1.Establishment of ELISA Method of Detecting Human Cytomegalovirus Using Synthetic Peptide and its Application

Objective To establish the ELISA method by using synthetic peptide for detection of IgM antibodies to human cytomegalovirus(HCMV).Methods According to HCMV PP150 sequence of amino acid and nucleotide,the peptide sequence was decided by computer with some program of software of protein.The ELISA method using synthetic peptide as antigen was developed and was applied to detected anti-HCMV IgM in sera of normal pregnant woman and habitual abortion woman.The HCMV DNA were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results The positive rates of anti-HCMV IgM in different populations were as follows:9 17%(11/120) in normal pregnant woman,37 5%(24/64) in habitual abortion woman.The ELISA method have good speciality.The positive rate of HCMV DNA was significantly related to that of anti-HCMV IgM(P
2.Analysis of inflnencing factors for research papers publication by 750 nursing staff

Objective To learn the publications and influencing factors of scientific papers from nursing staff in China.Methods 750 authors were chosen in a stratified random sampling for survey,and the questionnaires included a survey form on nursing research papers publications and one research ability self-rating scalce Results The nursing staff surveyed published 1-70 papers per person,averaging 8.83papers per person; on average 0.45 papers were published per person per year.Main factors for research outputs range from high to low as follows:age,academic titles,research ability,education background and research training,with the Beta values of 0.255,0.234,0.142,0.093,and 0.087 respectively.Conclusion Nursing administrators need to develop respective objectives for nursing staff of different age,academic titles,education background and research ability,and set up an effective incentive mechanism to ignite the enthusiasm of scientific research.
3.Research on motives and influence factors of scientific research of nursing staff

Objective To analyse the research motives and its influencing factors of nursing staff.Methods 1000 authors who wrote for “Nursing Research” were chosen with a random code sampling method and were surveyed with a questionnaire,which inquired about their research motivation and self-rated research ability scale.Results Nursing research motives include to summarise clinical experience66.2% (524/793),to get promotion 55.4% (420/793),to contribute to nursing profession 37.2% (295/793),to report research achievements 35.6% (282/793),and to meet the requirements of the institution17.5% (139/793).Research motives were statistically different in terms of age,work expirence,educational background,professional title,attitude,research training,research ability,and work institution (P =0.013,0.037,0.048,0.002,0.024,0.008,0.005,0.009,0.004,P<0.05).Conclusions To stimulate the enthusiasm for research in nursing staff,administrators need to pay great attention to higher education for nurses,enhance their research training,provide research platform,and to improve the incentive system.
4.Contents of 5-HMF during the Processing of Three Species of Polygonatum by HPLC and GC-MS

Objective:To establish the determination methods for 5-HMF during the processing of polygonatums by HPLC and GC-MS. Methods:The contents of 5-HMF during the processing of three species of polygonatum were determined by HPLC and GC-MS, and the correlation curve of the processing time and the contents was established to study the change regularity of 5-HMF during the processing. Results:The contents of 5-HMF in the three species of polygonatum processed by steamed and stewed methods reached the peak value in 16h or so. The 5-HMF contents in the three species of polygonatum showed significant difference in the order of Polygo-natum cyrtonema Hua>Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl. >Polygonatum. sibiricum Red. After the processing, the content of 5-HMF was increased, and the increase in stewed method was more notable than that in steamed method. Conclusion: The study pro-vides theoretical basis for the further study on the processing of polygonatum.
5.Clinical characteristics of 7 patients with gestational diabetes insipidus

Objective To investigate the clinical feature,treatment and prognosis of both themother and the fetus with gestational diabetes insipidus.Methods A total of 7 cases of gestational diabetes insipidus collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College,Wen'zhou Combination ofTraditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine Hospital,and Zhejiang Taizhou Hospital from June 1993to June 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Resuits Seven cases symptoms all characterized by excessive thirst polydipsia and polyuria.The average 24 h urinary output was between 11 L to 13 L and manifested of hypobaricuria.After effective treatment(three cases were treated with 1-deamino-8-D-arginine vasopressin,another three patients were managed with hydrochlorothiazide,and the last one was cured with antisterone),seven patients with gestational diabetes insipidus did not have any severe consequences.Their symptoms of excessive thirst,polyuria,and polydypsia disappeared from 7 days to 3 months after parturition.Urinary volume returned to normal standard of 1000-2000 ml during 24 hours.Specific gravity of urine recovered normally between a range 1.015-1.025 and serum sodium recovered between 135-147 mmol/L Theaverage duration of illness was 52 days.Eight newborn infants survived.Two of them were sent to neonatal intensive care unit for treatment.One was because of premature delivery caused by antepartum eclampsia,and the other case was one of the twins who had hydronephrosis.The baby of the first case left hospital after 3 weeks'treatment.The latter one's symptom disappeared 2 weeks after delivery.No obvious symptom was discovered among all the babies through follow-up telephone calls 42 days after childbirth.Conclusion Gestational diabetes insipidus is a rare endocrinopathy complicating pregnancy.This disorder is characterized by excessive thirst,polydypsia,polyuria,hypobaric urine and electrolyte disturbances usually manifesting in the third trimester of pregnancy or puerperium.This is a transient syndrome.The first treatment of choice in patients with gestational diabetes insipidus is 1-deamino-8-D-arginine vasopressin and the second-choice is hydrochlorothiazide.Early diagnosis and appropriate management of the disease may reduce the hazard forboth the mother and the fetus during perinatal period.
6.Research on nutritional knowledge,attitude,and practice of clinical orthopedics nurses based on Structural Equation Model

Objective To explore the status quo of knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)of orthopedic nurses and its influencing factors,and to analyze the relationship among knowledge,attitude and behavior,so as to provide reference for effectively improving the nutritional nursing level of orthopedic nurses.Methods A self-designed questionnaire of nutritional KAP was used to investigate orthopedics nurses from the 6 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Wuhan from March to May 2016.SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the status of nutritional KAP and their respective influencing factors.A Structural Equation Model (SEM) was constructed to explore causal relationship among nutritional KAP by Bootstrap in AMOS 23.0,especially to verify the direct and indirect effects among KAP.Results The key factors influencing nutritional knowledge were professional learning frequency,excellent nurse,personnel status,and professional title (R2=0.798,P< 0.001).The key factors influencing nutritional attitude were professional learning frequency,primary nurse,highest education,and monthly income (R2=0.118,P< 0.001).The key factors influencing nutritional practice were professional learning frequency,excellent nurse,and primary nurse (R2=0.213,P<0.001).The direct effect of nutritional knowledge toward nutritional practice was 0.240,indirect effect was 0.173,and total effect was 0.414,which meant that nutritional attitude had partial mediation effect.The direct effect of nutritional attitude toward nutritional practice was 0.702,and the indirect effect was 0.Conclusions Nutrition knowledge of orthopedic nurses is insufficient,nutritional attitude needs to be strengthened and nutritional behavior needs to be improved.Improving nutritional knowledge level is the key to improving nutritional KAP level of orthopedic nurses.According to the key factors affecting nutritional knowledge,formulating programs can effectively improve the level of nutritional knowledge,and then strengthen the level of nutritional attitude and behavior,and improve the overall level of nutritional nursing of orthopedic nurses.
7.Effect of lipoxins on proliferation and secretion of peritoneal macrophages from patients with precclampsia in vitro

Objegtlve To study the effect of lipexins on the proliferation and secretion of peritoneal macrophages from patients with preeclampsia in vitro.Methods Peritoneal macrophages were obtained from 24 patients with preeclampsia(preeclampsia group)and 24 normal pregnant women(normal pregnant group)who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical Coilege from March to July 2007.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the concentration of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the supernatant of macrophages which were pulsed with lipoxins at different concentrations(0,10,100 nmol/L)in both groups after 48 hours.Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT)assay was used to detect the inhibition rate of cell proliferation of macrophages which were pulsed with lipoxins at different concentrations(0,10,100 nmol/L)in both groups after 24 hours.Results (1)The concentration of TNF-α:the levels of TNF-α were(1867.5±47.3),(1836.9±4.5) and (1800.5±2.7)ng/L after treatment with differed concentrations of lipoxins(0,10,100 nmol/L)in preeclampsia group vs normal pregnant group[(791.3±62.2),(789.4±2.3),(781.5±1.9)ng/L].The levels of TNF-α in preeclampsia group were significantly higher than that in normal pregnant group(P<0.05).Lipoxins significantly inhibited the concentration of TNF-α in a dose-dependent manner in preeclampsia group (P<0.05),while it had no significant effect in normal pregnant group(P>0.05).(2)Cell proliferation inhibition:Incubation with lipoxins produced a dose-dependent(0,10,100 nmol/L)inhibitory effect on proliferation in preeclampsia group,[(14.8±6.3)%,(32.9±3.6)%,(36.7±3.8)%],vs normal pregnant group[(16.8±6.9)%,(16.7±5.4)%,(15.9±2.1)%].The rate of cell proliferation in preeclampsia group was significantly hisher than that in normal pregnant group.Lipoxins significandy inhibited this growth(P<0.05),while it had no significant effect in normal pregnant group(P>0.05).Conclusion Lipoxins can inhibit the proliferation of macrophage and secretion of TNF-α in preeclampsia in a dose-dependent manner.Lipoxins may be potentially useful in prevention and treatment of preeclampsia.
8.Analysis of clinical nursing zero cited funded papers published in 12 core nursing journals from 2012 to 2014

Objective To explore the zero cited fund papers in clinical nursing in China,in order to provide evidence for improving the academic quality and cite rate of nursing papers.Methods Bibliometric statistical analysis was used to summarize zero cited papers published in 12 nursing core journals from 2012 to 2014.Indicators collected including the distribution of time,journals,funding number,funding sources,research methods,research design type,statistics method,number of cooperative people,nature of the authors' organizations,as well as the conditions of cited papers and the distribution of themes.Results The overall zero cited rate of clinical nursing zero cited fund papers was 74.64%.Affiliated hospital of colleges account for a large proportion of 42.53%,and the zero cited rate in the national disease research center and the affiliated hospital of army colleges was the highest (100.00% and 80.52%).The oncology nursing,disease and symptoms care proportion was 13.94% and 23.10%.The output of TCM care and rehabilitation care fund paper accounted only 3 and 8 respectively,and none was cited.The zero cited rates of social support,care coordination,treatment and care attitude and evidence-based research were 96.3%,94.12%,91.67%,90.32%.Strengthened their awareness of research applications,managers focused on research papers in the number of outputs at the same time and paid attention to the paper quality,and promoted scientific research into nursing,and promoted the development of nursing discipline.Conclusions The current paper-citing situation in clinical nursing was not optimistic,nursing research personnel should correct the attitude of scientific research,strengthen their own sense of scientific achievement applications.The management personnel should pay more attention to the paper quality,and promote nursing research outcome transformation,promote the development of nursing discipline.
9.Advances of tumor bed delineation for radiation therapy after breast-conserving surgery

Radiotherapy following breast conserving surgery is a standard treatment in early stage breast cancer, and tumor bed delineation is a very important part of radiotherapy. Traditionally, operative record, preoperative ultrasound, postoperative scar, clips and other conventional methods were used to contour tumor bed in clinical, but they still have many limitations. In recent years, there were some progress in tumor bed delineation of the new style of lumpectomy cavity filling, preoperative/postoperative MRI images with CT images and other new methods. It is expected to solve the lack of postoperative tumor bed delineation consensus and standard in the future.
