Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(12):1403-1406
Accompanying with the development of cell biology and molecular biology, researches on the mechanism of wound repair progress remarkably. Along with the overlap of physics, chemistry, biology and tissue engineering materials, the methods and technology derived from the theories of wound repair start to be used in clinical application. This article summarizes the research progress on the mechanism of wound healing and the technique of wound handling.
2.Diagnosis and treatment of mesenteric artery embolization and mesenteric venous thrombosis
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(07):-
Mesenteric artery embolism (MAE) and mesenteric venous thrombosis (MVT) were rare acute abdominal disorders in the surgical fields. Herein we reported our experience in treating 2 cases of MAE and 3 cases of MVT; the diagnoses were pathologically confirmed. All the 5 patients complained of abdominal pain and underwent enterectomy. It was concluded that vasography was of great importance for early diagnosis and the removal of the lesion bowels and administration of anticoagulation drugs after operation were key measures of reducing operative motality and recurrence.
3.Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of the novel trehalose derivatives.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(6):725-732
Using brartemicin as the leading compound, fifteen novel trehalose derivatives were designed and synthesized, and the structures were determined by 11H NMR, MS and element analysis. Inhibitory effects of the target compounds on the proliferation of A549, HepG2 and HUVEC cells were detectec by MTT assay. The abilities of adhesion, invasion and migration of A549 and HepG2 cells inhibited by the synthesized compounds were evaluated through Matrigel experiment and Transwell assay. The results showed that, the target compounds had no significant cytotoxicity (compared with the control, P>0.05) to A549, HepG2 and HUVEC cells at the dose range of 1-32 µmol.L-1. At the above dose range, the inhibitory effects of A549 cells adhesion, invasion and migration and HepG2 cells adhesion and invasion by compounds 79 and 82 are better than brartemicin.

7.Platelet rich plasma gel combined with core decompression for repair of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in a rabbit
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(27):4383-4388
BACKGROUND:Recent studies have shown that platelet rich plasma has strong osteogenic ability and it has been widely used in the field of department of orthopedics and department of stomatology, but experimental study on avascular necrosis of the femoral head has been not reported.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of platelet rich plasma gel combined with marrow core decompression in the repair of aseptic necrosis of rabbit femoral head.
METHODS:A total of 25 New Zealand white rabbits were obtained. Without dislocation of the hip joint, aseptic necrosis model was established by using liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on bilateral femoral head of rabbits. At 2 weeks after model establishment, rabbit models were randomly assigned. Model group with nine rabbits did not receive any treatment. Core decompression group with eight rabbits underwent core decompression treatment. Combination group with eight rabbits underwent core decompression combined with platelet rich plasma gel treatment. At 8 weeks after model induction, tissue sections of femoral head specimens were col ected and subjected to MRI and hematoxylin-eosin staining.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) MRI examination:The model group showed low signal area of different forms in femoral head fat high signal, exhibited annular, ribbon and focal shapes. No evident changes in osteogenesis, no apparent minification of the defect cavity were detected at defect site in the core decompression group, showing long T1 and T2 signals. Defect cavity disappeared, and new bone of short T1 and T2 signals fil ed in the combination group. (2) Hematoxylin-eosin staining:Articular cartilage defect and repair existed in the model group, showing osteoarthritis-like changes. Empty bone lacuna of bone trabecula, hematopoietic celland adipocyte necrosis in bone marrow were detected in the core decompression group. Empty bone lacuna of bone trabecula, focal necrosis scattered in bone marrow were visible in the combination group. Results suggested that the outcomes of platelet rich plasma gel combined with core decompression were better than core decompression alone in treatment of rabbit models of femoral head necrosis.
8.Observation of the effect of esomeprazole combined with trimebutine maleate in the treatment of 78 reflux esophagitis patients without helicobacter pylori infection
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(20):3079-3080
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of esomeprazole combined with trimebutine maleate in the treatment of reflux esophagitis patients without helicobacter pylori infection. Methods 78 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups,46 patients in study group and 32 patients in control group.30 minutes before the breakfast, all the patients took Nexium 20mg,twice a day.The study group was given trimebutine maleate 200mg,thrice a day additionally. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The effect and the result of gastroendoscopy were observed. Results The average time of clinical symptoms disappeared in study group was (10.51 ± 2.43) days, which was significantly shorter than (12.31 ± 3.17) days of the control group (t-2.84,P < 0.01).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than 81.25% of the control group (x2 =4.48,P < 0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with trimebutine maleate in the treatment of reflux esophagitis without helicobacter pylori infection can promote gastric emptying, prevent reflux, control esophageal inflammation and promote ulcer healing effectively.
9.Comparison and Analysis of Rational Use of Antineoplastic Chinese Patent Medicine before ;and after Intervention in the Tumor Ward of Nantong First People’s Hospital
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(2):117-119
Objective To evaluate the effect of the assessment of intervention of rational use and special initiative of antineoplastic Chinese patent medicine in tumor ward of Nantong First People’s Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “the hospital”); To facilitate the rational use of medicine in clinical setting. Methods Medical records of discharged patients in April and October 2015 were collected, and various types of irrational use of Chinese patent medicine was analyzed and put into statistical analysis. Results The proportion of medical records of irrational use of Chinese patent medicine declined from 39.45% to 18.49%; the percent of irrational prescription order sheet declined from 11.49%to 3.45%;the differences of variors irrational medicine use before and after the intervention were statistically significant. Conclusion The status of the rational use of antineoplastic Chinese patent medicine in tumor ward is improved after half-year special intervention and correction initiative.
