Objective To prevent unplanned extubation, reduce complications caused by restraint, improve satisfaction degree of patients′relatives, and to lower nurses′work stress. Methods Transparent restraint protection gloves were developed, within which fingers could move freely and with the help of which unplanned extubation could be prevented.A total of 1 00 ICU patients were selected and divided into intervention group and control group randomly, each with 50 cases.Patients in the intervention group used the new type restraint gloves, while patients in the control group used traditional ones.Restraint effects of the two groups were compared. Results Unplanned extubation happened to non patient in the intervention group, while it happened to 6 cases in the control group,Fisher′s exact test was used in comparison between the two groups (P <0.05). Scores of satisfaction degree in the intervention group were (3.1 4 ±0.639)points,while the scores in the control group were (2.20 ±0.756)points (t =6.71 4,P <0.01 );scores of nurses′work stress on accident extubation of patients in the intervention group were (2.1 2 ±0.761 )points, lower than that in the control group with (t =-8.696,P <0.01 ).Conclusions Transparent restraint protection gloves can effectively prevent unplanned extubation, reduce complications caused by restraint, improve satisfaction degree of patients′relatives, and lower nurses′work stress.

Objective To investigate the effects of individualized nursing care on postoperative negative mood and cellular immune function of patients with primary palmar hyperhidrosis. Methods From March 2015 to August 2016, according to the principle of completely random digital table, a total of 60 patients with primary palmar hyperhidrosis who were treated with thoracic sympathetic modulation in the First Hospital of Jiaxing were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the patients in the observation group had been treated with individualized nursing care before surgery besides the routine nursing care. Patients' venous blood samples were taken for the percentage of blood T lymphocyte subsets and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in both groups at 4 time points: T0 (24 hours before the operation), T1 (24 hours after operation), T2 (48 hours after operation), and T3 (72 hours after the operation). In addition, the changes of negative mood such as anxiety and depression were observed and compared between the two groups by SCL-90.Results Compared with T0, the scores of somatization, paranoia, anxiety, depression and hostility of the two groups were significantly lower at T1, T2 and T3, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of somatization, paranoia, anxiety, depression and hostility of the observation group were significantly lower at T1, T2 and T3 (P<0.05). Compared with T0, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased and CD8+ significantly decreased at T1, T2 and T3 in both groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased and CD8+ significantly decreased at T1, T2 and T3,respectively (P<0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing care can effectively improve postoperative anxiety, depression and other negative emotions and cellular immune function of the patients with primary hyperhidrosis, it is worthy of further clinical promotion.

ObjectiveTo construct a quality evaluation index system for continuous aspiration of subglottic secretion(CASS), in order to provide references for clinical objective evaluation of the quality of this technology. MethodsBased on the theory of "structure-process-outcome" model, through literature review, expert meeting, expert consultation and principal component analysis, the quality evaluation index system and the index weights of all indicators for CASS were finally determined by 23 intensive care unit experts from 5 provinces (autonomous regions)and 11 cities through two rounds of consultation. SPSS 18.0 software was used in statistical analysis. ResultsThe effective responsive rate of the questionnaires in the two rounds were 92.0%,87.0%; the expert authority coefficients were 0.887, 0.895; Kendall's idea coordination coefficients were 0.13, 0.09 (P< 0.01).The final index system consisted of 3 first-level indicators, 8 second-level indicators, and 23 third-level indicators. ConclusionsThe process of the construction of nursing quality evaluation index system for CASS is scientific, and the contents of index entries are reasonable, which can ensure the effective implementation of the technology.
