1.Research progression about the HMGN protein in tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(4):278-281
High mobility group N (HMGN),one member of the high mobility group superfamily,is expressed ubiquitously in living cells.HMGN can bind directly to nucleosomes and modulate the structure of the chromatin fiber, which affect the cellular transcription profile and cellular differentiation and the ability to repair damaged DNA.The occurence of tumor is closely related to the abnormal transcription caused by accumulation of mutations.Abnormal transcription can prompt the tumor cells to escape from the tight regulation of cell cycle progression.Studies show that HMGN plays an important role in cancer progression by involving in the regulation of tumor cell cycle and affecting the biological behavior of tumor cells.
2.The Clinical Research of Risk Factors of Atherosclerotic Renal Artery Stenosis in Coronary Heart Disease
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of concomitant atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis(ARAS)and coronary heart disease(CAD).Methods In the study period 247 patients with known or suspected CAD underwent combined cardiac catheterization and renal artery angiography. Results Incidence of ARAS was 20%(44/220)in CAD.Logistic regression analysis showed only age, degree of coronery artery stenosis, peripheral atherosclerosis disease were independently predictor of ARAS.Conclusions Renal artery angiography should be performed routinely to indentify ARAS,especially in the patients with mutil-vessel lesions, old age and peripheral atherosclerosis disease.
3.Mechanisms of Diabetogenic Action of Statins
China Pharmacist 2017;20(2):337-339
Objective:To alarm the effect of statins on blood glucose, and provide evidence for the rational use of statins in clin-ics. Methods:The recent articles on the effects and potential mechanisms of diabetogenic action of statins were reviewed and summa-rized. Results and Conclusion:Stains, especially lipophilic stains, could increase blood glucose via multiple pathways to induce dia-betes. The potential mechanisms included inhibiting L-type calcium channel, increasing the uptake of plasma-derived LDL-C, inhibi-ting synthesis of ATP and Coenzyme Q10, inhibiting the expression of glucose transporter 4 and inducingβ-cell inflammation, oxidation and apoptosis. Blood glucose should be monitored and adjusted timely when statins are used in clinics.

Journal of Geriatric Cardiology 2007;4(3):182-185
Slow coronary flow phenomenon(SCFP) is an angiographic observation characterized by delayed distal vessel opacification in the absence of significant epicardial coronary disease. Only limited studies have been focused on the etiologies, clinical manifestations and treatment of this unique angiographic phenomenon. In our case report, we described an 85-year-old man who came with significant ST segment elevation in leads V1-V4 and V3R-V5R without increase in myocardial enzyme. The patient also developed respiratory failure requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation. Coronary angiography revealed only mild atherosclerosis without spasm or thromboembolic occlusion. Slow flow was seen in all coronary arteries, especially in the left anterior descending and right coronary arteries. This case speculated that transmural myocardial ischemia with ST segment elevation might be resulted from slow coronary flow. Transmural myocardial ischemia can occur owing to abnormalities of the coronary microcirculation.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2009;28(3):202-204
Objective To improve the recognition of sarcoidosis in elderly patients. Methods Clinical data of 13 elderly patients with sarcoidosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were three cases without symptom and five cases with intra-pulmonary and extra-pulmonary manifestations respectively.Eight cases had atypical radiological appearances and five cases showed inflammatory changes through bronchofibercopy. There were three cases with increased percentage of lymphocytes and high ratio of CD4/CD8 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) respectively.Seven cases were diagnosed through biopsy. And the symptoms of all thirteen patients diminished after treatmeit. Conclusions The clinical symptom and radiologieal manifestation of sarcoidosis in elderly patients are varied and usually atypical. The diagnosis should be based on comprehensive analysis including clinical manifestation and examination. The elderly patients with indication of treatment can be given corticosteroid therapy with close clinical monitoring.

[Objective] To study the application and clinical result of extended trochanteric osteotomy in hip joint revision.[Methods]Thirteen hips in 13 patients who were treated with extended trochanteric osteotomy in hip joint revision from 2003 to 2007 were followed-up for an average time of 32.3 months. The revision reasons,Harris score, osteotomed length, and the oeteotomed union time were analyzed.[Results]The average preoperative Harris score of all patients was 38(24~68),the average postoperative Harris score was 77(57-100),with the improvement of 39 points. The average osteotomed length from the tip of great trochanter to distal osteotomy site was 12.4 cm(9~15.1 cm).The osteotomy sites were healed in 11 patients at 3 months and 2 patients at 6 months after operation.[Conclusion]Extended trochanteric osteotomy is useful in hip joint revision. After osteotomy femoral prosthesis and cement could be taken out easily, and the osteotomy site could be healed easily.

Objective To compare the pass rates of two primary hearing screening times and to determine the appropriate screening time. Methods The newborns born in 2004 and 2005 at our hospital were divided into two groups: group A and group B.Group A received hearing screening with distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE) on the 3rd day after birth, while group B screened in one month after birth. The newborns who failed the initial screening were rescreened one month later. The babies with positive screening findings were referred to full auditory assessments. Results Group A(n=2 305) had pass rate 81.9% at the initial screening and 85.2% at rescreening.Group B(n=1 348) had pass rate 93.9%(?2=103.99,P

OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of baicalin magnesium salt. METHODS:The stability of baicalin magnesium salt at high temperature(60 ℃),high humidity(90%),strong illumination(4000 lx),different temperatures(20,37,50,60 ℃) and pHs(6.80,5.70,4.60,4.30,3.90,3.60,3.20) was investigated, and HPLC was used to detect the drug contents. RESULTS:High humidity test indicated that the quality of baicalin magnesium salt was increased by (6.17 ± 0.12)% in the 5th day and in-creased by(6.92±0.05)% in the 10th day. Drug contents in the 10th day were respectively(94.78±0.12)%,(94.79±0.20)%, (94.66±0.15)% in the high temperature, high humidity, strong illumination tests(n=3). In phosphate buffer solution(pH 6.80), baicalin magnesium salt was stable only when the temperature was below 20 ℃;and it was yet stable in pure water(pH 6.76)at 37 ℃. pH stability test showed that the most stable pH was 4.30. CONCLUSIONS:Baicalin magnesium salt has hygroscopicity to some extent. Strong illumination affects the stability more seriously than high temperature and high humidity. The stability of ba-icalin magnesium salt in pure water is superior to in phosphate buffer solution, and the salt is stable in weak acid solution.

AIM: To study the effect of integrin ?2 on adhesion of SK-N-SH neuroblastoma cells to collagen. METHODS: Adhesion of the SK-N-SH cells to immobilized collagen was tested with various concentration of Mg~ 2+ , Ca~ 2+ and with 10 ?g/L anti-?2 monoclonal antibody (mAb) 6F1. A_ 570 was detected as adhesion cell numbers. RESULTS: Mg~ 2+ -dependent adhesion of SK-N-SH cells to type I collagen was increased significantly, with peak adhesion at concentration of 1 mmol/L Mg~ 2+ . A_ 570 with or without Mg~ 2+ was 0.59?0.03 and 0.25?0.01 respectively (P
