Objective To construct the teaching model of medical statistics in universities of TCM through the questionnaire of knowledge, attitude and practice structure. Methods Medical statistics KAP questionnaire survey was conducted among postgraduates using proportional stratified sampling according to the grade. It describes the present situation and calculates the knowledge loss coefficient, knowledge demand index and behavioral application intensity of medical statistics. The Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences among different grades. Results 109 questionnaires were withdrawn. The recovery was 83.84%.45 cases (41.3%) were first year postgraduate,33 cases (30.3%) were 2nd year postgraduate, and 31 cases (28.4%) were 3rd year postgraduate. At the knowledge level, the knowledge loss coefficient of the second year postgraduates was 0.635,and there was no statistical difference (P=-0.651) vs the first year postgraduate (0.638).At the attitude level,Knowledge demand index had no statistical significance difference (P=0.213)between postgraduates in grade two (96.87%) and grade three (75.00%).Most medical postgraduates held positive attitudes toward medical statistics, hoping to strengthen the training of their application ability such as medical statistics in design and research thinking (29.18%),the statistical methods selection and the interpretation of the results (31.53%) and the statistical software operation (36.07%).At the practice level, the percentage of application intensity with statistical methods of third-year postgraduates (100.00%) was higher than the second-year postgraduates (37.50%),and the second-year postgraduates higher than the first-year postgraduates (20.45%).And with the growth of year, the percentage of application intensity was gradually increasing (P=O.O03).Among them, published scientific papers accounted for 16.5%,and 58.6% paper grade concentrated in the core journals. Conclusion Application development should be enhanced by modularization teaching with practical issues.

Objective:The present study was aimed to determine the value of cone beam CT (CBCT) in predicting the risk of lingual bone plate injury during extraction of impacted mandible third molar (IMTM).Methods:The original CBCT data of 150 teeth (50 in vertical, 50 in angular and 50 in horizontal ) in January 2018 to December 2019 in Panzhihua Central Hospital of Sichuan Province were collected and analyzed. The thickness of lingual bone plate in enamel cementum boundary (ECB), root middle (RM) and root tip (RT) of each IMTM was measured by the software of CBCT system, and datas were analyzed by one-way ANOVA.Results:The average thickness of lingual bone plate in ECB of IMTM was (1.36±0.43)mm, (1.21±0.44)mm and (1.28±0.40)mm in vertical, horizontal and angular groups, respectively, with no significant difference ( F=1.07, P=0.35). The average thickness of lingual bone plate in RM of IMTM was (1.48±0.33)mm, (1.06±0.57)mm and (1.11±0.45)mm, respectively, with statistically significant difference ( F=8.78, P<0.01). The average thickness of lingual bone plate in RT of IMTM was (1.44±0.49)mm, (0.84±0.58)mm and (0.86±0.64)mm, respectively, with statistically significant difference ( F=12.35, P<0.01). Compared with the mandibular second molar, there were statistically significant differences in the average thickness of the lingual bone plate in ECB ( F=5.03, P<0.01), the RM ( F=15.13, P<0.01) and the RT ( F=33.12, P<0.01) of the IMTM among the three groups. In addition, the horizontal and angular IMTM, the thinness of lingual bone plate in RT region was more likely to occur than in vertical, and the absence of lingual bone plate was most likely to occur in patients with partial buccal crown. Conclusions:The doctor-patient communication and risk prediction should be sufficient before IMTM extraction when CBCT shows that the lingual bone plate of RT region is thin or absent. At the same time, we should avoid violent operation and thoroughly protect the lingual bone plate in the process of tooth extraction, and guard against serious complications such as perforation or fracture of lingual bone plate of mandible, and root displacement.

Objective To observe the interventional effects of complex probiotic powder on blood bio-chemical indices and vaginal flora in pregnant women with high risk of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods One hundred and ten pregnant women with high risk of GDM recruited from the outpatient clinics of the obstetric department and nutrition department in this hospital were randomly divided into the probiotic intervention group (n=55) and the placebo control group (n=55).The intervention group was given 1 bag of complex probiotic powder per day,and the control group was given 1 bag of placebo powder. The colors, shapes, sizes and tastes of powders in the two groups remained the consistency. The intervention duration in this trial was 23 weeks. The questionnaire survey were conducted at baseline and at the intervention endpoint, and the blood biochemical indexes detections were performed at baseline, after 24-28 weeks of gestation, and after 34-38 weeks of gestation, respectively. In addition, the differences in the composition of the vaginal flora structure between the two groups of high risk pregnant women with GDM were detected at the intervention endpoint. Results A total of 97 cases were eventually included in the statistical analysis.Among them, there were 50 cases in the probiotic intervention group and 47 cases in the placebo control group. At the end of the 23 week intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose, red blood cells, hemoglobin, leukocytes, ferritin, total protein, albumin, glutamic transaminase, glutamic oxalate transam-inase and total bilirubin between the probiotic intervention group and placebo control group (P>0.05).In terms of vaginal flora, there was a significant difference in some indicators of α diversity between the probiotic group and placebo control group (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in β diversity between the two groups (P>0.05).At the level of vaginal flora phyla, there were significant differences in the Firmicutes,Actinobacteria,Desulfobacterota,Deferribacterota, and δ-Myxococcota between the two groups (P<0.05).At the level of vaginal flora genera, the relative abundance of Lactobacillus spp.in the probiotic intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Complex probiotic pow-der supplementation may have a limited role in improving blood glucose and other related biochemical indica-tors in high-risk pregnant women with GDM.But it has a certain role in regulating the vaginal micro ecological balance in pregnant women with high risk of GDM.

Objective To analyze clinical characteristics of patients with neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE) and to explore the risk factors affecting the occurrence of NPSLE. Methods A total of 63 NPSLE patients and 61 non-NPSLE patients were enrolled. The clinical manifestations and laboratory examination data of the two groups were collected, and the disease characteristics of NPSLE were summarized to analyze the risk factors affecting the occurrence of NPSLE by multivariate Logistic regression. Results The most common clinical manifestations of NPSLE patients were headache (39.7%), affective disorder (33.3%) and cognitive impairment (30.2%), with cranial magnetic resonance abnormalities (63.5%) and a high cerebrospinal fluid protein positive rate (52.4%). Compared with non-NPSLE patients, there were significantly increased levels of Raynaud's phenomenon, renal involvement, anti-RNP antibody, anti-ribosomal P protein, hypocomplementemia, lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR) and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in NPSLE patients. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that renal involvement, Raynaud's phenomenon, positive anti-ribosomal P protein antibody, and elevated LMR and NLR were independent risk factors for NPSLE. Conclusion Headache is the most common symptom in patients with NPSLE, and abnormal cranial MRI and cerebrospinal fluid examination are more common. SLE patients who present with renal involvement, Raynaud's phenomenon, positive anti-ribosomal P protein antibodies, and elevated levels of LMR and NLR are more susceptible to developing NPSLE.
