Objective To develop rescue device for pilots in air accidents and solve the problem that it's difficult for medical staff to carry out on-board rescue because of the height from the ground to the cockpit edge of the fighter plane. This device with hydraulic system is multi-use: it can be joined to the plane as a ladder and tied in an ambulance as a stretcher. The medical support level of air force dump and station will be improved after using it. Methods 6082 aluminium alloy for aeronautic with advanced and matured technology was utilized to weld the principal part. The fissions can be fitted together and drawn out. The cantilever with hanger was applied. The active and diagonal crutches and the separable composite structure were also used. Results With this device, two staff can board the fighter plane to carry the wounded pilot to the sliding seat which is stably controlled by hydraulic system and then after quick sliding and separating from the device, the seat become a stretcher, and thus it can avoid the second carrying to the pilot. Using this device, the rescue work on-board become faster, more steady and safer. Conclusions This device can provide on-board rescue for pilots of forced landing in air accidents and it can be configured in a new kind of outfield ambulance for both military and civilian purposes. Because of being simple in frame and light in weight, it is easy to take or transport.

To investigate the possible effects of cyclosporine A(CsA) on the T cell dependent liver injury induced by Concanavalin A (Con A) in Kunming mice,25 Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups. Con A (doses of 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg and 40mg/kg) was administered via the tail vein to duplicate the liver injury as the ConA group; CsA subcutaneously injected twice at doses of 130mg/kg 15 hours and 1 hour respectively before ConA challenge constitutes the CsA group. Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) only served as the control group. Blood samples for tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF ?) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) measurement were obtained at 8 hours after ConA administration. Histopathological examination was also performed for liver tissue. The results showed that ConA induced specific liver injury in Kunming mice was successfully duplicated. Objective:To determine the protective effect of cardio-pulmonary bypass(CPB) with autologous lung as oxygenator on CPB-relative inflammatory response.Methods:Twelve adult mongrel dogs were randomly divided into control group and study group.Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) using a membrane oxygenator (control group) or using the autologous lung (study group) for gas exchange was performed for 120 min in an alternating series of 12 mongrel dogs with the heart arrested for 90 min by crystalloid cardioplegia and 30 min reperfusion.The blood samples were collected at the same time point of pre-operation(T1),60 min of cardiopulmonary bypass(T2),and 1 hour(T3),2 hours(T4) after cardiopulmonary bypass. Plasma concentration of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α were detected with ELISA.Results:The plasma levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-α in each group were significantly increased at T2,T3,T4.The plasma levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in study group were significantly lower than in the control group at T2,T3,T4.The plasma levels of IL-10 in study group were significantly higher than the levels in control group at T2,T3,T4.Conclusion:This study indicates that extracorporeal circulation with autologous lung as oxygenator could reduce the increased amplitude of plasma levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 whereas enhance the increased amplitude of the plasma IL-10 levels that result from CPB.In other word,extracorporeal circulation with autologous lung as oxygenator possesses the effect to regulate inflammatory cytokine balance and down-regulate CPB-relative inflammatory response.

Objective To explore the Diagnostic value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound for urethral vaginal fistulas.Methods 5 patients with urethral vaginal fistulas were checked using real-time three-dimensional ul-trasound ,respectively by the abdomen and the sonographic appearance of pudendal observation of female urethral vagi -nal interval sagittal and transverse ,sagittal and transverse section by measuring the size of the fistula ,and voiding trial or colored liquid test injection from urethral to confirm .Results 5 cases of urethra,vagina ultrasonography can dis-play and urethral vaginal interval throughout the sagittal plane and different levels of cross section ,urethral vaginal in-terval by low echo-band-low echo constitute the sandwichsign in the fistula showed partial loss ,local band echo in-terruption,urethral and vaginal local fusion ,voiding trial or from the urethra into the colored liquid test further con-firmed the fistula,fistula and verify the existence of fistula after the operation the size .Conclusion Real time three-dimensional echocardiography by urethral vaginal interval in the axial and sagittal plane ultrasound at different levels , combining with the history and voiding trial or injected with colored liquid test from the urethra ,can provide a new i-dea for diagnosis of urethral vaginal fistula .

Objective To observe the efficacy of Zhuang’s medicated thread moxibustion plus acupoint thread embedding in treating allergic rhinitis.Method By using random number table, 103 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomized into a treatment group (n=53) and a control group (n=50). The treatment group was intervened by Zhuang’s medicated thread moxibustion and acupoint thread embedding, while the control group was by acupoint thread embedding alone. The subjects were treated for 6 courses with a one-month follow-up. The therapeutic efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rates were respectively 94.3% and 80.0% in the treatment group and control group.Conclusion Zhuang’s medicated thread moxibustion plus acupoint thread embedding has significant advantage in improving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Hepatitis C viral RNA in sera from 10 patients with post-transfusion hepatitis in Shanghai (China) were amplified By the nested PCR with primer sets deduced from the American prototype HCV RNA 5' -untranslated region. Eight of 10 cases (80%) were positive. And manipulations of PCR were simplified by combination of reverse transcription step and the first round PCR reaction. Our results indirectly proved that 5-untranslated region of HCV RNA of Shanghai showed a high degree of comservation and homology compared with isolates from some regions in the world.

Objective Delve into the applied value of CDFI to diagnose deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in lower limbs.Methods Analyze the diagnosis of 65 chronic cases of DVT with a two-dimensional CDFI,and contrast it with the operation,X-ray angiography and clinical features.Results 36 acute cases of DVT;29 chronic cases of DVT;38 cases of lesion in left lower hmb(58.5%);21 in right lower limb(32.3%);and 6 in both lower limbs(9.2%).In the chronic cases,11 have formed collateral branch circulation.Conclusion CDFI has a safe and rapid effect on vein illness in lower limbs and can show the state of blood streams and the condition around the veins.It Can explain the unknown swollen in limbs.Realizing DVT in early stage has good value for its occurring,expanding and treating.

Objective To investigate the echocardiographic determination of uremic patients with myocardial weight and in the evaluation of cardiac function in patients with uremia heart the significance of the damage.Methods 70 cases of uremic patients and 30 normal physical were examined by routine echocardiography,cardiac measurements through the menu of uremic patients with myocardial weight and heart function.The patient group and the normal control group were compared.Results 70 patients with uremic echocardiography resuits of the analysis showed,respectively,12.8%and 84.3%existence of left ventricular systolic dysfunction and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.left ventricular mass in patients with significant increase are significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion Uremic patients left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and left ventricular hypertrophy most of echocardiography is the detection of cardiac damage in patients with uremia practical,sensitive,non-invasive examination will be able to clinical diagnosis and treatment provide guidance in the clinical widely used.
