The wrist joint is exposed to trauma easily which is a small portion of human body. Because there are many structures(tendons, vessels and nerves) in the wrist, it is necessary to examine carefully and treat properly when it is damaged. We have treated 230 cases of soft tissue injuries around the wrist and the result can be summarized as follows; 1. Among the 230 cases, the male ratio was 85% and the highest incidence was in the third decade. 2. Right side injuries were more than left and flexor surface injuries were more than extensor surface. 3, The main cause of injury was glass, 149 cases(64.8%) and the next on was knife, 37 cases(16%). 4. Injuries in the night were more than daytime. 5. Injuries in the summer were more than winter.

Localized fibrous mesothelioma of the liver is very rare benign tumor. It usually manifest large palpable hepatic mass in right upper quadrant area, and the prognosis is excellent by surgical resection. Contrast enhanced CT scan shows well defined hyperattenuating mass and celiac anglogram shows hypervascular mass. Recently we experienced 1 case of localized fibrous mesothelioma of the liver, and we report CT and anglographic findings of this tumor.

Kostmann's disease is a rare hematologic disease entity which is characterized by persistent neutropenia and recurrent bacterial infections since early in infancy. The authors experienced a 2-month-old female infant with disseminated bacterial skin infection since 3 weeks of age and persistent neutropenia. Diagnosis was made by neutropenia in the peripheral blood, maturation arrest of myeloid hemopoiesis at myelocyte stage in the finding of bone marrow aspiration and improving response of neutropenia with G-CSF administration. She had experienced 4 episodes of sepsis and one episode of acute otitis externa during follow-up until 14 months of age.

Using 3D ultrasound, bilateral chylothorax was diagnosed antenatally in the second trimester. Apparently stable, bilateral pleural effusion progressed rapidly to severe hydrops with facial edema during observation, and then we decided bilateral pleural-amniotic shunt operation. Here we present a case where drainage of pleural effusion by a double reverse pig tail stent made by ourself was achieved, although placement of the thoracoamniotic shunt resulted in near complete drainage of bilateral pleural effusion with normalization of intrathoracic anatomic relationships, subsequent resolution of fetal hydrops, but the ultimate outcome was unsuccessful due to the internalization of one catheter and unknown sudden death. Angiomyoma is a benign soft tissue tumor that arises from the smooth muscle layer of blood vessels in the deeplayers of the dermis, or in subcutaneous tissue. It occurs as a well-encapsulated solitary mass, most of which areless than 2cm in diameter. Some patients complain of pain with or without tenderness. This tumor has apredilection for the lower extremities of middle-aged females. MRI findings of angiomyoma of the extremities haverarely been reported, and we describe these findings in two cases of angiomyoma of the hand and foot.
