Objective To assess the effects of aspirin on the proliferation and apoptosis of human endometrial adenocarcinoma cells.Methods MTT assay was used to measure the effects of aspirin on the proliferation of Ishikawa cell.Flow cytometry(FCM) was employed to examine the distribution of cell cycles and the rates of apoptosis.Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe cell morphologic changes after aspirin administration.Results Aspirin inhibited the proliferation of cultured Ishikawa cells in a time-dependent and dose dependent manner(P<0.05).Aspirin increased the distribution of G,stage and the rates of cell apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.05).Morphologic features of apoptosis cells,including cell shrinkage,nuclear condensation and apoptotic bodies could be found obviouslyunder the transmission electron microscopy.Conclusion Aspirin inhibited the proliferation and increased the apoptosis of human endometrial adenocarcinoma Ishikawa cells.

Objective To analyze the effect and mechanism of trichostatin A（TSA）on cell cycle in human ovarian cancer cells.Methods Human ovarian cancer cell line A2780 cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 supplement.Flow cytometry analysis and RT-PCR were used to examine the distribution of cell cycles and the level of p21WAF/CIPI mRNA.Results TSA induced increase of G2/M cells increased after the treatment of TSA for 36 hours（P 0.05）;the level of p21WAF/CIPI mRNA expression was upregulated after TSA treatment for 12 hours,the highest leve of its expression occurred at 24 hours,the expression level begun to decrease at 48 hours（P 0.05）.TSA simultaneously induced the decrease of S phase cells in a concentration-dependent manne（rP 0.05）.TSA upregulated the expression of p21WAF/CIPI mRNA in a concentration-dependent manner（P 0.05）.Conclusion TSA could block the G2/M phase and inhibits cell proliferation of A2780 cells through upregulating the expression of p21WAF/CIPI mRNA and the activate cyclin-dependent kinase.

Objective: To investigate the roles of Bcl-xl and Bcl-xs in the development and progression of endometrial carcinoma, and to explore their correlation.Methods: The expression of Bcl-xl and Bcl-xs in 32 cases of endometrial carci-noma, 12 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia, 6 cases of endometrial simple hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal en-dometrial tissues were examined by RT-PCR and Western-blot.Results: The expression of Bcl-xl mRNA and protein was significantly higher in endometrial cancer tissues than in normal endometrial tissues (P<0.05), and was statistically associat-ed with the pathological stage of endometrial carcinoma.(F=5.33, P=0.02).The expression of Bcl-xs mRNA and protein in atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma tissues were significantlly lower than that in normal endometri-al tissues (P<0.05), which was also associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of endometrial carcinoma (P<0.05).The expression of Bcl-xl was negatively correlated with the expression of Bcl-xs in different endometrial tissues (r=-0.76).Conclusion: The abnormal expression of Bcl-xs and Bcl-xl was a factor for the pathogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma.The negative correlation between Bcl-xl and Bcl-xs in different endometrial tissues as well as their relative expression ratio may have certain impact on the genesis of endornetrial cancer.

Methods Through capillary electrophoresis, the genotype of 26 Y-STR loci were analyzed in 53 unrelated m ale individuals from Fujian She nationality. The population genetics param eters such as allele frequency and haplotype diversity were calculated. The com parisons am ong the She nationality and the other nationalities were analyzed. Results A total of 126 alleles were observed on the 26 Y-STR loci of 53 unrelated m ale individuals. The allele frequencies and G D value ranged from 0.010 1 to 0.886 8 and 0.211 2 to 0.846 2, respectively. The G D value w as greater than 0.5 in the 19 loci. A total of 47 hap-lotypes were observed. B ased on RST, m ultidim ensional scaling plot indicated that the genetic relationship am ong Fujian She nationality and M innan H an nationality w as closest, follow ed by Southern C hina H an nationality and N orthern C hina nationality. Objective:To discuss the influence of mindfulness-based stress reduction plus micro-class education on the complications and knowledge mastery rate in surgical patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 105 patients, diagnosed as diabetes mellitus complicated with appendicitis in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College were selected from January 2019 to January 2020. They were hospitalized for laparoscopic appendectomy and were randomly divided into the control group ( n = 52) and the study group ( n = 53) in accordance with the random number table. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and the patients in the study group were given mindfulness decompression therapy combined with micro-classroom education. The blood glucose control and psychological emotion of the two groups before and after operation, and the postoperative complications and the mastery rate of disease knowledge of the two groups were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups at baseline ( P>0.05); FBG, HbA1c and other indicators in the two groups were improved during operation and 24h after operation, but FBG (7.38±0.54) mmol/L, HbA1c (6.39±0.21)% and FBG (6.90±0.52) mmol/L and HbA1c (6.10±0.39)% in the study group were lower than those in the control group [(8.16±1.21) mmol/L, (7.53±1.05)%, (7.60±0.57) mmol/L, (6.50±0.41)%], the difference was statistically significant ( t value was 6.789-13.264, P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups at baseline ( P > 0.05), until discharge, the SAS and SDS scores of the treatment group were 35.81±5.49 and 42.08±4.91 respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (42.21±5.53, 6.51±4.72) respectively, compared with the corresponding scale scores of the control group, the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant ( t value was 5.386, 4.265, P < 0.05). Compared with 17.31% (9/52) of the control group, the incidence of complications in the study group decreased to 5.66% (3/53), there was significant difference ( χ2 value was 6.789, P < 0.05). The qualified rate of disease knowledge mastery in the study group (98.11%,52/53) was significantly higher than that in the control group (86.53%, 45/52), and the difference was significant ( χ2 value was 5.062, P < 0.05). Conclusion:The mindfulness-based stress reduction plus micro-class education can effectively control the laparoscopic appendectomy patients blood glucose, stabilize the mental emotions, increase the illness knowledge mastery degree, keep in good mood, reduce the postoperative complications and promote the fast recovery.

Objective To study the effect of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection(CSII) in treatment of type two diabetic patients with pulmonary infections. Methods From January 2001 to December 2005,83 type two diabetic patients with pulmonary infections were randomized to group CSII (42 cases) and group MSII(41 cases). The period of normalization of the blood glucose and cure of the pulmonary infections, cost and morbidity of low blood glucose were observed. Results Blood glucose of all patients in two groups reduced significantly. Significant difference was observed in the period of cure of the pulmonary infections, usage amount of insulin and morbidity of low blood glucose. In group CSII HbA1c, CRP and CHOL reduced significantly. Fasting CRP and high density lipoprotein-C (HDL-C) were remarkably increased. Conclusions Consecutive subcutaneous insulin pump injection is able to control the blood glucose better, to correct metabolic disorder, reduce the cost and hospital day and decrease the morbidity of low blood glucose. CSII is a better of method.

To understand epidemiological characteristics of Marek's disease virus (MDV) prevalent in china currently,3 Marek's disease (MD) strains were isolated and identified from white feather meat chickens vaccined with MDV CVI988 or 814 through necropsy,histopathological observation,virus isolation and IFA detection,named SDAU1501,SDAU1502 and SDAU1503,respectively.vIL8,pp38,MEQ gene of the three strains of MDV were amplified using PCR,and compared with reference strains.The homology between SDAU1501 and SDAU1502 and virulent strains was above 97％,suggesting some features of virulent strains;while meq gene of SDAU1503 lost P amino acid at the 194 th site as that in CVI988,But the distinctive 177 nucleotide insertion mutations was not existed,predicting that it may be a attenuated vaccine strain.New variations of MDV continued and different types of variants emerged,therefore,prevalence and genetic monitoring of MD should be proceeded;meanwhile,more attentions should be given to MDV vaccine development.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of L-carnitine combined with erythropoietin (EPO) and iron on renal anemia in rats. Methods The renal anemia rat model was established using adenine. All rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group (group A), EPO combined with iron group (group B), and L-carnitine combined with EPO and iron treatment group (group C). The levels of red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hgb), hematocrit (Hct), C-reactive protein (CRP), Fe in peripheral blood (Fe), serum ferritin (SF) and transferrin saturation (TS) were measured. Pathological changes in the kidney, liver and small intestine tissues were examined using HE staining. Results Compared with the group A, the levels of RBC, Hgb, Hct, Fe, SF, and TS were significantly increased, however, the level of CRP significantly decreased in the groups B and C (P＜ 0. 05). In the group C, the levels of RBC, Hgb, and CRP was higher than the group B (P＜ 0. 05). Furthermore, the pathological changes in the kidney, liver and small intestine tissues were improved in the groups B and C. Conclusions L-carnitine combined with EPO and iron has a therapeutic effect on renal anemia in rats, thus, it deserves further studies and application.

Hippo signaling pathway plays an important role in the growth and regeneration of animal organs. Studies have shown that the misexpression of Hippo signaling pathway composed of yes-associated protein and trascriptional co-activator with PDZ-binding motif is involved in the development of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and has synergistic effect with mutant p53. In addition,its overexpression leads to drug resistance in lung cancer treatment and inhibition of its expression may benefit cancer patients. The expression and role of Hippo signaling pathway in NSCLC are described in detail,which is expected to provide a new direction for targeted therapy of lung cancer.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of morin-induced autophagy in non-small cell lung cancer A549 cells based on mTOR/STAT3 signaling axis.Methods A549 cells were divided into blank group and 30,60,90,120 and 150 μg·mL-1 of morin groups.After 24,48 and 72 hours of culture,the cell proliferation activity was detected by CCK-8 method,and the cell inhibition rate was calculated.A549 cells were divided into blank group and 30,90,150 μg·mL-1 morin groups.After 14 days of culture,the cell proliferation was detected by colony formation assay.After 24 hours of culture,the cell proliferation ability was detected by BeyoClickTM EdU-488.Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry;acridine orange staining was used to detect cell autophagy;the formation of autophagosomes was observed by transmission electron microscopy.Western Blot was used to detect the expression levels of apoptosis,autophagy and mTOR/STAT3 signaling axis-related proteins in cells.A549 cells were divided into blank group,blank group + chloroquine(10 μg·mL-1)group,morin(30,150 μg·mL-1)group,morin(30,150 μg·mL-1)+ chloroquine(10 μg·mL-1)group.After 48 hours of intervention,the cell activity was detected by CCK-8 method,and the cell survival rate was calculated.Results Compared with the blank group,the inhibition rate of A549 cells in 60,90,120,150 μ g·mL-1 of morin group was significantly increased after 24 hours of intervention(P＜0.05,P＜0.001).The inhibition rates of A549 cells in 30,60,90,120 and 150 μg·mL-1 of morin groups were significantly increased after 48 and 72 hours of intervention(P＜0.001).The number of A549 cell colonies and the number of green fluorescent proliferation positive cells in the 30,90,150 μg·mL-1 of morin groups were significantly decreased(P＜0.01,P＜0.001),the apoptosis rate was significantly increased(P＜0.01,P＜0.001),and the protein expression level of cleaved-PARP was significantly increased(P＜0.001).The protein expression levels of p-P38/P38 MAPK in A549 cells of 90 and 150 μg·mL-1 of morin groups were significantly increased(P＜0.01,P＜0.001).Different degrees of orange fluorescence appeared in A549 cells of 30,90 and 150 μg·mL-1 of morin groups,and the orange fluorescence of 90 and 150 μg·mL-1 of morin groups was significant.Autophagosomes and autolysosomes appeared in the cytoplasm of A549 cells in 150 μg·mL-1 of morin group,respectively.The protein expression of LC3-Ⅱ in A549 cells of 150 μg·mL-1 of morin group was significantly up-regulated(P＜0.05).The protein expression of Atg16L1-Ⅱ in A549 cells of 90,150 μg·mL-1 of morin group was significantly up-regulated(P＜0.001),and the protein expressions of p-mTOR/mTOR and p-STAT3/STAT3 were significantly down-regulated(P＜0.001).Compared with the morin(150 μg·mL-1)group,the survival rate of A549 cells in the morin(150 μg·mL-1)+chloroquine(10 μg·mL-1)group was significantly increased(P＜0.05).Conclusion Morin can promote the apoptosis of A549 cells and induce autophagy in A549 cells,and the mechanism may be related to mTOR/STAT3 axis.
