Objective To investigate the anxiety status of male partner involved in induced abortion and to analyze influencing factors related.Methods Male partners of the patients undergoing induced abortion in the gynecology and obstetrics department of a hospital in Kunming in April and May in 2015 were selected and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used to measure the anxiety status and SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 53 out of 205 male partners were found to have anxiety symptoms (25.9％),with 44 cases of mild anxiety (21.5％),8 cases of moderate anxiety (3.9％) and 1 case of severe anxiety (0.5％).The main related risk factor was times of pregnancy (OR=3.35) while the protective factors were level of education (OR =0.60),times of induced abortion (OR =0.20) and age (OR =0.32) Conclusion When abortion occurs,the male partner's anxiety appears,mainly with mild and moderate one,and female's emotion are also affected.It is important to strengthen health education and popularize contraceptive knowledge so as to reduce the incidence of anxiety.

Objective: To explore the molecular mechanism of HMC-1 cell apoptosis on exposure to tripterine. Methods: After the HMC-1 cells were incubated with tripterine, the expression of bcl-2, bax, bcl-X,c-myc and ICE were assayed by using immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR. Results: The expression of bax,c-myc were up-regulated and bcl-2 down-regulated at protein level.The expression of bax,bcl-X L, especially bcl-2 were down-regulated, and ICE was up-regulated at mRNA level. Conclusion: These results suggest that apoptosis of HMC-1 cells induced by tripterine is regulated by different expression of apoptosis-related genes.

Objective To evaluate the potential mutagenicity of a new machinable bioactive glass-ceramic material.Methods Thirty N1H mouse inbred line (female:male =1:1) were divided to three groups at random (n =10),including glass-ceramic groups (oral administration of 5 g/kg glass-ceramic powder and arabic gum),negative control group (arabic gum in equal volume),and positive control group (oral administration of 40 mg/kg cyclophosphamide).The mice orally intook the equivalent liquor and were sacrificed with bone marrow cells abstracted 24 hours later.The micronucleated cells were counted in 1 000 polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) per mouse,then the rate of the micronucleus in every group was measured.Results The rate of the micronucleus in glass-ceramic group,negative control group and positive control group was 1.31±0.53‰, 1.32±0.62‰ and 29.20±0.74‰ respectively.There was no significant difference in the rate of the micronucleus between the experimental and negative groups (P＞0.05),while a significant difference in the rate of the micronucleus was observed between experimental and positive groups (P＜0.01).Conclusion The new machinable bioactive glass-ceramic materials couldn't increase the micronucleus rate of mouse bone marrow cells.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of different initial doses of nebulized budesonide inhalation (BI) in infants and young children with moderate to severe asthma exacerbations.Methods A multi-center,parallel controlled clinical trial was performed during Sep 2008 to Apr 2010 in three hospitals,which were Department of Pediatrics,Shanghai Jiaotong University Affiliated Shanghai First People's Hospital,Department of Pediatrics,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine Affiliated Xinhua Hospital,and Department of Respiratory,Fudan University Affiliated Children's Hospital.One hundred and fifty children aged 6 to 36 month with moderate to severe asthma exacerbations were randomly divided into two groups.The high-starting-dose group was treated with a dose of 1 mg nebulized BI every 8 h for 2 days,while the conventional-starting-dose group was treated with a dose of 0.5 mg cvcry 8 h for 4 days.The terbutaline sulfate aerosol liquid was administered with a dose of 2.5 mg each time as needed.The primary outcome measures were severity scores,which were assessed at admission (0 h),and 8 h,16 h,24 h,48 h,72 h after treatment separately.The secondary outcome measures included the use of β2 receptor agonist,the systemic use of corticosteroids,average length of hospital stay and total cost.The data was analyzed with SPSS 13.0.Results (1) The clinical severity scores were significantly decreased at all time points after treatment in both groups (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with conventional starting-dose of BI,high starting-dose of 3.25 ± 1.82,P ＜ 0.01).(2) The terbutaline doses and the systemic corticosteroids do-ses were significantly reduced in high-starting-dose group compared with conventional-starting-dose group [(16.27 ± 12.99) mg vs (22.90 ± 18.27) mg,P ＜ 0.05 ; (4.54 ± 18.18) mg vs (11.16 ± 21.34) mg,P ＜ 0.05).The average length of hospital stay and the total cost of the two groups showed no significant differences (P ＞ 0.05).(3) There were no side effects associated with BI.Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment,high-starting-dose of BI can control symptoms fast and reduce the use of systemic corticosteroid without any side effects.BI improved symptoms more quickly at 8 h (2.87 ± 1.60 vs 4.48 ± 2.24,P ＜ 0.01) and 16 h (2.48 ± 1.56 vs

Objective:To evaluate the effects of smart stethoscope on the monitoring childhood asthma exacerbation, so as to assist family management in childhood asthma.Methods:A prospective randomized controlled study was carried out.A total of 80 children with asthma who were treated at Department of Pediatric Respiratory, Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and Shanghai Tonxin Pediatric Clinic from November 2020 to May 2021 were enrolled and randomly divided into a test group of 40 cases (used the smart stethoscope) and a control group of 40 cases(not used the smart stethoscope). Medical history data were collected.The control group received monthly routine follow-up, while the test group was followed up both routinely and by smart stethoscope.In the test group, hearing wheezing sound was regarded as asthma exacerbation, and in the control group, the asthma exacerbation was reported by the parents themselves.The frequency of asthma exacerbation, asthma control level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The recognition, diagnosis, treatment and outcomes of acute asthma exacerbation in two groups of children were described and analyzed.Measurement data were analyzed by t test or Mann- Whitney U test.Numeration data were analyzed by χ2 test. Results:Respiratory sounds collected by smart stethoscope in the test group were assessed by 3 specialist physicians.There were 12 wheezing rales (42.86%), 1 moist rale (3.57%) and 1 rhonchi rale (3.57%). Besides, 12 files (42.86%) were difficult to distinguish, and 2 files (7.14%) induced inconsistent identification.The number of asthma exacerbation was 12 in the test group and 5 in the control group.In the test group, 12 were recognized by the smart stethoscope, and only 6 were recognized by the parents.Comparing the diagnosis and treatment measures between two groups, it was found that there were more children in the test group (38.1%) receiving home treatment through telemedicine than those in the control group (20.0%). Besides, there were less children (61.9%) in the test group receiving unplanned hospital treatment (including unplanned outpatient, emergency and hospitalization) than those in the control group (80.0%). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of children during acute asthma exacerbation ( χ2=4.67, P=0.097). Parents were satisfied with the common functions, convenience and stability of smart stethoscope. Conclusions:Smart stethoscope can acquire the respiratory sounds of children with asthma in real time, achieving timely detection, diagnosis and treatment of asthma exacerbation in children.What′s more, smart stethoscope reduces the incidence of unplanned hospital diagnosis and treatment, and assists parents with better family management of children asthma.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and therapy by improving the further understanding of adrenal hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of adrenal hemorrhage confirmed by pathology admitted to the First Hospital of China Medical University from October 2006 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Observe the patient's clinical manifestations,imaging features,treatment methods and prognosis.Results All 12 cases were unilateral adrenal hemorrhage,8 cases manifested lumbago in troubled side,2 cases manifested abdominal pain,and 2 cases were found during physical examination incidentally with no obvious symptoms.Ultrasound-B was performed in 10 cases,revealed low echo of masses in 5 cases,mixed echo of masses in 2 cases,cystic echo of masses in 2 cases,and no abnormality in 1 case.All 12 cases were scanned by CT,9 cases showed cystic masses with mixed density,and 3 cases showed solid masses.The value of plain CT ranged from 31 HU to 77 HU,no obvious enhancement was found in enhanced scan.One case was scanned by MRI,showed round mass in left adrenal gland,with uneven signal.The main signal was iso-signal in T1-weighted and T2-weighted.Six cases underwent adrenal and mass resection through the 11th rib,3 cases underwent retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy,2 cases underwent abdominal exploration and accepted adrenalectomy and hematoma removal,and 1 case was discharged after conservative treatment because of surgery contraindication.11 cases of the pathology of postoperation were adrenal hemorrhage.Conclusions Preoperative diagnosis of adrenal hemorrhage is relatively difficult,ultrasound-B,CT,and MRI examination can help diagnose.Surgical treatment should be performed for patients who can tolerate surgery and with larger hematoma (＞5 cm).

Tumor extracellular matrix (ECM) is the center component of tumor microenvironment (TME), ECM diversity constitutes the inherent heterogeneity of TME that contributes to tumor growth, dormancy, drug resistance, and metastasis. Discoidin domain receptor 1 is one of the ECM receptors that interact with multiple ECM ligands. It also regulates the occurrence and development of tumors. Accordingly, DDR1 plays an increasingly important role in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer. In this review, we primarily summarize the research of ECM and its receptors with components, regulation, cell receptors, and signaling pathways in tumor progression.

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention on fear of disease progression and negative emotionin patients with glioma.Methods A total of 60 eligible patients with glioma who were treated in neurosurgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to October 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to random number table. The control group received routine care, and the experimental group patients received cognitive behavioral intervention for 12 weeks on the basis of routine care. Cognitive assessment and cognitive reconstruction were performed to achieve cognitive intervention by interviews, lectures and other forms. Behavioral intervention was achieved by musical relaxation training and personalized exercise programs for the patients. The patients were evaluated with the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form (FoP-Q-SF), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) on the admission day, 1 week after surgery and 3 months after surgery to compare the fear of disease progression and negative emotion of the two groups. Results Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that with the extension of time, the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were decreased, and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of FoP-Q-SF in both groups showed a trend of rising first and then decreasing, and the peak point was as 1 week after operation. There was no statistical significant difference in the score of FoP-Q-SF between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). The score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 3 months after intervention, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusions There were different degrees of fear of progression and negative emotions in patients with glioma at different stages of disease. Cognitive behavioral intervention can effectively alleviate the fear of disease progression, anxiety and depression in patients with glioma, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective:To conduct visualization analysis,induction and summary for the study status,focus and trend in the dose measurement field of flash radiotherapy(Flash-RT)through bibliometric methods on the basis of the Web of Science Collection(WOS),and analyze the technical bottleneck of Flash-RT dose measurement.Methods:In the WOS database,the("FLASH radiotherapy"or"ultra high dose rate"or"FLASH irradiation")and TS=("dosimetric system"or"dosimeters"or"dosimetry")were used as the theme terms,and all relevant literatures about the study of Flash-RT dose measurement that were included in the Core Collection of WOS database were retrieved.The citation analysis function of WOS and Citespace software(Version 6.2)were used to conduct visualization analysis for the publication trends,sources and research focus of the included literature of Flash-RT dose measurement,and to draw corresponding visualization knowledge maps.Results:The literatures were mainly published during January 2015 and November 2023,and a total of 86 papers were included in the analysis by screening,which included 78 articles and 8 reviews.The top three countries in terms of publication volume were respectively the United States(38 papers),France(19 papers)and Italy(19 papers).The research focuses were respectively Cherenkov,radiotherapy,passive dosimeter,conventional radiation,laser particle acceleration,ionization chamber and proton therapy as cluster analysis.Currently,the study of Flash-RT dose measurement mainly focused on the relevant fields included Flash-RT radiation source,dose rate,and the equipment and method of dose measurement.Conclusion:Flash-RT is a new technology with a key breakthrough in the basic field of radiotherapy,and this technique faces many difficulties and challenges in the clinical translation process of this technique.With the continuous development of science and technique,and deepeningaccumulation of related researchclinical big data,the method and procedure of accurate and efficient dose measurement dosimetry methods and procedures will promote and realize the update and iteration of Flash-RT experiment research and device technique,which will successfully realize the clinical the broader application prospects of this technology.
