In the presence of hydrochloric acid, tetraethoxysilicane was hydrolyzed and formed silica sol. Non-labeled immunosensor was fabricated by droping the mixture solution of the silica sol and antibody of aflatoxin B_1 on the surface of glassy carbon electrode. In this work, a Fe(CN)_6~(3-/4-) phosphate buffer solution) was employed as base solution for investigating cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopic(EIS) performances of the sensor, respectively. The experimental results t indicated that because of the complex formed by the immunoreaction hindered the diffusion of Fe(CN)_6~(3-/4-) on the electrode surface, the redox peak current of the immunosensor in CV obviously decreased, and its electron transfer impedance linearly) increased with increasing the concentration of aflantoxin B_1(AFB). When the medium acidit and incubation) time were pH 6.5 and 20 min, respectively, the biggest electron transfer impedance changed value before and after the immunoreaction was obtained. Under the optimal conditions, a linear range to concentration of aflatoxin B_1 was 1-10 μg/L with a detection limit of 0.1 μg/L(S/N=3). Proposed method is of high sensitivity and stability, it has been successfully applied to determine AFB_1 in maize, rice and peanut.

Objective:To explore the effect of self-made protective clothing in tracheal intubation for the patients with respiratory infectious diseases.Methods:Self-made protective clothing were made by adult model plastic raincoat with sleeve lets and goggles. A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted. Patients with severe respiratory infectious diseases who needed tracheal intubation admitted to the department of intensive medicine of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from January 1st 2018 to March 31st 2020 were enrolled. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups. The control group was wearing standard protective clothing, while the test group was wearing self-made protective clothing for endotracheal intubation. The wearing time, infection rate of operators and costs of protective clothing were compared between the two groups. The patients were sprayed with trypanosome blue diluent before tracheal intubation, and the whole body of the operator was photographed with fluorescence before wearing self-made protective clothing and after doing tracheal intubation to take off the self-made protective clothing, in order to evaluate the permeability resistance of self-made protective clothing. Results:A total of 86 patients were enrolled. There were 46 cases in the test group, included 28 cases of influenza A (H1N1) virus infection, 11 cases of influenza B virus infection and 7 cases of adenovirus infection. There were 40 cases in the control group, included 15 cases of H1N1 virus infection, 10 cases of influenza B virus infection, 10 cases of adenovirus infection and 5 cases of unknown pathogen. There was no significant difference in respiratory etiology between the two groups ( χ2 = 3.789, P = 0.435). The wearing protective clothing time of the control group was 11.6 times than that of the test group (minutes: 22.23±1.45 vs. 1.86±0.24, χ2 = 19.023, P < 0.001). The cost of standard protective clothing was 12.5 times than that of self-made protective clothing (Yuan/set: 500 vs. 40). Fluorescent photography showed that the whole body of the operator was not stained after tracheal intubation, indicating that the protective clothing had good anti permeability and achieved the protective effect. There was no operator infection in the test group and the control group. Conclusion:Self-made protective clothing has short wearing time, low cost and equivalent isolation effect compared with standard protective clothing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To observe plasma resistin levels in patients with essential hypertension (HT) of Xinjiang Kazakans and Han nationalities, and explore its association with insulin resistance (IR), blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure and obesity. Methods Total 127 Kazakan cases and 131 Han cases were selected as the subjects. According to their blood pressure, they were divided into HT group of Kazakans, control group of Kazakans, HT group of Hans and control group of Hans. Blood pressure, height, weight, waist circum-ference (WC) and hip were measured. Plasma resistin, fasting insulin(FINS), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), total cholesterol (TC), tri-glyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C), apoprotein-A1( Apo-A1)and apoprotein-B(Apo-B) were determined. Body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio ( WHR), body fat percentage ( BF% )and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index ( HOMA-IR) were calculated. Results Plasma resistin levels in the HT groups of Kazakans and Hans were significantly higher than those in their control groups ( P<0.01 ). There were no significant difference in the comparison of plasma resistin levels in HT groups or control groups between Kazakans and Hans ( P>0.05). Plasma resistin was posi-tively and significandy correlated with age, systolic blood pressure (SBP), WC, BMI, WHR, BF%, FlaG, FINS, HOMA-IR, TG in HT groups of Kazakans and Hans ( HT group of Kazakans, r=0.492,0.296,0.281,0.648,0.263,0.515,0.742,0.759,0.797,0.595; HT group of Hans, r=0.417,0.275,0.391,0.483,0.278,0.318,0.453,0.560,0.641,0.310; P<0.05). After the influential factors such as age, blood glucose, blood lipids and obesity were adjusted, plasma resistin level in four groups were still positively and significantly corre-lated with FINS and HOMA-IR ( HT group of Kazakans, r=0.432,0.410 ; control group of Kazakans, r=0.327,0.305 ; HT group of Hans, r=0.426,0.425 ; control group of Hans, r=0.377,0.392 ; P<0.05), but not correlated with SBP or DBP( P>0.05 ). HOMA-IR, FPG and BMI were independent factors for plasma resistin level in HT group of Kazakans, while HOMA-IR, FlaG and BF% were inde-pendent factors for plasma resistin level in HT group of Hans. Conclusion Plasma resistin level was increased in patients with HT of Kaza-karts and Hans. Close correlations between resistin and obesity, blood glucose and IR were found, and there may be indirect correlation be-tween resistin and blood pressure.
