Objective To explore the influence of lovers''communication patterns and matching on their depression symptoms. Methods 300 pairs of dating couple were recruited from nine universities in Hebei,Henan,Beijing and Shanghai by convenience sampling principle. They were asked to fulfill the com-munication patterns questionnaire-short form and center for epidemiologic studies depression scale.Polynomial regression model with response surface method was adopted to analyze the results. Results ( 1) The scores of demands/withdraw,completely avoid, constructive communication of boys and girls were (3.93±1.10,4.10 ±1.09)(6.65±1.70,6.49±1.74)(3.85±1.70,4.02±1.98),and the scores of depression of boys and girls were (1.60±0.42,1.61±0.42).Boys depression was significantly positive correlated with its own demands/withdraw communication( r=0.222, P<0.01),and significantly positive correlated with girls demands/with-draw communication ( r=0.118, P< 0.05).Girls depression was significantly negative correlated with con-structive communication of their own( r=-0.407, P<0.01),and significantly negative correlated with the boys constructive communication ( r=-0.306, P<0.01). (2)Demand/withdraw communication could predict their own depression positively both for males and females( t=5.489,b=0.267, P<0.01, t=2.538,b=0.138, P<0.05).Constructive communication could predict depression negatively both for males and females( t=-5.158,b=0.382, P<0.01;t=-4.539,b=0.299, P<0.001 ).Males'' avoidance communication pattern could predict their own depression positively( t=1.918,b=0.174, P<0.05).(3)Males''constructive communication scores could predict females'' depression negatively( t=-3.306,b=0.189, P<0.01 ).(4)The consistency of communication pattern could influence couples'' depression. Conclusion Constructive communication con-tributes to lovers'' mental health and reduce the probability of their depression;Demand/withdraw communi-cation and avoidance communication increase their depression risk.

Objective To investigate the related factors on effects of uterine artery embolization (UAE) in the treatment of dysmenorrhea in patients with adenomyosis, and to construct and validate the efficacy prediction model. Methods A total of 127 cases of adenomyosis patients with symptoms of dysmenorrhea in Guangzhou No.1 People′s Hospital and Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 1999 to December 2009 were reviewed. The evaluation standard was to improve the degree of dysmenorrhea, the related factors of efficacy were analysed. Combined with artificial neural network theory, the effect prediction model was constructed, and the effectiveness of the model was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, and the effectiveness of the cut-off point was calculated. The model was validated by 68 cases of patients with adenomyosis in the Nanfang Hospital from January 2010 to November 2014. Results (1) In 127 cases of dysmenorrhea patients, UAE treatment was effective in 98 cases, effective rate was 77.2% (98/127). (2) Age was an independent predictor of effective UAE treatment (HR=1.129, P=0.026);in the range of this study, the greater the age, the higher the UAE treatment efficiency. (3) The developing situation of ovary branches of uterine artery was an independent predictor of effective UAE treatment (HR=0.460, P=0.020), the efficiency of patients whose intraoperative bilateral uterine artery ovarian branch did not develop was 89.7%(35/39), the efficiency of patients whose unilateral uterine artery ovarian branch was developing was 84.1% (37/44) and the efficiency of patients whose bilateral uterine artery ovarian branch were developing was 59.1% (26/44). (4) Blood supply of adenomyosisis was an independent predictor of effective UAE treatment (HR=0.313, P=0.001). Type Ⅰ (bilateral predominated) patients, efficiency was 93.5%(43/46);typeⅡ(bilateral balanced) patients, efficiency was 78.0%(39/50);type Ⅲ (unilateral predominated) patients, efficiency was 51.6% (16/31). (5) UAE for the treatment of adenomyosis efficacy of artificial neural network prediction model was constructed, the model′s area under the ROC curve was 0.808, the optimal cut-off point was 0.669 13. Actual verification of the model, sensitivity was 96.5%, specificity was 81.8%, positive predictive value was 96.5%and negative predictive value was 81.8%, the total accuracy was 94.1%. Conclusions (1) Age, the developing situation of ovary branches and blood supply of adenomyosis are the independent predictors of effective UAE treatment. (2) The artificial neural network prediction model is satisfied with the accuracy and the accuracy of prediction.

Plastic pollution has become a global environmental issue, making it necessary to explore the environmental disposal technology for plastic waste. Recently, we and other researchers have individually found microorganisms or enzymes from nature that can degrade synthetic plastic. These findings indicated that the capability of these microorganisms or enzymes to degrade plastic could be used for the disposal of plastic waste. Polyurethane (PUR) was one of the most used general plastic and its plastic waste occupied 30% of the total volume of different plastic waste. This review tried to provide a comprehensive summary of the researches on microbial degradation of PUR plastic in the past 70 years since its invention, and focused on the PUR-degrading fungi, bacteria, genes or enzymes, degradation products and the corresponding biological disposal technologies. We finally proposed the key scientific challenges on the development of high efficient biological disposal for PUR waste in the perspective researches.

General education in biological courses such as "Principal Biology" is an essential avenue for gaining an understanding of life science and developing an interest in the field. The reform of biological education teaching mode based on interdisciplinary approaches aims to foster cross-disciplinary talents, which is crucial for the rapid development of China's bioeconomy. Teaching method that simply superimposes different subjects is difficult to discover the value of interdisciplinary education. To address this, a novel teaching system and an innovative teaching mode were proposed for "Principal Biology" course by integrating science and engineering subjects, based on the cross-disciplinary feature in Beijing Institute of Technology. The system involves the design of cross-disciplinary course content and the integration of multiple disciplines and knowledge points based on students' majors, taking into account the characteristics of students' physical and mental development. To improve students' scientific literacy and interdisciplinary thinking ability, differentiated and major-driven teaching modes were applied by incorporating the "1+N" mixed and immersive cross-thinking training. The effectiveness of tailored cross-disciplinary teaching was evaluated using "in-teaching" and "post-teaching" data feedback models, which promote the optimization of teaching process and enhance the quality of education in cross-disciplinary biological science.
