Objective To investigate the method and effect of endovascular treatment for ilio-femoral venous post-thrombotic syndrome. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 47 patients, who underwent endovascular treatment for ilio-femoral venous post-thrombotic syndrome from January 2010 to December 2013.Patients received transjugular iliofemoral venous thrombectomy, percutaneous angioplasty (PTA) and/or endovascular stent placement after inferior vena cava filter was implanted. Results All patients were successfully treated with angioplasty and stent placement. The ilio-femoral venous were patent after the placement of the stent.Chronic ulcer in 7 patients healed within one month. The patency rate of the affected limb at 6 months was 88.9%,occlusion rate was 11.1%.No reblocked cases were found during venous ultrasound follow-up.After treatment, the circumference difference of low limb between affected and normal limb decreased from (2.46 ± 0.98) cm to (0.70 ± 0.19) cm (P <0.05) at the level of 15 cm above knee, and from (3.28 ±0.85) cm to (0.83 ±0.26) cm (P<0.05) at the level of 15 cm below knee.Villalta score decreased from (12.0 ± 1.9) to (6.9 ±2.2,P < 0.05) and symptoms were significantly improved. Conclusions Ilio-femoral venous stenting provides a safe, effective and minimal invasive approach for the treatment of post-thrombotic syndrome.Acceptable patency rates can be expected through short-term follow-up.

Viral hepatitis is a major liver disease caused by virus infection .Viral hepatitis is popular in China , mainly caused by hepatitis B and hepatitis C viruses .Experimental animal model is a necessary platform for the research on mechanism of viral infection and pathogenicity , for treatment and vaccine development .Up to date, a great progress in the development of viral hepatitis animal models has been achieved in spite of the most of findings are limited to hepatitis B and C.Here, we summarize the recent findings of viral hepatitis animal models , focusing on the tree shrew animal model and its modeling strategy .

Lateral epicondylitis is a common clinical disease with characteristics of lateral elbow pain, insidious onset and easy recurrence, which can cause forearm pain and decreased wrist strength, seriously affecting patients′ daily life and work. Although there are various treatment methods for lateral epicondylitis with different effects, standard treatments are still lacking nowadays. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) has good effects on bone and tendon repair, and is now widely used in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis. However, there is a lack of a unified understanding of the technology and specifications of PRP in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis. Therefore, the Sports Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Branch of the Chinese Medical Association organized experts in the fields of sports medicine and rehabilitation medicine in China to formulate the "clinical expert consensus on platelet-rich plasma treatment for lateral epicondylitis (2022 version)", and proposed suggestions based on evidence-based medicine mainly from the concept, epidemiology and pathophysiology of lateral epicondylitis, symptoms, signs and imaging manifestations of lateral epicondylitis, PRP concept and application component requirements, quality control of PRP preparation technology, indications and contraindications of PRP in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis, PRP injection in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis, application of PRP in the operation of lateral epicondylitis, related problems after PRP treatment of lateral epicondylitis, evaluation of the results after PRP treatment of lateral epicondylitis, and health and economic evaluation of PRP treatment of lateral epicondylitis, so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
