1.Diterpenoid Alkaloids in the Roots of Aconitum Bulleyanum Diels
China Pharmacist 2017;20(9):1525-1528
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the roots of Aconitum bulleyanum Diels. Methods: The air-dried roots of A. bulleyanum were powdered and extracted by methanol with percolation. After removing the solvent under reduced pressure, the crude extract was dissolved in 1. 5% HCl solution, and then basified to pH 9 by NaOH (5%) and extracted by ethyl acetate to ob-tain crude alkaloidal extract after ethyl acetate removal. The alkaloidal extract was isolated and purified by column chromatography, and their structures were identified based on spectral analysis ( 1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR, MS) . Results:Totally 12 diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from A. bulleyanum and characterized as foresaconitine (1), crassicauline A (2), chasmanine (3), talatisamine (4), 14-debenzoyl-franchetine (5), pengshenine A (6), crassicautine (7), yunaconitine (8), franchetine (9), liljestrandisine (10), transconitine B (11) and pseudoaconine (12). Conclusion:Compounds 3-7, 10-12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
2.Application of bonding appliance combined with protracting mask to treat early primary crossbite
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To evaluate the effect of a new method to treat early primary crossbite . Methods: 20 cases (2.8~6.5 years old ) with anterior crossbite were treated by bonding appliance combined with protracting mask. Cephalometric radiographs were taken and analyzed before and after treatment. Results: On average,in all the 20 cases the maxilla were moved 2.06 mm forward ,mandibular were turned 2.45?downward and backward ,the anterior crossbite was corrected and the face profile was improved satisfactorily. The treatment was conducted for 1.7 months on average. Conclusion: Using bonding appliance combined with protracting mask to treat early primary crossbite can achieve good effects for young children .

GRP78/Bip,which was first identified by scientists in 1977,is a major endoplasmic reticulum (ER)chaperone that has a variety of function. In tumor tissue,GRP78 is high expression and ectopic expression;participate in the development of tumor,ER-stress state and ectopic distribution on the cell surface,in the form of receptors involved in signal transduction. Therefore,GRP78 as an tumor therapeutic targets, biomarkers of tumor and prognosis of tumor biological markers, plays an important role in the tumor research. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have found that in the non-cancer disease (viral infectious disease cardiovascular disease diabetes neurodegenerative disease etc),GRP78 is high expression, indicate its application prospect. This article makes a brief overview on the molecular biological characteristics of GRP78,role in tumor pathogenesis and therapeutic significance and application prospect in non-tumor disease.

Objective To investigate the identification of MiR-221 regulates apoptosis by targeting PUMA in lung cancer. Methods The express levels of miRNAs that collected from lung cancer tissue and lung benign lesion were tested by the particular kid they made, analyzed the correlation between individual miRNA.Results 9 6 possible regulated PUMA related miRNAs had been screened through the bioinformatics database, then customized it into the special kit to test the expression with real time fluorescent PCR.The results showed that 10 types miRNAs were up expression in lung cancer tissue,miR-NA221 were selected for deep analyze. Results with rank sum test showed statistical significance (P<0.05)in lung cancer and para cancer tissue. There were statistically significant differences in the expression between metastasis and nonmetastasis (P<0.05),but had nothing to do with the pathological types. Conclusion Real time fluorescent PCR test showed several types of PUMA related miRNAs up-expressed in tissue lung, which indicate miRNA have relationship with PUMA in gene express regulation and cancer generation and development.Pression situation and clinic pathological parameters.Expression of miRNA-221 in lung cancer was associated with tumor metastasis.

Objective To observe the effect of Yixin Jiangya Capsule (YXJYC) on serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) level in patients of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) of primary hypertension at stageⅡ with Yinxu Yangkang and blood stasis syndrome (YXYKBSS). Methods 93 patients were randomly divided into the treated group (62 patients) and the control group (31 patients). The two groups were both treated with enalapril, and the treated group was treated with YXJYC simultaneously. Treatment course of the two groups was 6 months. Radioimmunoassay was used to examine the level of serum IGF-1 before and after treatment in the two groups, compared with that of 30 healthy persons. Results Before treatment, serum IGF-1 level was significantly higher in both groups than that in the healthy persons (P

Objective To explore the effect of endothelin-1(ET-1) and C-reactive protein(CPR) on vascular endothelial cell dysfunction in simple obese children. Methods Thirty-nine simple obese children in the First Hospital of Huangshi City were chosen from Jan.2006 to Jun.2008 as experimental group (obese group) and 21 healthy children as healthy control group with the same age and gender were enrolled in the study. The levels of plasma ET-1 and serum CRP were tested by radioimmunoassay.Data were analyzed with t test and linear correlation analysis. Results Compared with plasma ET-1 level in healthy control group[(43.5?10.2) ng?L-1],the level in obese group[(57.8?19.7) ng?L-1] had significant difference(t=3.704,P
