate the characteristics of fusion using biomimetic n-HA/PA66 interbody cage with rhBMP-2 and discuss the feasibility of it.Methods:Thirty adult female goats underwent C_(3-4) discectomy and interverbral fusion performed with nHA/PA66 interbody cage without rhBMP-2(n=10).nHA/PA66 interbody cage with rhBMP-2(n=10),autogenous iliac crest bone graft(n=10).X ray was carried out at 4 and12 weeks after surgery to evaluate fusion quality. The goats were killed respectively on the 12th week.Nondestructive biomechanical testing for stiffness,un-decalcified histology were performed.Result:The goats in the n-HA/PA66 with rhBMP-2 group and the autogrft group all showed complete fusion at 12th week.there was no statisti- cally significant differience between the n-HA/PA66 with rhBMP-2 group and the autogrft group upon biomechanics, radiography and histomorphology. Conclusion:The interverbral fusion cage with n-HA/PA66 has good hiocompatibifity and osteoconductive ability and it may be good osteoionductive with rhBMP-2,so it was one ideal interbody fusion cage.
