Lymph nodes (LN)are the main parts of the esophageal cancer metastasis, and the current status of LN is the important indicator of prognosis.LN metastasis appears in early stage of esophageal cancer. One side,LN metastasis easily appears in the regions near the tumor and some special areas. On the other side,LN metastasis has the characteristics of wide metastasis and skip metastasis. Therefore, the researches of the pattern of esophageal cancer lymph node metastasis can help to comform the scope of the esophageal cancer lymph node dissection and the target regions of radiotherapy.

Objective To examine the sleep status and relevant psychosocial factors in patients with colorectal cancer before surgery and improve their sleep quality. Methods A cross?sectional survey method was used. Participants were 107 cases of patients with colorectal cancer from the Department of Anorectal Surgery in The First Hospital ,which is affiliated with China Medical University. The Athens insomnia scale(AIS),Ham?ilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),perceived social support scale(PSSS),self?esteem scale(SES),medical cop?ing questionnaire(MCMQ),memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness(MUNSH),Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ),and Wong?Baker face scale were used to assess preoperative sleep in patients with colorectal cancer and related psychosocial factors. Results Among the 107 cases, there were 24 cases of insomnia, with an insomnia incidence of 22.43%. No statistical differences were found in demographic charac?teristics and clinical characteristics(P>0.05). According to the degree of insomnia, there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05) for depression, anxiety, social support, avoidance, yield, happiness, and EPQ?N. Before the surgery, the degree of depression, anxiety, and EPQ?P had a significant positive effect on the degree of insomnia (P< 0.05). Conclusion The degree of insomnia before surgery in patients with colorectal cancer is closely associated with depression, anxiety, coping styles, social support, and personality characteristics.

Objective To determine the effect of 2 transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) short hairpin RNA (shRNA) expression plasmids (pcDU6-A1-A2 and pcDU6-B1-B2) on proliferation, TGF-β1, connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), and fibronectin (FN) expression induced by human serum albumin (HAS) in HK2 cells. Methods A vector plasmid containing the TGF-β1 shRNA was generated. An HK2 cell line was used in the study. The 2 TGF-β1 shRNA expression plasmids were transfected into cultured HK2 cells by lipofectamine 2000. Cellular proliferation was assessed by tetrazolium salt colorimetry. The semi-quantitative reverse transcriptive PCR was performed to detect the expression of TGF-β1,CTGF, and FN mRNA. Levels of TGF-β1 and FN protein were measured with a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results After treating with 5 g/L HAS for 24 hours in HK2 cells, cellular proliferating capacity increased significantly (P<0.05). The expression levels of TGF-β1, CTGF, and FN mRNA were upregulated in HK2 cells stimulated by 5 g/L HAS, and levels of TGF-β1 and FN protein in the culture supernatant increased (P<0.05). The introduction of pcDU6-A1-A2 and pcDU6-B1-B2 resulted in significant reduction of cellular proliferation activity, and the expression levels of TGF-β1, CTGF, and FN mRNA were downregulated (P<0.05). Levels of TGF-β1 and FN protein in the culture supernatant decreased (P<0.05) after 12 or 24 hours of TGF-β1 shRNA transfection into HK2 cells There was no significant difference in the expression levels of TGF-β1, CTGF, and FN mRNA between the 2 pcDU6 vector plasmid mediated TGF-β1 shRNA groups (P>0.05). Conclusion pcDU6 vector plasmid mediated TGF-β1 shRNAs could obviously inhibit the expression levels of TGF-β1, CTGF, FN and cellular proliferation stimulated by HAS in HK2 cells, which may be related to the mediation of TGF-β1.

Objective:To investigate the effect of resveratrol (Res) on the fat synthesis in the liver cancer HepG2cells, and to elucidate its possible mechanism. Methods:The HepG2cells were cultured in vitro and divided into Res group (treated with 40μmol·L-1 DMSO-diluted Res for 24h) and control group (treated with the same concentration of DMSO for 24h) .The cell supernatant was collected, and the levels of triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) in the cells in various groups were measured by ELISA.The mRNA and protein expression levels of lipase synthase acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC1) , fatty acid synthetase (FASN) and stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD1) in the cells in various groups were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blotting method. The levels of O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) glycosylation in the cells in various groups were detected by Western blotting method. Results:Compared with control group, the levels of TG and TC in the cells in Res group were decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant (t1=1.886, P>0.05;t2=2.457, P>0.05) .Compared with control group, the levels of expressions of ACC1, FASN and SCD1mRNA and proteins in the cells in Res group were significantly decreased (P<0.05or P<0.01) ;the O-GlcNAc glycosylation level in the cells in Res group was significantly decreased (t=2.87, P<0.05) .Conclusion:Res has the effect of inhibiting the fat synthesis in the liver cancer HepG2 cells. Its mechanism may be related to the reduction of cellular O-GlcNAc glycosylation level and the reduction of the expression of FASN.

In December 2019, novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province, and spread rapidly across the country. In the early stages of the epidemic, China adopted the containment strategy and implemented a series of core measures around this strategic point, including social mobilization, strengthening case isolation and close contacts tracking management, blocking epidemic areas and traffic control to reduce personnel movements and increase social distance, environmental measures and personal protection, with a view to controlling the epidemic as soon as possible in limited areas such as Wuhan. This article summarizes the background, key points and core measures in the country and provinces. It sent prospects for future prevention and control strategies.
