Objective To investigate the effects of rottlerin on in vitro proliferation of and expressions of interleukin (IL)-17C,CCL20 chemokine,and nuclear factor (NF)-κB in cultured human HaCaT keratinocytes.Methods Some HaCaT cells were divided into several test groups treated with rottlerin at concentrations of 0.5,1.0,2.0 and 4.0 μmol/L,a solvent group treated with RPMI 1640 culture solution containing the same volume of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as that of 4.0 μmol/L rottlerin,and a control group treated with RPMI 1640 culture solution.Cell counting kit-8 (CCK8) assay was conducted to estimate the proliferative activity of HaCaT cells after 24-,48-and 72-hour culture,RT-PCR to determine the mRNA expressions of IL-17C and CCL20 after 48-hour culture,and Western blot to measure the protein expressions of IL-17C,CCL20 and NF-κB after 48-hour culture.Statistical analysis was carried out by using repeated-measures analysis of variance,one-way analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis with the SPSS16.0 software.Results Rottlerin showed an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HaCaT cells,and the inhibitory effect increased over time (F =126.936,P ＜ 0.05) and with the increase of rottlerin concentrations (F =838.308,P ＜ 0.05),with a significant interaction effect between rottlerin concentrations and treatment duration (F =15.961,P ＜ 0.05).After 48-hour treatment,a significant decrease was observed in the mRNA and protein expressions of IL-17C (F =206.041,233.887,respectively,both P ＜ 0.05) and CCL20 (F =143.883,162.431,respectively,both P ＜ 0.05),as well as in the protein expression of NF-κB (F =577.915,P ＜ 0.05) in the test groups with the increase in rottlerin concentrations.Conclusions Rottlerin can inhibit the proliferation of HaCaT cells in vitro,and decrease the mRNA and protein expressions of IL-17C and CCL20 likely by downregulating the protein expression of NF-κB.

Based on the domestic and foreign literatures, this article re-viewes these minimally invasive surgical technologies.

ObjectiveTo explored the nursing about the patients received Onyx embolization. Methods14 patient with cerebral arteriovenous malformation received Onyx embolization were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThere was no long-term complication occurred, and all the patients left hospital 3～6 d after operation. ConclusionIntensive nursing on lowered blood-pressure control was the most important process to keep embolization effect successfully.

This study was aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy (HAART) combined withPing-Ai(PA) Mixture in the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) patients with non-infectious skin lesions, in order to study the advantages of integrative medicine in AIDS prevention and treatment. A total of 9 cases, who met the inclusion criteria of AIDS-associated non-infectious skin lesion with the pattern ofqi-yin deficiency and internal obstruction of phlegm-stasis, were selected. The combination of HAART and number 1 and 4 prescription of PA Mixture were used in the treatment for 3 months. The observations were made on changes of clinical symptoms, body signs, Karovsky integral and CD4+ T cells of patients before and after treatment. Stata 12.0 was used in the statistical analysis. The results showed that after integrative therapy, the single integral of clinical symptoms and body signs, such as skin spot papula, subcutaneous nodules, skin itching, fatigue was obviously reduced compared to that of the pretreatment. The total score decreased than that of the pretreatment. The patients’ quality of life (QOL) significantly increased. The Karovsky integral increased compared with that of pretreatment. The CD4+ T cells values were higher than that of the pretreatment. It was concluded that the integrative therapy had a certain effect in the treatment of AIDS-associated non-infectious skin lesions, which can improve the clinical symptoms, body signs, obviously increase the patients’ QOL and immune function.

The enantiomers separation of thirteen drugs collected in Ch.P2010 was performed on chiral stationary phase of cellulose ramification (chiralpak OD and chiralpak OJ) by high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods,which included ibuprofen (Cl),ketoprofen (C2),nitrendipine (C3),nimodipine (C4),felodipine (C5),omeprazole (C6),praziquantel (C7),propranolol hydrochloride (C8),atenolol (C9),sulpiride (C10),clenbuterol hydrochloride (C11),verapamil hydrochloride (C12),and chlorphenamine maleate (C13).The mobile phase consisted of isopropanol and n-hexane.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the flow rate was 0.7 mL/min.The enantiomers separation of these thirteen racemates on chiralpak OD column and chiralpak OJ column was studied,while the effects of proportion of organic additives,alcohol displacer and temperature on the separation were studied.And the mechanism of some of racemates was discussed.The results indicated that thirteen chiral drugs could be separated on chiral stationary phase of cellulose ramification in normal phase chromatographic system.The chromatographic retention and resolution of enantiomers could be adjusted by factors including column temperature and the concentration of alcohol displacer and organic alkaline modifier in mobile phase.It was shown that the resolution was improved with reducing concentration of alcohol displacer.When concentration of organic alkaline modifier was 0.2％ (v/v),the resolution and the peak shape were fairly good.Most racemates mentioned above had better resolution at column temperature of 25 ℃.When racemates were separated,the temperature should be kept so as to obtain stable separation results.

Objective: To investigate the factors influencing parents willingness to vaccinate their children against influenza in Guangzhou, and to provide a scientific basic for effectively improving the coverage rate of influenza vaccine in children. Methods: According to economic level, one secondary school and one elementary school in each of the central administrative and peripheral districts of Guangzhou were selected by stratified cluster sampling. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 5 133 parents of the school students. Questionnaire content included the basic characteristics of children and their parents, and parents knowledge of influenza vaccination for children. Results: A total of 14.57%(748/5 133) of parents were unwilling to have their children vaccinated against influenza. The results of the multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that, compared with parents aged ≤35 years old, parents aged 41-45 years and ≥46 years were 49% (adjusted OR=1.49, 95%CI =1.11-2.00) and 86% (adjusted OR= 1.86 , 95%CI =1.33-2.60), respectively, more likely to refuse vaccinating their children. Parents with an annual income ≥ 200 000 yuan were 52% more likely to be unwilling to vaccinate their children than those with annual income <100 000 yuan (adjusted OR=1.52, 95%CI =1.12-2.06). Parents living within a walking distance ≥30 minutes from the vaccination clinic were 52% more likely to be vaccinereluctant than those living within a walking distance of ≤10 minutes (adjusted OR=1.52, 95%CI = 1.16- 1.99). Compared with parents who regarded the vaccine as safe, parents who did not believe that it was safe or who were unsure of its safety were more likely to refuse vaccinating their children, with adjusted OR(95%CI ) of 12.75(9.44-17.23) and 3.37(2.73- 4.15 ), respectively( P <0.01). Conclusion Parents age, annual income, recognition of the safety of influenza vaccines, and walking distance to the vaccination clinic are associated with parents willingness to vaccinate children against influenza. Hospitals, communities and schools should cooperate to carry out vaccination and popular science propaganda, and arrange vaccination sites rationally to improve the coverage of influenza vaccines.

Diabetic foot refers to lower limb infection, ulceration and/or deep tissue destruction caused by complicated neuropathy and various degrees of lower extremity vascular disease in patients with diabetic foot. Diabetic foot is one of the main chronic complications of diabetes, which is characterized by long course of disease, difficulty to cure, high psychological burden, high economic burden, high disability rate and high mortality rate and therefore poses a severe threat to the quality of life and prognosis of patients with diabetes. Silver-containing dressings are a new type of wound antibacterial dressing that has been successfully used in the treatment of a variety of wounds. This article tries to review the progress of the application of silver ion dressings in the treatment of diabetic foot.

Objective:To investigate the relationship among mental health,maternal negative emotion and mother-child attachment in preschoolers.Methods:A total of 591 mothers of preschoolers from 8 kindergartens were selected.The Preschoolers Mental Health Scale(PMHS)was used to evaluate mental health of the preschool-ers,the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to evaluate maternal negative emotions,and Maternal Object Relationship Scale-Short Form(MORS)was used to evaluate mother-child attachment.Results:The scores of SDS and SAS were positively correlated with the total scoresand scores of each dimension of PMHS(r=0.69-0.93,Ps＜0.001).The maternal SDS and SAS scores were positively associated with total PMHS scores(β=0.38,0.52).The products of maternal SAS scores and MORS scores were negatively associated with the total PMHS scores(β=-0.12).Conclusion:Preschoolers mental health is closely related to a maternal negative emotion and mother-child attachment.

Objective To explore the factors related to the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages (SSB) among middle school students in four provinces (municipality) in China.Methods A total of 3 469 middle school students were recruited from the Children health cohort in eight counties within the four provinces (municipality).We collected information regarding demography,lifestyle,and family and school situation as well as the consumption frequency of SSB in the previous week.High SSB consumption was defined as "positive" if the frequency was once a day or more.Mean consumption time was calculated,and then logistic regressions were performed to explore the factors influencing SSB consumption.Results Prevalence of high SSB consumption was 11.18％ among the subjects of the eight counties,and the consumption frequency of SSB was 0.21 times per day.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that the following factors were associated with high consumption of SSB:higher grade,rural region,male gender,physical exercise,habit of eating snacks,eating out,and fast-food consumption (P＜0.01).Factors influencing high SSB consumption were not completely equal between genders:physical exercise at school was associated with high SSB consumption only in female students (P＜0.01),while higher grade and eating out in the past week were associated with high SSB consumption only in male students (P＜0.05).Conclusion Factors associated with high SSB consumption among middle school students included grade,region,physical exercise at school,snack consumption,eating out,and fast-food consumption.These factors differed between genders.Intervention programs addressing these factors may be beneficial in reducing SSB consumption in middle school students.

Objective:To analyze the mental health status of men who have sex with men (MSM) population among acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients.Methods:A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the general information, symptom check list-90 (SCL-90) questionnaire and scale of 269 MSM patients with AIDS in the Eighth Hospital of Xi'an city from November 2015 to May 2016.Results:Among the 269 cases of MSM with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/AIDS, the majority were 20-40 years old, with higher education level, mostly unmarried and nonsingleton. The scores of each factor of SCL-90 were significantly higher than that of the norm, among which diet and sleep, interpersonal relationship, anxiety and depression were the most prominent; regression analysis showed that the main reason affecting the scores of each factor among AIDS patients was the low quality of life, and the patients with high education were more likely to have depression and anxiety.Conclusions:MSM has its own special characteristics among AIDS patients, and there are many psychological problems. Necessary psychological intervention measures should be given.
