Objective To investigate the protective effects of G CSF on lungs of rats with acute cholangitis and changes in blood TNF and TXA 2/PGI 2 by treating the rats with G CSF. Methods Seventy two Wistar rats were randomized into the control, infected and treated groups. We established the model of cholangitis in the rats with injection of E. coli 25922 into the bile duct. The animals in the treated group were pretreated with G CSF 500 ng/day bid) for 5 days before the E. coli injection. The levels of blood TNF and TXA 2/PGI 2 were measured at the 3rd, 6th and 12th h after the injection. Meanwhile, the morphological changes in lungs of the rats were observed. Results The morphological changes in lungs were milder and levels of blood TNF and TXA 2/PGI 2 were significantly lower in the treated group than in the infected one (P

Objective To compare internet addiction disorders' family cohesion and their family educa-tion style, and to help prevent internet addiction disorder and interference treatment in families with internet addic-tion disorder. Methods Ninety adolescents with internet addiction disorder were investigated as the experimental group and one hundred normal adolescents as the control group. Questionnaire and in-depth interview was used to collect data, and the data was analyzed with SPSS 10.0. Results Average scores of control group were significant higher than those of experimental group in family cohesion ((51.75±8.86) vs (38.89±12.17), P<0.01). Av-erage scores of control group were significant higher than these of experimental group in family education style ((50.65±7.66) vs (41.44±10.84), P < 0.01). Average scores of experimental group were significant higher than those of control group in dissatisfaction of family cohesion and family education style ((20.87±4.66) vs (12.33±7.88); (23.30±11.06) vs (14.28±7.29), P < 0.01). Conclusion The adolescents with internet addiction disorder have low family cohesion and high dissatisfaction of family education style, wherefore during in-ternet addiction family intervention and prevention, it should pay particular attention to cultivating close and harmo-nious relations among families members. In aspect of family education, parents should pay special attention to chil-dren's healthy personality development, and guide their children to actively take part in social practice and train-ing.

AIM:To systematically evaluate the clinical interchangeability of adalimumab biosimi-lars in terms of efficacy, safety, and immunogenici-ty,and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical interchangeability.METHODS:Randomized Controlled Trials(RCTs)on the interchangeability of adalimumab biosimilars were systematically searched in PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,WANFANG and SinoMed from inceptions to October 2023.Data were extracted from the litera-ture that met the inclusion criteria, risk of bias was assessed using the Cochrane Handbook for System-atic Reviews of Interventions 5.0 bias risk assess-ment tool.Meta-analysis was performed using Rev-man 5.4 software. The certainty of evidence was graded using the GRADE tool recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration. This study was conducted according to the PRISMA guideline.RESULTS:Eigh-teen studies were included, with 7 focusing on pso-riasis and 11 on rheumatoid arthritis.Regarding ef-ficacy,for psoriasis, there were no statistical differ-ences in PASI 75 response rates and sPGA scores of ≤1 after 1-4 switches between biosimilars and the reference drug(P>0.05,moderate-quality evi-dence).For rheumatoid arthritis, there were no sta-tistical differences in ACR 20/50/70 response rates after 1-3 switches(P>0.05,moderate-quality evi-dence).Regarding safety, there were no statistical differences in the risk of adverse events after single or multiple switches for both diseases(P>0.05,moderate-quality evidence).Regarding immunoge-nicity,there were no statistical differences in the rate of anti-drug antibody production after single or multiple switches(P>0.05,moderate-quality evi-dence).High-quality evidence is still lacking for the interchangeability of adalimumab biosimilars in other indications.CONCLUSION:The switches be-tween adalimumab biosimilars and the reference drug have no significant impact on clinical efficacy, safety and immunogenicity for psoriasis and rheu-matoid arthritis patients.

Objective:To compare the efficacy between Kirschner wire and clavicular hook plate in the fixation of distal clavicle fractures in older children. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted of the 28 pediatric patients with distal clavicle fracture who had undergone surgical treatment at Department of Pediatric Orthopedics, The Second General Hospital of Fuzhou from December 2014 to December 2023. There were 20 boys and 8 girls. Age: 10.0 (9.0, 12.8) years old; 22 left sides and 6 right sides; by the Craig modified Neer classification: 22 cases of type Ⅱ, 5 cases of type Ⅳ, and 1 case of type Ⅴ. The patients were divided into 2 groups based on their internal fixation methods. The Kirschner wire group of 12 cases were treated with open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation; the hook plate group of 16 cases were treated with open reduction and clavicular hook plate fixation. Operation time, hospital stay, fracture healing time, incidence of complications, and scores at the final follow-up (the Constant-Murley shoulder function score, quick disabilities of the arm, shoulder, and hand (quickDASH) score, and visual analog scale (VAS) for aesthetic satisfaction) were recorded and compared between the 2 groups. Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the baseline data between the 2 groups, indicating comparability ( P>0.05). The postoperative follow-up period for the 28 patients was (14.8±6.5) months. The operation time in the Kirschner wire group [(34.3±12.1) min] was significantly shorter than that in the hook plate group [(49.4±16.8) min] ( P<0.05), and the VAS score for aesthetic satisfaction at the final follow-up in the Kirschner wire group [(8.2±1.1) points] was significantly higher than that in the hook plate group [(6.2±2.6) points] ( P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between the 2 groups in terms of fracture healing time, hospital stay, incidence of complications, or Constant-Murley score and quickDASH score at the final follow-up ( P>0.05). Conclusions:For pediatric patients with distal clavicle fracture, both Kirschner wire fixation and clavicular hook plate fixation can achieve good functional outcomes. However, Kirschner wire fixation has advantages of shorter operation time, higher postoperative aesthetic satisfaction, and no need of a secondary surgery for implant removal.

, a widely used Chinese herbal medicine, was considered as central nervous system (CNS) drug for years. Both ethanol extracts (EES) and water extracts (WES) of it were applied clinically. Unfortunately, the difference of their efficacy and even effective material foundation of remains obscure. In this study, to explore the active constituents of , we compared pharmacodynamics and chemical profiles / of EES/WES for the first time using multiple chemical analysis, pharmacological and data processing approaches. It was proved that there was no significant difference in the anti-depressive effects between WES and EES. However, the contents of most components and in plasma were higher in EES than those in WES, which was unconvincing for their similar efficacy. Therefore, we further explored components of targeted onto brain and the results showed that 5 lignans were identified with definite absorptivity respectively both in EES and WES caused by the limitation of blood-brain barrier. Moreover, bioinformatic analysis predicted their anti-depressive action. Above all, the systematic strategy screened 5 brain-targeted effective substances of and it was suggested that exploring the components into nidi would promote the studies on herbs effective material basis.
