This paper puts forward existing problems and conflicts in the work of third class medical metrology stations in army,raises suggestions from 5 aspects including enhancing metrology awareness,fulfilling rules,setting strict standards,etc.

The military hospital's department of medical engineering is limited by authorized size and system.The existing problems in the construction of department of medical equipment are analyzed and some suggestions are given.The construction of department of medical equipment should be made up of three parts: equipment repairing department,medical metrology department and archives department.The construction is also discussed in such aspects as the rules,methods,goals,human resource management,engineer's training program,and reparing mode.

Present situations of the third class medical station in army hospital are discussed in 3 aspects including the recognition of leaders,actualities of metrology work and situation of metrology personnel.Suggestions on the third class medical station are given as follows: cultivation of personnel to promote the construction of medical metrology station;information sharing to enhance metrology level;broad propaganda on metrology regulations to strengthen supervision;continuous subject construction of medical metrology.

Management on medical equipment is discussed and the utility and benefits are analyzed.Several aspects of management of medical equipment in our hospital are mainly introduced such as purchase,check & acceptance,use,maintenance,metrology and scrapping.

Results All aspects of medical equipment management had to be paid attention to. Conclusion Keeping Improved quality of medical equipment contributes to the decrease of the doctor-patient dispute.

There existed conflictsin dialyzer reusing among medicine, economics and law in China. The author analyzed the causes and the problems of dialyzer reusing. In China, reusing dialyzer was determined by economical reason. The conclusions were draw that the dialyzer reusing would lessen the pressure of both patients and society, but it would increase the medical risks. Reusing dialyzer consisted with the principle of medical ethics.

Objective To observe the expression of core-binding factor ?1 (Cbf?1) in aging osteoblast, and try to provide new mechanisms of Chinese medicine on bone formation. Methods Rat osteoblast from different age donors (6 months and 16 months) were isolated and cultured by the tissue-fragment-migrating-growth method. The biological characteristic was observed by phase-contrast microscope and identified with mineralizing nodule staining. The expression of Cbf?1 was examined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of Cbf?1 was upregulated by Gubenzhuanggu and Jinkuishenqi, and downregulated by Zhibaidihuang in aging osteoblast, but the effect was different on the Cbf?1 expression in Bushenyijing. Conclusion Buyang Chinese medicine among Bushen Chinese medicine promoted bone formation.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of collagenase chemolysis after 1,2,3 years and analyse the relationship between the therapeutic effect and image features. Probing the image features for the indication, 1 254 patients with integral data who received collagenase chemolysis procedure were followed. Methods According to standard unification diagnostic criteria and therapeutic method, 1 254 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who had intergral data and received collagenase chemolysis from January 1996 to January 1999 in our department were followed up (by visit, letter or telephone call etc). The therapeutic effects of collagenase chemolysis after 1,2,3 years were evaluated with unified therapeutic effect criteria. Results For the simple lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, 1 year effective rate was 93.1%, 2 year effective rate 90.3% and 3 year effective rate 90.9%. Conclusions The simple lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is the absolute indication of collagenase chemolysis, but those combined with other factors dosen't adapt to collagenase chemolysis.

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Carisolv in caries removal.Methods:20 primary teeth with middle and 20 with deep class V caries were randomly divided into two groups.Each group contained 10 teeth with middle caries and 10 with deep caries.Carisolv was used in test group and conventional rotary instrument in the control group. Efficacy of caries removal,treatment time, the degree of the pain and the current reaction of pulp between two groups were compared.Result:The Carisolv technique and the conventional method showed the same efficacy of caries removal.The treatment time in test group was longer than that in control group(P
