The study of traditional Chinese medicine and its complex prescription gradually adopted the methods of serum pharmacology, which has become a new researching thought and a gained more attention. Objective To observe the effects and toxicity of nimotuzumab combined paclitaxel and carboplatin in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer .Methods 168 cases of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group ,with 84 cases in each group .Study group was treated with nimotuzumab 200 mg ,1 times per week ,for 6 weeks ,two weeks later the patients were treated with 200 mg and stopped when the disease progressed ,paclitaxel lipo-some(135 mg/m2 ,iv drip 3 h ,1 days) ,carboplatin(300 mg/m2 ,iv drip ,1 days);the control group was given paclitaxel liposome(135 mg/m2 ,iv drip 3 h ,1 days) ,carboplatin(300 mg/m2 ,iv drip ,1 days) ,21 days for 1 cycle .Results Study group RR 38 .1% (32/84);control group RR 23 .8% (20/84)(P<0 .05) .The main side effects of two groups of were gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow suppression ,there were 64 cases of above Ⅱ digestive tract reaction in the study group ,accounting for 76 .2% ,52 cases ofⅡ degrees of bone marrow suppression ,accounting for 61 .9% ,52 cases of Ⅱ degrees of alopecia ,accounting for 61 .9% ;54 cases of control group Ⅱ digestive tract reaction ,accounting for 66 .7% ,54 cases of Ⅱ degrees of bone marrow suppression ,accounting for 66 .7% ,and 58 cases of Ⅱ degrees of alopecia ,accounted for 57 .1% (P>0 .05) .In the study group ,progression-free survival period was 7 .8 months ,the median survival period was 14 .2 months;in the control group ,progression-free survival period was 5 .1 months ,the median survival period was 9 .8 months(P<0 .05) .Conclusion nimotuzumab combined paclitaxel and carboplatin in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer has good clinical curative effect ,and would not increase adverse reactions .It is worthy of clinical application .

Objective To observe the clinical characteristics of polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV).Methods Two hundreds fifty-four PCV patients (306 eyes) were enrolled in this study.All the patients were examined for corrected visual acuity (BCVA) testing,slit-lamp microscope,indirect ophthalmoscopy,fundus photography,fluorescein angiography,indocyanine green angiography and optic coherence tomography.Results The patients included 152 males (59.8％) and 102 females (40.2％) ; the age was from 38 to 91 years,with a mean age of (65.4±8.9) years.Bilateral lesions were observed in 52 patients (20.5％) and unilateral lesions were observed in 202 patients (79.5％).BCVA varied from nonlight perception to 1.2.BCVA was lower than ＜0.1 in 167 eyes (54.6％),≥0.1 but ＜0.3 in 92 eyes(30.1％) and ≥0.3 in 47 eyes (15.4％).Vitreous hemorrhage was observed in 61 eyes (19.9％).In 202 patients with unilateral PCV lesions,drusen can be observed in the contralateral eyes of 68 patients (33.7％),exudative age-related macular degeneration changes in the contralateral eyes of 24 patients (11.9 ％),and central serous chorioretinopathy history was positive in the contralateral eyes in nine patients (4.5％).In 306 eyes,there were 43 eyes (14.1％) with high permeable choroid.PCV lesions located at macula area in 199 eyes (65.0％),under the temporal retinal vascular arcade in 49 eyes (16.0％),and peripapillary in 15 eyes (4.9％).PCV lesion formation was single in 110 eyes (35.9％),cluster in 176 eyes (57.5％),string in three eyes (1.0％),branch in four eyes (1.3％),and both single and cluster polyps in 13 eyes (4.2％).There were 125 eyes (40.8％) with sub-neuroretinal fluid,121 eyes (39.5％) with hemorrhagic pigment epithelium detachment,and 73 eyes (22.9％) with serous pigment epithelium detachment.Conclusion PCV patients have higher bilateral incidence and female prevalence,and lower rate of peripapillary lesions.

[Results] LI Dongyuan from dampness, heat, wind, dryness four on the treatment of anal fistula, with angelica, Gentiana and blood dryness of medicine, to Shufeng pain, Xinrun and blood on regulation of syndrome treatment, paid attention to diet to restore the anal fistula. [Conclusion] LI DongyuanLanshi Micangis rich in content, the treatment of anal fistula has experience, as of today, the diagnosis and treatment on anorectal diseases of clinical thought still has important guiding significance.

Objective To acquire NF-?B p65 TAD(transcription activation domain) and construct its eukaryotic expression vector and express it in endothelial cells.Methods Human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) were cultured and total RNA was extracted.The p65 TAD gene was amplified by RT-PCR.After sequencing,the p65 TAD gene was inserted into the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N1 with the green fluorescence protein,named pEGFP-N1-p65 TAD.pEGFP-N1-p65 TAD was transfected into HUVECs and its expression was observed under fluorescence microscope and analyzed by Western blotting.Results p65 TAD(288-548) was cloned successfully.The constructed plasmid including p65 TAD gene was identical to the designed.p65 TAD gene was expressed successfully in HUVECs.Conclusion The construction of eukaryotic expression vector including p65 TAD gene and its expression in HUVECs are very successful.
