The parasitic infection is still a severe public health problem in developing countries，which threatens people’s health and social development. With the advances of molecular biology and immunology，more and more insights have been reached on the immunity and immunopathogenesis to parasitic infections. CD4+ T cells play a central role in the host’s immuno⁃ surveillance and immunoregulation. Traditionally，naive CD4+ T cells are considered to be able to differentiate into Th1 and Th2 cell subsets both in vivo and in vitro. These Th1 and Th2 cells secret diverse cytokine profiles to exert different functions. Later，two new subsets of CD4+ T cells，Th17 and Treg cells，have been discovered. They are completely different from traditional Th1 and Th2 cells with independent differentiation and regulation mechanism. Ample studies suggest that Treg and Th17 cells play a key role in a variety of parasitic diseases. Furthermore，Treg and Th17 cells have been got increasing attention for their involve⁃ment in the hygiene hypothesis. Based on the current advances of researches of Treg and Th17 cells，we make a brief review about immunomodulatory effects of these two subsets in parasitic infections as well as the hygiene hypothesis.

Objective To analyze the DCE-MRI features and ADC value in triple-negative breast cancer and HER-2 overexpres-sion breast cancer,and to improve the j udgment of both characteristic in MRI.Methods To analyse the DCE-MRI imaging of TNBC and HER-2 overexpression breast cancer,measured the ADC value and compared the statistics.Results Compared with the shape, margin,the way of enhancement and ADC value of the TNBC and HER-2 overexpression breast cancer,the distinction has statisti-cally significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant difference among age,mass or nomass,categories of lesions and TIC,(P>0.05).Conclusion DCE-MRI features of the shape,margin,the way of enhancement and ADC values were useful for the diagnosis of TNBC and HER-2 overexpression breast cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effect of the injection of puerarin combined with salvianoli acid B(Sal B)on rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI). METHODS:62 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group,puerarin group(20 mg/kg)and puerarin(20 mg/kg)-Sal B group(mass ratio of 1:0.5,1:1,1:2,respectively),10 in each group. Except for sham operation group,rats in other groups were reduced for MIRI model. After 180 min of reperfusion, kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum and percentage of myocardial infarction size of rats were detected. RESULTS:Compared with sham operation group,CK,LDH,MDA levels in se-rum of rats in model group were obviously increased (P<0.01),SOD level was obviously decreased (P<0.01);and percentage of myocardial infarction size was obviously increased (P<0.01). Compared with model group,CK,LDH,MDA levels in serum of rats in each administration group were decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),SOD levels were obviously increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and indexes changed the most obviously in puerarin-Sal B group(1:1);percentage of myocardial infarction size was obvi-ously decreased(P<0.01),and the percentage of myocardial infarction sizes in puerarin-Sal B group(1:1)and group(1:2)were less than Puerarin injection group (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS:Compared with Puerarin injection alone,puerarin combined with Sal B by injection can more effectively inhibit the cardiomyocyte injury and decrease myocardial infarction size after MIRI,with best efficacy when quality ratio is 1:1.

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of atractylodin, magnolol and honokiol in Xiangshapingwei pills by GC. Methods:An HP-5 column (30 m × 0. 32 mm × 0. 25 μm) with an FID detector was used, and the flow rate of the carrier gas (N2) was 2. 0 ml·min-1. The column temperature was raised by program: the initial temperature was 100℃ and maintained for 7 min, and then raised to 250℃ at the rate of 20℃·min-1 and kept for 10min. The inlet temperature was 300℃ and the detector tem-perature was 300℃. The injection volume was 1 μl and the split ratio was 20∶ 1. Results:The linear range of atractylodin, magnolol and honokiol was 4. 264-85. 280 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 7), 9. 856-197. 120 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 5) and 10. 040-200. 800 μg·ml-1 (r=0. 999 6), respectively. The average recovery wsa 98. 2%, 98. 6% and 99. 3% with RSD of 1. 5%, 1. 5% and 1. 9%, respec-tively (n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of Xiangshaping-wei pills.

Medical morality,especially dental ethical account is usually demonstrated by ethical theories,including theory of utilitarianism,deontology,and virtue ethics.In fact,the true purpose of medical education is to produce erudite and humane practitioners and medical researchers.The present study discussed the efficacy of dental ethical educations through clinical practical issues.

Objective To investigate pathological changes of lens epithelium cells (LECs) and expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3),alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA),and fibronectin (Fn) in lens epithelial cells of experimental diabetic cataract rats,and to evaluate the roles of MMP-3,α-SMA,and Fn in the pathogenesis of diabetic cataract.Methods A total of 105 healthy Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats without lens diseases was randomly divided into normal control (n =45) and diabetic model (n =60) groups.Diabetic model rats were subjected to intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) (60 mg/kg),and those in the normal control group received injection with 0.1 mmol/L citric acid buffer solution of the same volume.The diabetic models were affirmed upon a fasting blood ≥ 16.65 mmol/L at the 3rd days after the injection.Once a week,the changes of blood glucose and body weight were monitored and the progression of cataract formation in both lenses of all rats was recorded with slit lamp observation.At end of 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks after STZ injection,lenses were isolated and embedded in paraffin.The LECs histopathology was examined with HE staining.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect expressions of MMP-3,α-SMA,and Fn in normal and diabetic LECs.The related comparisons and statistic analysis were carried out.Results The lenses of control group were always completely transparent throughout the period of experiment with 31.48％,77.78％,and 100％ of lenses in diabetic model group swelling at 4th,8th,and 12th week,respectively.Under the light microscopic level,it has been showed that lens epithelium cells,which was occurred aggregate plaque and arranged in many layers,presented some morphologic characteristics of fibroblasts by HE staining.In control group LECs regularly,MMP-3,α-SMA,and Fn did not express equally;MMP-3,α-SMA,and Fn expressions increased obviously highly,difference had statistical significance compared to diabetic cataract group LECs (P ＜ 0.01).With the development of course of disease,the differences in expression of MMP-3,α-SMA,and Fn were significant between the diabetic cataract LECs and the control group (P ＜ 0.01).During the progression of diabetic cataract,the expression of Fn was positively correlated with that of α-SMA and MMP-3 (r =0.994,P ＜ 0.01;r =0.993,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The diabetic cataract liyingbody animal model was established successfully,which has laid down necessary basis to expound the morbidity mechanism of diabetic cataract.In the lens of diabetic cataract group,the expressions of α-SMA,MMP-3,and Fn were significantly increased.They participated in the occurrence and development of diabetic cataract.The expression of Fn was positively correlated with α-SMA and MMP-3.The lens epithelium cells which took on elongated aspect like fibroblast cells appeared epithelial-mesenchymal transformation (EMT),which mediated the occurrence and development of LECs fibrosis.

Objective To investigate the MRI findings of the breast fibroadenoma which has a washout type of time signal intensity curve (TIC)for the purpose of improving imaging diagnosis.Methods The MRI findings of 20 cases of the breast fibroadenoma with a washout TIC and 20 cases of breast carcinoma verified by histopathology were analyzed retrospectively.Morphological features,internal signal, ADC value and dynamic enhancement performance of the two groups were compared with each other.Results The shapes of the breast fibroadenomas were more commonly ovoid or round (18/20),and the margins were circumscribed(16/20),Most of the fibroadenomas were high intensity in T2 WI with the non-contrast enhanced separations (9/20).The average minimum ADC value was (1.412±0.332)×10-3 mm2/s,and higher than that of breast cancer (0.888 ±0.1 60)×10 -3 mm2/s with the significant difference (P <0.05).Enhancement scanning showed relatively homogeneous enhancement (16/20).The early enhancement ratio of the breast fibroadenoma was (1.694±0.628)×100% on average,and lower than that of breast cancer (1.849 ±0.430)× 100%.The difference was no statistical significance(P >0.05 ). Conclusion The breast fibroadenoma with washout TIC has a similar performance with the breast cancer in TIC and the early enhancement rate, however,the clear edge,higher T2 WI signal intensity,the non-contrast enhanced internal separations and higher ADC values are helpful to the diagnosis of breast fibroadenoma with washout TIC.

The aim of the present study, performed on two different groups of volunteers, is to characterize the pharmacokinetics of lisinopril/hydrochlorothiazide combined tablet. After administration of high, medium and low doses of lisinopril/hydrochlorothiazide combined tablets, AUC and C(max) of two compounds both increase significantly with increase of dose. Neither normalized AUC/Dose nor C(max)/Dose has significant difference between every two tested dose groups. The similar results can be observed as for the parameters of t(max). Lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide are both eliminated with linear characteristics. After repeated administration of lisinopril/hydrochlorothiazide combined tablets, AUC, C(max) and C(min) of lisinopril in the steady state increase. AUC and C(min) increase significantly. As for hydrochlorothiazide, AUC, C(max), C(min), and t(max) also increase in steady state. AUC and C(min) increase significantly. Administered with the test medication, lisinopril has an fluctuation index (FI) value of 2.29 and reaches a relative steady concentration. But hydrochlorothiazide has an FI value of 4.09 with relatively large fluctuating concentrations.

Objective To explore the effects of aerobic exercise and resistance training on center arterial blood pressure.Methods Fifteen healthy men who had not practiced aerobic exercise or resistance training within the previous 6 months were enrolled in this study.A self-matched pairs design was adopted.All of the subjects performed moderate intensity aerobic exercise,for 30 min initially,and after 2 weeks,performed resistance training at 60％ of their l-repeat maximum effort (1-RM).Their central aortic systolic blood pressure (CSBP) before and after aerobic exercise and resistance training were measured and compared,respectively.The changes in CSBP and an augmentation index (AI) of radial artery and relative blood pressure were compared between the two interventions.Results CSBP decreased significantly after both sorts of training.The two types of training showed no significant difference in their effects on CSBP.However,after a 20 min recovery,systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure were significantly lower after aerobic exercise than after resistance training.The significant difference persisted after 20 min and 40 min of re-covery.The AI of the radial artery was also significantly lower 5 min after aerobic exercise than after resistance train-ing.Conclusions After moderate aerobic exercise and resistance training,CBSP,AI and systolic pressure all display favorable changes.However,moderate intensity aerobic exercise provides the better effect in improving blood pressure.

The efectienes of acpuncture for smoking cessation was systematically evaluated in this paper. By using computer retrieval in Chinese national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), WANFANG database, VIP database, PubMed, ScienceDirect and Springer, the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) regarding acupuncture for smoking cessation from January of 1983 to December of 2013 were collected; by using Table of Standardized Report Factors for Acupuncture RCTs, each inclusive RCT was evaluated; and by using RevMan 5. 2 software, the Meta-analysis was performed. Totally 24 RCTs were included, involving 3084 cases of smoking. The result of literature quality assessment showed that the average score was 25. 71 points without low-quality RCT which had a score of less than 16 points. The Meta-analysis showed that acupuncture could significantly increase the short-time abstinence rate [RR=1. 48, 95% CI (1. 18,1. 84), Z=3. 47, P<0. 0005] and number of cigarettes smoked daily [RR=4. 35, 95% CI (2. 03, 6. 66), Z=3. 68, P<0. 001] and FTND [RR=2. 37, 95% CI (1. 88, 2. 86), Z= 9. 44, P<0. 00001], however, it could not increase the long-time abstinence rate [RR=1. 40, 95% Cl (0. 90, 2.17), Z=1. 49, P>0. 05]. Compared with other treatment, acupuncture has positive advantages on short-time abstinence rate, however, its effect on long-time abstinence rate needs to be verified by high-quality, large-sample and multi-center RCT in the future.
