Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2015;14(7):545-548
Clinical data of 151 patients with acute occlusion of right coronary artery were retrospectively analyzed.Coronary angiography and electrocardiography (EEG) were performed in all 151 patients, angiography showed proximal-middle segment occlusion in 114 cases and distant segment occlusion in 37 cases. The correlation of ECG findings with coronary artery occlusion sites was analyzed. Results showed that EEG findings related to proximal-middle segment occlusion were:ST segment elevation in lead V4R ≥0.05 mV,Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block,ST segment depression in lead Ⅰ >0.1 mV,ST segment depression in lead AVL≥0.2 mV,ST segment elevation in lead l ≥0.25 mV,the total ST depression in lead V2,V3 and V4 ≥0.4 mV,the total ST depression in lead Ⅰ and aVL ≥0.25 mV;among which ST depression of Lead Ⅰ >0.1 mV,ST elevation of Lead V4R ≥0.05 mV and Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block were used to predict occlusion of proximal-middle segment of right coronary artery with 100% specificity.ECG findings related to distal segment occlusion were:ST depression in lead Ⅰ ≤ 0.1 mV,ST segment depression in lead AVL <0.2 mV,ST elevation in lead Ⅲ ≤0.25 mV,the total ST depression in lead V2,V3 and V4 < 0.4 mV,ST segment were not depression in lead V1-V5,the total ST depression in lead Ⅰ and aVL < 0.25 mV.Based on a 4-step flow method,ECG might be adopted to identify the acute occlusion sites in proximal-middle segment and distal segment of right coronary.
2.History of medical genetics in China
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(01):-
As the completion of human genome project, application of the knowledge and techniques developed during thpast decade to the medical practice become more and more important and gain more and more attention. It is worthwhile to look back to the step prints of the development of medical genetics in China.1 The sprout of genetics in ChinaIt should be mentioned fromthe very beginning of the birth of the genetics in China to understand the historymedical genetics in China. In 1922, C.CHEN (Zhen CHEN) opened genetic courses in National Southeast Unversity after he returned from the T.H.MORGAN’s lab at Columbia University. He used Goldfish as a model fogenetic study. The Chinese scholars started their work on human genetics by survey the frequency of ABO bloogroup in the Chinese. Their result was published in1918. This was the first data of gene frequency of Chinese population, followed by reports on the inherited disease in Chinese on the frequency of color blindness in 1937. I1948, T. C. HSU described the ability to fold up the tip of the tongue as a recessive trait (MIM189300)[1,2]C.C.LI (Ching Chun LI) wrote a book,Introduction to Population Genetics, which became a wellknown book ithe world and from which a whole generation of geneticists benefited.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the progress and experience in treatment of burn patients in the past 10 years (1993~2002) so as to bring forth ideas for further researches in burn surgery. Methods The general clinical data, complications, survival rate and causes of death in 5378 burn patients treated in our institute were collected and analyzed. The results were compared with those cases treated in our hospital during the years 1983~1992. Results in the past 10 years, there were no significant differences in the general clinical data including age, sex, causes, location, burn area and depth, incidence of combined injury and inhalation injury compared with those in the years 1983~1992. The survival rate of the cases in past 10 years was higher than that of the cases in the years 1983~1992. The main causes of death were organ dysfunction, inhalation injury and infection, among which the incidence of organ dysfunction stood foremost. Conclusions The results suggest that hypoxemia due to severe burn shock and inhalation injury, and endotoxin derived from burn wound still are the main causes of burn death. Protection of the body from early damage of postburn remains to be the most urgent problem in the burn research at present.

Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine 2023;20(6):981-992
BACKGROUND:
Implantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) is a potential alternative for promoting bone defects healing or osseointegration in osteoporosis. However, the reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulated and excessive inflammation in the osteoporotic microenvironment could weaken the self-replication and multi-directional differentiation of transplanted BMSCs.
METHODS:
In this study, to improve the hostile microenvironment in osteoporosis, Poloxamer 407 and hyaluronic acid (HA) was crosslinked to synthetize a thermos-responsive and injectable hydrogel to load MnO2 nanoparticles as a protective carrier (MnO2 @Pol/HA hydrogel) for delivering BMSCs.
RESULTS:
The resulting MnO2 @Pol/HA hydrogel processed excellent biocompatibility and durable retention time, and can eliminate accumulated ROS effectively, thereby protecting BMSCs from ROS-mediated inhibition of cell viability, including survival, proliferation, and osteogenic differentiation. In osteoporotic bone defects, implanting of this BMSCs incorporated MnO2 @Pol/HA hydrogel significantly eliminated ROS level in bone marrow and bone tissue, induced macrophages polarization from M1 to M2 phenotype, decreased the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines (e.g., TNFa, IL-1b, and IL-6) and osteogenic related factors (e.g., TGF-b and PDGF).
CONCLUSION
This hydrogel-based BMSCs protected delivery strategy indicated better bone repair effect than BMSCs delivering or MnO2 @Pol/HA hydrogel implantation singly, which providing a potential alternative strategy for enhancing osteoporotic bone defects healing.
