Objective To report arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) with iliotibial tract autograft and gracilis tendon by Moriya s method and to evaluate its clinical results. Methods The iliotibial tract autograft of about one third length was dissected with the tibial attachment kept. Then the trimmed gracilis tendon was wrapped in the iliotibial tract to reconstruct ACL. 16 patients (12 males and 4 females) were treated in this way. The anterior drawer test and the Lachman s test were all positive before operation, indicating that anteromedial and posterolateral bundles of ACL were totally broken, which was proved by arthroscopy. Results All patients were followed up for 4 to 17 months (mean 9 months). According to the criteria for knee ligament function evaluation set up by Japanese Association of Orthopaedics( JOA) , 10 patients scored ≥ 90 points, 5 patients 80 to 90 points, and 1 patient ≤ 80 points. The excellent and good rate was 93.75% . Conclusion Iliotibial tract autograft transfer with gracilis tendon to reconstruct ACL under arthroscopy boasts convenience in harvesting grafts, simplicity in performance and excellent results, without evidence of damaging extension and flexion tendons of the knee or causing patellofemoral pain. To investigate the high-risk factors for newborn hearing loss and to provide information for preventing the development of hearing loss and delaying its progression, from May 2003 to June 2006, neonates who failed to pass the universal newborn hearing screening (UNHS) were referred to Jinan Newborn Hearing Screening and Rehabilitation Center from 7 newborn hearing screening centers in seven cities of Shandong province. One-to-one pair-matched case-control method was employed for statistical analysis of the basic features of definitely identified cases. High-risk factors relating to the bilateral hearing loss were evaluated by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Our results revealed that 721 transferred newborns who didn't pass the hearing screening received audiological and medical evaluation and 367 were confirmed to have hearing loss. Of them, 177 neonates with hearing loss who met the matching requirements were included in the study as subjects. Univariate analysis showed that high-risk factors related to hearing loss incuded age of father, education backgrounds of parents, parity, birth weight, gestational weeks, craniofacial deformity, history of receiving treatment in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), neonatal disease, family history of otopathy and family history of congenital hearing loss. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that 4 independent risk factors were related to bilateral hearing loss, including parity (OR=16.285, 95% CI 3.379-78.481), neonatal disease (OR=34.968, 95% CI 2.720-449.534), family history of congenital hearing loss (OR=69.488, 95% CI 4.417-1093.300) and birth weight (OR=0.241, 95% CI 0.090-0.648). It is concluded that parity, neonatal disease and family history of hearing loss are the promoting factors of bilateral hearing loss in neonates and appropriate intervention measures should be taken to deal with the risk factors.

Objective To explore the feasibility and evaluate the teaching effect of case-based multidisciplinary team teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of gynecology.Method According to different grade,120 students were divided into experimental group and control group (60 students per group). The teaching content contained three malignant tumor cases, which were cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer. The course needed 12 periods totally. The experimental group received multidisciplinary team (MDT) teaching mode, and the control group received traditional lecture-based learning teaching mode (LBL).Teaching effect evaluation and test scores would be analyzed at the end of teaching.SPSS19.0 was used for t test and chi-square test. Results Our results showed that the theory test scores, practical skills test scores, the paperwork scores and the total scores of the students in MDT group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group (P<0.05).At the same time, the students' self-evaluation scores in the ability of information retrieval, acquisition, understanding, comprehensive and the ability of self-learning,learning interest, enthusiasm and teamwork were significantly higher than the traditional group (P<0.05).Conclusion MDT teaching mode is feasible, which can improve teaching effect and students' quality, and is worthy of advocating and popularization.

Objective:To collect and analyze the evaluation index of infertility treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which will lay a foundation for the establishment of the core index and evaluation index system of TCM treating infertility. Methods:By retriving the published literatures of randomized controlled trials of infertility treated by TCM in the database of CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, SinoMed, PubMed and Cochrane Library from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2020, and after the screening according to the creteria of inclusion and exclusion, this paper analyzed the normal indexes of infertility and the pathogenic indexes of TCM.Results:A total of 95 RCTs were included, including 9 069 patients aged between 20-39 years old. The average sample size of each RCT study was 95, involving 78 evaluation criteria. The highest frequency of use was the total effective rate, etiological-index analysis found that the general indicators of infertility such as the total effective rate, pregnancy rate, TCM syndrome scores, and common etiological factors such as LH, FSH are the characteristic indicators. Conclusion:There are many problems in the evaluation indexes of clinical trials of treating infertility by TCM, such as great differences in number and not standardized usage. It is necessary to carry out research on the construction of core indicator and evaluation indicator systems of infertility according to different etiologies.
