Objective To observe the effect of Yijinjing Supporting Pile on the superficial microcirculation blood perfusion units (MBPU) on Du meridian in subjects with yang-deficiency constitution. Methods After the classification and determination of constitution according to the traditional Chinese medicine,19 volunteers (8 males and 11 females) with Yang-deficiency constitution were selected and provided with standard Yijinjing Supporting Pile training for 3 months. The laser Doppler flowmeter system was used to detect the superficial MBPU on the acupoints of Du meridian including Dazhui,Zhiyang and Mingmen,Results Before the training, the average MBPU value of Zhiyang was higher than Mingmen, but lower than Dazhui (P<0.05,P<0.01).After the training, the average MBPU value of all the acupoints increased significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion Yijinjing Supporting Pilecan improve the superficial MBPU of Du meridian in subjects with Yang-deficiency constitution, and regulate the energy metabolism of the Du meridian.

Mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus (HBV) is one of major public health issues. Difference is found on effect of preventions of mother to child transmission of HBV such as Hepatitis B vaccine, Hepatitis B immunoglobulin and antiretroviral drugs. Based on the risks of hepatitis B virus on children, influencing factors and interventions of HBV mother-to-child transmission were explored to improve prevention mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B and to search appropriate strategies reducing mother-to-child transmission of HBV.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of the onset of autism spectrum disorder in male children. Methods Totally 151 male children with autism spectrum disorder were selected as case group and 119 healthy male children matched with the age of the case group in the same administrative region were taken as the control group. All children were assessed with the questionnaire for children's autism etiology and risk factors. Results (1) The differences in children having anorexia and partial eclipse (x2 =50.763,P<0.01),father's age during pregnancy (x2 =11.441,P=0.043),place of pregnancy (x2 =50.763,P<0.01),hypertension of pregnancy (x2 =5.693,P=0.026),intrauterine hypoxia (x2 =9.332,P=0.002),umbilical cord around the neck(x2 =18.483,P<0.01),parents smoking and drinking history during pregnancy (x2 =13.660,P=0.008),parental smoking (x2 =12.901,P=0.005) and alcohol consumption (x2 =8.386,P=0.039) during pregnancy, birth height of child (x2 =8.870,P=0.031),amniotic fluid pollution (x2 =4.561,P=0.043),participation time of artificial feeding, major caregivers, delayed development indicators in infants and young children and whether or not the harmonious parent-child relationship were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) Children with anorexia and partial diet (OR =12.284,95% CI =2.768-54.507),living in rural areas during pregnancy (OR =17.251,95% CI =1.899-1 56.745),parents' history of smoking and drinking (OR =6.191,95% CI =1.678-22.838),and intrauterine hypoxia during pregnancy (OR=38.859,95%CI=2.944-512.930) may be risk factors for male autism spectrum disorder. Conclusion To correct children's anorexia bias, improve the living environment in pregnancy, reduce pregnancy complications and avoid exposure to tobacco and alcohol pollution during maternal pregnancy can be an effective entry point for the prevention and control of autism spectrum disorders in male children.

【Objective:】 To understand the current status of narrative nursing knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) among nurses in grade A tertiary hospitals, and to provide a basis for the development of narrative nursing in relevant areas. 【Methods:】 Using convenience sampling methods, 931 nurses from three grade A tertiary hospitals in Xi’an were selected as subjects. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the Clinical Nurses’ Narrative Nursing Knowledge and Trustworthiness Questionnaire and the General Self-Efficacy Scale. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of nurses’ narrative nursing KAP. 【Results:】 The scores on the three dimensions of narrative nursing KAP were (23.70±2.99) points, (31.69±5.92) points, and (30.26±5.32) points, respectively. Nursing workload, general self-efficacy, professional title, and nursing satisfaction were the influencing factors of nurses’ narrative nursing knowledge dimension (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in nurses’ narrative nursing attitude dimension among nursing workload, general self-efficacy, professional title, monthly income, and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Nursing workload, general self-efficacy, nursing satisfaction, and accompanying experience were the influencing factors of nurses’ narrative nursing behavior dimension (P<0.05). 【Conclusion:】 Nurses in grade A tertiary hospitals have moderate narrative nursing knowledge, positive attitudes, and poor practice execution. The high nursing workload is the main barrier factor for the current development of narrative nursing. Nursing managers should actively build a diversified training system and guarantee system to boost the development of narrative nursing in clinical nursing work, and further promote the development of narrative nursing concepts.

Objective To explore the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on upper limbs function in chronic stroke patients. Methods From March, 2016 to May, 2018, 53 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 27) and research group (n = 26). All the patients received conventional rehabilitation, and the research group received additional intervention of TEAS, for six weeks. They were assessed with Manual Muscle Test (MMT) on upper limbs, modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment-upper extremities (FMA-UE), Hand Motor Status Scale and modified Barthel Index (MBI) before, at the end of 6-week treatment and twelve weeks after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in all the scores between two groups at the end of 6-week treatment (t < 1.511, P > 0.05). The scores of MMT of wrist dorsal extension, FMA-UE and MBI were better in the research group than in the control group twelve weeks after end of treatment (t > 2.312, P < 0.05). Conclusion TEAS may promote the recovery of hands and upper limbs function in chronic stroke patients.
