Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2015;(2):68-69,73
Objective To explore serum TFAR19 activity in preeclampsia patients. Methods 43 of cesarean delivery patients with preeclampsia in the Huairou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing were recruited and the peripheral venous blood was collected.Among them, severe preeclampsia patients were 18,mild preeclampsia were patients 25.In addition,40 unrelated healthy cesarean puerpera from a routine health survey were enrolled as controls.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect serum TFAR19 activity in preeclampsia patients. That was absorbancy-A catalytic genera-ted by TFAR19.Results The activity of TFAR19 severe preeclampsia patients, mild preeclampsia patients, and healthy con-trols were 43.56±2.93,33.38±2.32 and 23.63±2.94,respectively.The TFAR19 activity in each group was statistically significant difference (F = 10.65,P <0.01).Compared with healthy controls, the TFAR19 activity in severe preeclampsia group (q=6.384,P <0.001),mild preeclampsia group (q = 3.478,P =0.016)was statistically significant difference. The TFAR19 activity in preeclampsia patients subgroups (severe preeclampsia group, mild preeclampsia group)was statistically significant difference (q = 2.993,P = 0.037).Age between each groups was no-statistically significant difference (F =0.091,P =0.913).Gestation age and neonatal weight betweeneach groups was statistically significant difference (F=4.37, P =0.016;F=35.06,P <0.001).Conclusion The increase of TFAR19 could promote apoptosis, participating the occur-rence of preeclampsia. The content of TFAR19 could be increased with the severity of the preeclampsia.

Objective To explore serum caspase-3 activity in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods 38 tuberculosis pa-tients in Infectious Disease Department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were recruited and the peripheral venous blood was collected in December,2010.Among them, sputum smear-positive patients which were first treated were 13,sputum smear-negative patients which were first treated were 15,10 cases were drug resistance. In addition, 22 unrelated healthy individuals from a routine health survey were enrolled as controls.Spectrophotometry was used to de-tect serum caspase-3 activity in tuberculosis patients, which was absorbancy-A of 4-nitroaniline generated by caspase-3.Re-sults The activity of caspase-3 in sputum smear-positive patients, sputum smear-negative patients, drug resistance patients, and healthy controls were 37.15±5.06,50.38±6.29,45.32±3.32 and 23.89±2.29,respectively.The caspase-3 activity was significantly different from each other (F=10.68,P<0.01).Compared with the healthy controls, the caspase-3 activity in sputum smear-positive patients (q=3.51,P=0.016),sputum smear-negative patients (q=7.5,P<0.001),drug resist-ance patients (q=5.34,P=0.001)was significantly different. There was no statistical difference among sputum smear-posi-tive patients, sputum smear-negative patients and drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis patients (P>0.05).In the same way, there was no significant difference in male/female ratio[χ2=0.38 (DL=3),P=0.94]and mean age (F=0.82,P=0.49)among the four group. Conclusion Caspase-3 closely associated with the development of tuberculosis occurrence, which might promote apoptosis of cells through the activation of caspase-3 and produce the body immune process of tubercu-losis.

Objective To explore the relationship between apoptosis promoting effector molecules TFAR19,Apaf-1 and lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 99 of operation patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University Department of Spine and Osteoputhy were recruited.Among them, single segment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were 70 (Group A),more than one segments of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were 29 (Group B).In addition,40 unrelated healthy people from physical examination center were enrolled as controls (Group C).Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to examine serum TFAR19,Apaf-1 levels in lubar intervertebral disc protrusion patients. Results The level of TFAR19 in Group A,Group B and Group C respectively were 1.85±0.14,2.33±0.25 and 1.30±0.09 ng/ml.The TFAR19 activity in each group was statistically significant difference (F=7.979,P<0.01).Compared with Group C,the TFAR19 activity in Group B (q=5.59,P<0.01),Group A (q=3.60,P=0.012) was statistically significant difference. The TFAR19 activity in lubar intervertebral disc protrusion patients subgroups (Group A,Group B) was statistically significant difference (q =2.93,P =0.012).The level of Apaf-1 in Group A,Group B and Group C respectively were 159.22±11.87,203.20±20.21 and 107.52±11.58 pg/ml.The Apaf-1 activity in each group was statistically significant difference (F=8.828,P<0.01).Compared with Group C,the Apaf-1 activity in Group B (q=5.86,P<0.01),Group A (q=3.89,P=0.007) was statistically significant difference. The Apaf-1 activity in lubar intervertebral disc protrusion patients subgroups (Group A,Group B) was statistically significant difference (q =2.97,P=0.037).Male/female ratio between each groups was not statistically significant difference (x2=0.229,P =0.892).Age between each groups was not statistically significant difference (F=0.091,P =0.91).Conclusion The augment of TFAR19 and Apaf-1 promotes apoptosis of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. It is connected with quantity of protrusive segments. The more segments of protrusion, the higher TFAR19 and Apaf-1 level of examination will be.

Objective To explore the microsurgical method in treating ruptured aneurysms treatment and evaluating the treatment of the complication during or after the operation. Methods 36 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysm were analyzed retrospectively. All of the patients were subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) by CT scan on admission. The intracranial aneurysms were confirmed in 35 cases by DSA examination and A2 aneurysm was confirmed by explorative operation in 1 case. The microsurgical treatment was performed in 36 cases at the early or intermediate stage,22 cases were treated in the early stage, the other 14 cases were treated in the intermediate stage (early stage means within 3 days post SAH;intermediate stage means from 4 days to 10 days post SAH).Results After the operation,21 cases were GOS grade Ⅰ,4 cases were COS grade Ⅱ,4 cases were COS grade Ⅲ,4 cases were GOS grade Ⅳ.Of all the patients,CT scan was done after the operation, finding no intracranial bemorrhage, and cerebral infarction was disclosed in 5 cases.3 cases were dead, one suffered occipital lobe infaret after the PCoA aneurysm clipped, brain hernia occurred at last, one's Hunt Hess grade was Ⅴ,ACoA aneurysm was disclosed by DSA examination, severe brain edema occurred after the operation, the other suffered tonsillar hernia one week after the aneurysm clipping, which ruptured after endovascular treatment of ACoA aneurysm 2 years later.DSA examinations were done in 26 cases after operation, declaring 1 ACoA aneurysm was unclipped,1 PCoA aneurysm was incompletely clipped, and 1 PCoA was sacrificed. Conclusions It is a valuable method to clip the ruptured intracranial aneurysms in early and intermediate stage. The cerebral ischemia is the severe complication after clipping.Especially for the PCoA aneurysms,it is very important to protect the PCoA.Further research should be done for the treatment in the case with mother artery arteriosclerosis and thrombosis within the aneurysms.
