1.Quality control study on Bidouyan mixture

Objective To explore the application of HPLC method in the determination of contents of ephedrine hydrochloride in Bidouyan mixture.Methods A HPLC method detected by one wavelength-210 nm for ephedrine hydrochloride had been developed.The chromatographic procedure for determination was carried out using DiamonsilTM C 18 (250mm x 4.6mm,5 μm) as an analytic column gradient eluted with a mixture consisting of acetonitrile and 0.05% H3PO4.Results The ranges of calibration curve of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.011 ~ 0.277mg/ml.The established HPLC method was applied to determine 15 samples of Bidouyan mixture.The results showed that the ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.10 ~ 0.23mg/ml.Conclusion A simple,effective and feasible HPLC method to determine the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride was established for the quality control of Bidouyan mixture.
2.A Case Study of Cognitive-Behavioral Training on a Primary School Student with Inattentive Behavior

Objective: To explore whether the Cognitive-Behavior Training is feasible and effective in promoting the class attention behavior of a primary student. Methods: The subject was received 4 times of Cognitive-Behavior Training. Her class inattention behaviors were compared before and after the training. Results: (1) During training period, the frequencies of class inattention behavior reduced significantly from 8 times in one session to less than 2 times in average; (2) the class inattention behavior during follow up was a little more frequent than that during training, but not statistically significant.Conclusion: The Cognitive-Behavior Training is feasible and effective in promoting the class attention behavior of the case; the self- instructional training based on behavioral corrective technology may have longer effect than the behavioral technology.
3.Clinical analysis of serum levels of thyroid hormone chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with acute exacerbation

Objective To investigate pulmonary heart disease acute exacerbation of changes in the characteristics of thyroid function and significance. Methods Pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation of 200 cases as the observation group,in the same period 200 cases of healthyas control group, observation euthyroid sick syndrome (euthyroid sick syndrome, ESS) occurred, compared the observe and control groups, observer group in the survival group died with the group,ESS thyroid hormone treatment before and after the test results,ESS and death. Results Pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation of ESS incidence of 42. 5% (85/200) ;section observe the admission T3 ,FT3 lower than the control group;observer group in the survival group died and TSH group no significant difference,the group died T3 ,FT3 ,T4 ,FT4 were lower than the survival group( P<0. 05 ) ;improvement in the treatment of primary disease, thyroid hormone, or return to near normal ; ESS mortality occurred in 30. 59% higher than a change of 13.04% mortality rate. Conclusion Serum thyroid hormone levels to reflect changes in the pulmonary heart disease in patients with acute exacerbation of the state of the body and severity of the dynamic serum levels of thyroid hormone can observe the development of pulmonary heart disease and prognosis.
4.Comparison of X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasonography in diagnosis of knee joint lipohemarthrosis

Forty eight patients with knee joint lipohemarthrosis underwent X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasonography examinations, the diagnosis was confirmed by knee operation or puncture.The findings of 4 imaging methods were compared.Plain radiographs displayed fracture lines in 39 cases and fat-liquid layer of suprapatellar bursa in 40 cases, it displayed suprapatellar fat-liquid layer in 5 out of 9 occult fracture cases.CT displayed fracture lines in 48 cases and joint lipohemarthrosis in 48 cases; 3D imaging showed fracture lines better.MRI displayed fracture lines in 45 cases and joints lipohemarthrosis in 48 cases, and also showed the intracapsular structure injury.Ultrasonography revealed fracture lines in 15 cases and joint lipohemarthrosis in 48 cases, lipohemarthrosis was displayed in 7 out of 9 occult fracture cases.All 4 diagnostic imaging methods have advantages and disadvantages for diagnosis of lipohemarthrosis, and should be chosen on the basis of clinical needs.
5.Study on the correlation between electrocardiogram and serum enzyme and electrolyte in patients with primary liver cancer

Objective To investigate the relationship between electrocardiogram and serum alanine ami-notransferase and electrolytes in patients with primary liver cancer .Methods Clinical data of 241 patients with primary liver cancer treated in our hospital were retrospectively studied .Single factor analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of abnormal electrocardiogram in patients with primary liver cancer .The multivariate logistic re-gression analysis was performed to analyze the factors that were statistically significant .Results Single factor a-nalysis showed that age,gamma glutamyl transferase(GGT),electrolyte is associated with ECG abnormalities in the patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that,the GGT and electrolyte anomaly led to primary hepatocellular carcinoma in the patients with abnormal ECG independent risk factors .Conclusion The level of electrolyte ,age≥60 and GGT anomaly and primary electro-cardiogram in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC ) is a close relationship for active hepatoprotective , maintain electrolyte balance therapeutic intervention for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) .
6.The value of detection of three anti-Epstein-Barr viral antibodies for nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosis

Objective To evaluate the value of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) IgG antibody to EBV Rta protein(Rta-IgG),IgA antibody to EBV early antigen (EA-IgA) and IgA antibody to EBV viral capsid antigen(VCA-IgA) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) diagnosis.Methods From May 2012 to July 2013,serum samples from 8 884 healthy donors,1 546 clinical screening patients and 155 NPC patients in Fujian Medical University Union Hospital were collected,and EBV Rta-IgG,EA-IgA and VCA-IgA were detected by ELISA.The ROC curve analysis and correlation analysis were performed to assess the value of Rta-IgG,EA-IgA and VCA-IgA for NPC diagnosis.The positive rate among three kinds of antibodies were compared with chi-square test.Results Positive rates of EBV Rta-IgG,VCA-IgA and EA-IgA in NPC patient group were 81.9% (127/155),90.3% (140/155) and 48.3% (75/155),respectively,which were higher than those in clinical screening patient group and healthy donor group (x2 =1 538.6,479.3 and 643.3 respectively,P < 0.01).The sensitivity of VCA-IgA (90.3%,140/155) and the specificity of EA-IgA (95.1%,9 915/10 430) were the highest in all groups.Further analysis showed that negative predictive value of EBV Rta-IgG,VCA-IgA and EA-IgA for NPC diagnosis were 99.7% (9 826/9 854),99.8% (8 168/8 183),99.2% (9 915/9 995),respectively,suggesting that three anti-EBV antibodies showed very good negative predictive value for NPC diagnosis.Next,combined detection of three anti-EBV antibodies could improve the sensitivity (94.1%,146/155) and specificity (98.9%,10 469/10 585) for the NPC diagnosis.Conclusion The EBV Rta-IgG,VCA-IgA and EA-IgA all show the clinical value for NPC diagnosis,and combined detection for Rta-IgG,VCA-IgA and EA-IgA is more suitable to screen NPC and can improve the sensitivity and specificity of NPC diagnosis.
7.Effect of WeChat education and telephone follow-up on reducing the depression incidence of primipara in stegmonth

Objective To explore the effect of WeChat education and telephone follow-up on reducing depression incidence of primipara in stegmonth.Methods One hundred and six primiparas who have got labored were numbered by the order of discharge from hospital and ramdomized in equal number into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=53)by random digit table. Both groups were re-diagnosed on time and the observation group also received WeChat education and telephone follow-up in order to compare the depression incidence of primiparas in both groups.Result The depression incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and before intervention with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion A communication platform is established between nurses and primiparas by WeChat education and telephone follow-up with subsequent, dynamic and individualized management mode, which has improved self-nursing ability of primipara and reduced the depression incidence in stegmonth.

9.Practice and Experience of the Application of Automatic Pharmacy System in Outpatient Pharmacy of Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the construction and development of hospital modernization pharmacy in Chi-na,and to promote the application of pharmacy automation system in hospital. METHODS:By introducing the change of pharma-cy management due to the debugging and application of outpatient pharmacy automation system(rapid dispensing machine,intelli-gent access machine)in our hospital,the problems of automation system and countermeasures were put forward,and the effects of automation system in our hospital were evaluated. RESULTS:With the application of automation system,the pharmacy layout was adjusted,the drugs in the machine was debugged and optimized,the procedure on adding drugs and stocktaking drugs were im-proved,the reasonable scheduling work in outpatient pharmacy was worked,the complete management plan on validity of drugs was established;referring to the problems of automation system,the procedures of adding drugs by rapid dispensing machine and intelligent access machine were formulated as well as related working guide. The adding and delivering drug failure emergency han-dling procedure of rapid dispensing machine,intelligent access machine failure emergency handling procedure were formulated ac-cording to the possible fault of automation system. Related index evaluation showed that automation system was applied and continu-ously improved,which reduced labor intensity(step count of pharmacists adding drug decreased from 5 634.6 steps/day to 4 087.8 steps/day);the work efficiency was improved greatly(the number of prescriptions increased from 226.55 sheets/h to 311.55 sheets/h during rush hours);the work error was reduced(the number of dispensing internal error decreased from 54.75 items/week to 21.50 items/week). CONCLUSIONS:After appling the automation system in outpatient pharmacy,the drug dispensing and staff manage-ment has been standardized,and it become the hospital pharmacy development inevitable trend. But it is suggested to adjust and op-timize the automation system continuously so as to exert its maximal efficacy.
10.Development and application of morphological analysis method in Aspergillus niger fermentation.

Filamentous fungi are widely used in industrial fermentation. Particular fungal morphology acts as a critical index for a successful fermentation. To break the bottleneck of morphological analysis, we have developed a reliable method for fungal morphological analysis. By this method, we can prepare hundreds of pellet samples simultaneously and obtain quantitative morphological information at large scale quickly. This method can largely increase the accuracy and reliability of morphological analysis result. Based on that, the studies of Aspergillus niger morphology under different oxygen supply conditions and shear rate conditions were carried out. As a result, the morphological responding patterns of A. niger morphology to these conditions were quantitatively demonstrated, which laid a solid foundation for the further scale-up.
