Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aprepitant in the treatment of cisplatin based chemotherapy in-duced nausea and vomiting. Methods The tumor patients treated with cisplatin(80 mg/m2)chemotherapeutic regimen in Affiliated Shantou Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from December 1,2014 to December 1,2016 were selected,61 cases still had vomiting after using granisetron and dexamethasone for routinely stopping vomiting, the patients with aprepitant and dexamethasone for fur-ther stopping vomiting served as the aprepitant group, while the patients with granisetron and dexamethasone as the granisetron group. Then the complete response(CR)rates within 24,24-72,>72-144 h were observed in the two groups. Results The CR rates within 24 h in the aprepitant group and granisetron group were 66.67% and 51.61% respectively, the difference was not sta-tistically significant(P=0.232),which at 24-72 h were 80.00% and 54.84% respectively, the aprepitant group was significantly better than the granisetron group(P=0.036),which at >72-144 h were 86.67% and 64.52% respectively, the aprepitant group was better than the granisetron group(P=0.045).The comparison of adverse reactions between the two antiemetic drugs found that constipation, diarrhea, urticaria, fatigue and anxiety had no significant difference(P>0.05),the occurrence rate of total adverse reactions in the aprepitant group was 23.33%,which in the granisetron group was 25.81%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Aprepitant combined with dexamethasone has better effect for treating hy-peremetic chemotherapy drug cisplatin chemotherapy caused nausea and vomiting with good tolerance.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of moderate exercise therapy and fracture liaison service in osteoporotic hip fracture. Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020, 120 patients with osteoporotic hip fracture admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected. The patients were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and moderate exercise therapy, and the control group was treated with fracture liaison service, clinical observation and comparison of treatment compliance, bone mineral density (BMD), Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention. Results:The BMD and NRS scores in the study group were (0.90±0.25) g/cm 2, (1.0±0.3) points, higher than those in the control group (0.80±0.18) g/cm 2, (1.0±0.25) points. The difference was statistically significant ( t values were 2.514, 2.547, P<0.05). The total compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the study group were 93.30% (56/60) and 95.00% (57/60) respectively, which were significantly higher than 80.00% (48/60) and 83.33% (50/60) of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( χ 2 values were 4.615, 4.227, P<0.05). Conclusion:Moderate exercise therapy and fracture contact service intervention can effectively improve bone mineral density and total compliance rate, relieve pain and improve nursing satisfaction.

To effectively solve the serious impact of high oil in the kitchen wastewater on the downstream treatment process, an excellent oil-degrading strain Aeromonas allosaccarophila CY-01 was immobilized to prepare Chitosan-Aeromonas pellets (CH-CY01) by using chitosan as a carrier. Oil degradation condition and efficiency of CH-CY01 pellets were assessed. The growth of immobilized CH-CY01 was almost unaffected, and the maximum degradation rate of soybean oil was 89.7%. Especially at 0.5% NaCl concentration, oil degradation efficiency of CH-CY01 was increased by 20% compared with free cells. In the presence of a surfactant (sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate) at 1 mg/L, the degradation efficiency of oil by CH-CY01 was increased by 40%. Moreover, using the high-oil catering wastewater as the substrate, more than 80% of the solid oil was degraded with 1% (V/V) CH-CY01 pellets treatment for 7 days, significantly higher than that of free cells. In summary, immobilized CH-CY01 significantly improved the efficiency of oil degradation.
