Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and resistance of group B hemolytic streptococcus septicemia in neonates, and to provide the evidence for clinical treatment. Methods 7 neonates with group B hemolytic streptococcus septicemia hospitalized from Jan.2001 to Aug.2011 were enrolled in this study. The clinical data and laboratory results of antimicrobial sensitivity were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 4 cases of early-onset infection and 3 cases of late-onset infection,6 cases with leukopenia,6 cases with c-reactive protein elevated,4 cases with suppurative meningitis,3 cases with septic shock and 2 cases with disseminated intravascular coagulation. All strains were sensitive to penicillin, vancomycin and linezolid. Conclusion Attention should be paid to neonatal group B hemolytic streptococcus septicemia.Penicillin and vancomycin are first choice for this type of infection.

Objective:To explore the effect of the evidence-based "one disease, one product" rehabilitation nursing in patients with ankylosing spondylitis, so as to provide a reference for the clinical nursing of patients. Methods:From November 2017 to October 2019, convenience sampling was used to select 200 patients with ankylosing spondylitis hospitalized in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Hwa Mei Hospital, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences as the research object. According to the random number table method, patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each with 100 cases. Control group was given conventional nursing, and observation group conducted the "one disease, one product" rehabilitation nursing. We compared the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI) , Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Function Index (BASFI) , Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Measurement Index (BASMI) and the functional exercise compliance score before and after the intervention between the two groups of patients. Results:After the intervention, the improvement of the disease activity, function and measurement index of observation group was better than that of control group, and the exercise compliance was higher than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The evidence-based "one disease, one product" rehabilitation nursing improves the patients' spinal function, reduces the patients' disease activity and joint stiffness, and improves the patients' compliance with rehabilitation, which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective:To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing in improving disease activity and function of patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) , so as to provide a theoretical basis for the actual promotion of evidence-based nursing. Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019, convenience sampling was used to select 80 AS patients admitted to Ningbo Hwa Mei Hospital of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences as the research object. The selected patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group with the method of random number table, each with 40 cases. At the end of the study, 7 cases were lost to follow-up, and a total of 73 patients completed the study, and there were 36 cases in the intervention group and 37 cases in the control group. The control group carried out conventional nursing, and the intervention group implemented evidence-based nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI) score, Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI) score and functional exercise compliance score of the two groups were compared before intervention, half a year after intervention, and one year after intervention. Results:The BASDAI, BASFI and functional exercise compliance scores of the two groups of patients had inter-group effects, time effects, and interaction effects between groups and time, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the BASDAI and BASFI scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group, and the compliance score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Functional exercise direction based on evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the disease condition, function and functional exercise compliance of AS patients, and its intervention effect is better than conventional nursing.

Objective? To construct the contents of multicultural nursing health education for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods? Delphi method was used in this study. The items of multicultural nursing health education for patients with rheumatoid arthritis were drafted by 15 invited experts who had two rounds of questionnaire survey to achieve consensus, and the items of multicultural nursing health education for patients with rheumatoid arthritis were primarily established. Results? After the two rounds of consultation, the active coefficient of experts was 100%, and the degree of specialist authority was 0.906. It was finally determined that the multicultural nursing health education program included 10 first-class indexes, 43 second-class indexes and 107 third-class indexes. Conclusions? The items for health education in patients with rheumatoid arthritis constructed under the guidance of multicultural nursing theory have good scientificality and practicability, and provides the reference for the implementation of individualized health education.
