The macroscopy and ultrasondgraphy analysis for thirty reseeted specimens of esophageal carcinoma proved by pathology was reported in this paper. The ultrasonic features of esophageal carcinoma as follows:the local wails became thicker, their layers were unclear or disap-peared,the normal walls were insteaded of irregular masses with hypoechoic patterns, the borders of the masses were definite or indefinite, and the posterior echoes of the masses had little change. In addi-tion,the depth of tumor invasion Was compared by the ultrasonography and pathology. The ultrasonic features of the esophageal walls without tumor were also described.

OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of autologous fat injection of eustachian tube pharyngeal orifice in the treatment of Patulous eustachian tube (PET). METHODS We selected 18 patients who had no obvious improvement after medical treatment of PET over 1 months. They were treated with autologous fat injections to narrow the pharyngeal ostium of the eustachian tube. The treatment results were documented, including the patient's supervisory feeling and visual analogue scale (VAS). RESULTS The total effective rate was 83.3% after 12 months of follow-up (symptoms significantly reduced in 27.8% of patients and partial improvement is 55.6%), 16.7% the symptoms remain unchanged, no one worsened. No patients had any complications. CONCLUSION Autologous fat injection of the eustachian tube is a effective and safe treatment for PET with the percentage of significant or partial relief of 83.3%, It is easy to conduct in clinical practice which could potentially serve as an alternative treatment for PET.

Objective:To assess the efficacy of immunosuppressor on treatment of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis(HSPN).Methods:Literatures were searched in PubMed, Cochrane library, Web of Science, Wanfang database, CNKI and CBM database from inception to January 2021.The studies that investigated the effect of immunosuppressor on HSPN outcomes were included.Article screening, data extraction and quality assessment were accomplished by two investigators independently, and statistical analyses were performed by STATA 14.Results:Ten studies were included with 443 cases, of which, 245 cases were in the experimental group while 198 cases were in the control group. The Meta-analysis showed that the experimental group had higher complete remission rate( OR=1.95, 95% CI 1.19-3.22, P=0.009), total remission rate ( OR=2.92, 95% CI 1.74-4.88, P<0.001), proteinuria decreasing level ( SMD=0.35, 95% CI 0.09-0.61, P=0.008), the increasing level of serum albumin ( SMD=1.27, 95% CI 0.43-2.11, P=0.003) and the increasing level of estimated glomerular filtration rate ( SMD=0.48, 95% CI 0.21-0.76, P=0.001), lower relapse rate ( OR=0.19, 95% CI 0.05-0.72, P=0.015) as well as death rate ( OR=0.19, 95% CI 0.04-0.78, P=0.021)than those of the control group. Conclusion:The immunosuppressor could enhance complete remission rate, total remission rate, proteinuria decreasing level, the increasing level of serum albumin and the increasing level of estimated glomerular filtration rate, reduce relapse rate and death rate of HSPN patients.

Objective To explore the application of UW solution in the replantation of the rat limb, and to explore a simple method for the ideal preservation of the amputated limbs. Methods From September,2017 to Janurary,2018,one hundred and twenty healthy adult male SD rats, weight 320-350 g,were randomly divided into 8 groups:A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H group. The isolated limbs of the control group A,C,E,G were cryopreserved in refrigerator at 4 ℃,while those of the experiment group B,D,F,H were preserved under the same condition after being perfused with UW solution. All the severed limbs were replanted back to the rats after different time length of cry opreservation:A,B 12 hours,C,D 20 hours,E,F 28 hours and G,H 36 hours.During the operations the femoral artery and venous patency were detected immediately after anastomosis. And after the operations the survival rates of limb replantation were observed. On the third day after the limb replantation, the tibial posterior muscle tissue was examined for pathology. The cell areas in pathological photographs were compared with Image analysis software Image-pro Plus 6.0 and the ultra structural changes of skeletal muscle tissue were observed. Results The femoral artery and venous patency in experiment group A,C,E and control group B,D,F were all 100 percent. However,in the group G,H the severed limb vessels changed obviously, the patency dropped markedly and the survival rates of limb replantation turned out to be 0.The experiment groups perfused with UW solutions, had relatively higher survival rates compared with the control groups (12 h:93.33% vs.53.33%,20 h:80.00% vs.40.00%,28 h:53.33% vs.13.33%) and the skeletal muscles edema was lighter than that of the control group, with a larger proportion of cell areas(12 h:69.49±8.57 vs.44.75±6.34,20 h:56.34±7.73 vs.36.69±5.74,28 h:45.76±8.23 vs.31.49±7.72).There was a significantly difference (P<0.05).Electron microscope observation showed that the experiment group bore a lighter damage of myofibril, interstitial tissue and mitochondria compared with the control group. Conclusion The combination of UW solution and cryopreservation of organs is an ideal and proper way to preserve the amputation limb,to extend the time limit for replantation, and to achieve a better recovery effect of postoperative limb function.Besides,UW solution is easy to be promoted in the treatment of isolated limb in clinical work.

BACKGROUND:
Health literacy is a public health goal which can be used as an independent factor of health outcomes. This study aimed to assess the association between health literacy and health status, as well as the two mediating factors of behavior and self-efficacy among residents aged 15-69 years in Qingdao.
METHODS:
A cross-sectional survey was implemented among residents aged 15-69 years (N = 3793) in Qingdao, China. A combination of stratified cluster random and proportional probability sampling methods was used to select subjects for this study. Data were collected using "The Chinese Citizen Health Literacy Questionnaire (2019)". We proposed a hypothetical model for the relationship between sociodemographic characteristics, health literacy, self-efficacy, health behavior, and health status, and used path analysis to validate the hypothesis.
RESULTS:
The path analysis showed that higher education (β = 0.293) and income (β = 0.135) are positively and directly associated with greater health literacy, which was positively associated with health status (β = 0.057). Health literacy is a direct influencing factor of health behavior (β = 0.070) and self-efficacy (β = 0.099). Health behavior (β = 0.041) and self-efficacy (β = 0.173) exerted a positive direct effect on health status. The model explained 14.1% of variance for health literacy, 3.8% for self-efficacy, 5.7% for health behavior, and 15.0% for health status.
CONCLUSIONS
Health literacy was identified to be a critical factor in health status. The results emphasized that the dissemination of health knowledge, development of healthy behavior, and cultivation of self-efficacy should be jointly promoted to reinforce the level of health status among residents in future work.
