1.Applicational research progress of Glasgow Coma Scale, Children Coma Scale and Trauma Infant Neurologic Score in children with traumatic craniocerebral injury
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(11):871-873
Traumatic craniocerebral injury is one of serious injury which can cause great damage to human life and health even lead to disability or death.Making an objective and accurate judgement of severity and prognosis for traumatic craniocerebral injury in children, which might play an important role in the clinical treatment and prognosis. As a physical scoring indicator system of traumatic craniocerebral injury, the earliest and most widely used one is Glasgow Coma Scale. The Children Coma Scale is particularly used for children under 4 years old and the Trauma Infant Neurologic Score for infants with traumatic craniocerebral injury. Thus, these 3 scoring systems present advantage and representative in clinical application. Here we make a brief review on these 3 scoring systems based on the current studies and applications.
2.Diagnosis and Treatment of Closed Pancreatic Injury
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(05):-
Objective To discuss the experience of the diagnosis and treatment of closed pancreatic injury. Methods Clinical data of 35 cases of closed pancreatic injury in recent 22 years were reviewed. All cases underwent surgical treatment. Results Of the 35 cases,33(94 3%)were cured ,19(54 3%)developed into surgical complications including 8 cases of pancreatic fistulas ,4 cases of abdominal abscesses and 4 cases of pancreatic pseudocysts Two cases died and the mortality was 5 7%.Conclusions Early diagnosis for pancreatic trauma is difficult. Exploratory is the most simple and effective method for early diagnosis.Whether the operation in time and rational could be a key factor of the prognosis.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
?Objective: To study the difference in the mobility of health teeth between Chinese young male and female. Methods: Tooth mobility (TM) of all teeth at right side was measured with FX 1 TM measuring system in 100 young males and 100 young females of Han nationality.Slope (K) value was calculated from the measurements. Results: TM values of the teeth in the females were significantly heigher than those in males ( P 0.05) Conclusion: Difference in tooth mobility exists between healthy young male and female of Chinese Han nationality.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective:Through the cases retrospective study, to analyze the correlation between the adjacent endodontic teeth and the retrograde implantitis. Methods: 32 patients were selected and there were 39 implants (ITI 28,MDIC 11), which adjacent teeth had received endodontic therapy. Record the time from endodontic therapy and the distance of the apex of implants to the adjacent tooth by X-ray photograph. Results: There were 10 implants with retrograde peri-implantitis of 39 implants. In 8 implants, their adjacent teeth received root canal therapy within 3 months(P

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(3):284-286
Objective To explore the value of complete mesocolic excision ( CME) for patients with colon carcinoma. Methods The 68 patients with colon carcinoma were divided into CME group (n=34) and control group (n=34) randomly. The patients in CME group were managed CME and the control group were arranged traditional open operation. The operation condition, preoperative complications, a-mount of lymph node scavenged, and the relapse rate of the 2 groups were contrasted. Results The operation period, the hospital stays, period of passage of gas by anus, the drainage volume post 3 days of operation and the period of drainage tube extraction of CME group were respec-tively(158 ± 38) min,(13. 4 ± 4. 0),(2. 3 ± 0. 5) d,(123. 3 ± 20. 5) mL,(12. 3 ± 2. 5) d,with no difference compared to control group (P>0. 05). The intraoperative bleeding volume of CME group (112. 3 ± 35. 5) mL was less than that of control group (146. 6 ± 36. 7) mL (P<0. 05). There was no difference in complication and the amount of lymph nodes scavenged of patients between 2 groups(P>0. 05). But the amount of lymph nodes scavenged of patients in TNM Ⅱ and Ⅲ of CME group (18. 6 ± 6. 7),(22. 6 ± 8. 6) was more than that of control group (15. 2 ± 4. 8),(16. 8 ± 6. 7)(P=0. 019 0,0. 002 8). The relapse rate in CME group (0. 0%) was lower than that in control group (17. 6%)(χ2 =4. 569 9,P=0. 032 5). Conclusion CME will not increase the risks of radical operation for colon carcinoma, but can scavenge more lymph nodes and decrease the tumor relapse rate.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective: To obtaine the parameters of tooth mobil ity in people with normal health teeth . Methods:Tooth mob ility of 1 4, 1 4 in 12 subjects (7 males and 5 females, aged 21 to 23 years old) was measured by FX-1 tooth mobility measurement system 6 times a day for 5 days. The data were statisticaly analyzed. Results: The average tooth mobility parameters Q and R varied significantl y (P0.05).Conclusion: The tooth mo bility parameters of S,K,t1 and t2 can steadily reflect the changing of tooth mobility.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(01):-
Objective To study the antidepressant effect of total timosaponin(TT)and its mechanism. Methods The antidepressant effect of TT was examined by mice forced swimming test(FST),learned helplessness(LH)experiment, chronic mild stress(CMS)model, yohimbine induced lethality test and 5-HTP induced head-twitches test. Results TT(25 or 50 mg?kg-1,ig,qd?14 d)markedly shortened the immobility time in the FST,but didn't affect the autonomic activity.TT(12.5,25 or 50 mg?kg-1,ig,qd?14 d)significantly decreased the number of escape deficits in the LH mice.TT(25 or 50 mg?kg-1,ig,qd?21 d)markedly enhanced the locomotor activity and increased consumption of sucrose solution in CMS mice.TT(50 mg?kg-1,ig,qd?14 d)enhanced the mortality of mice after administration of yohimbine for 4 h,and distinctly increased the head-twitch number in the 5-HTP induced head-twitches test. Conclusion TT has antidepressant effects in various depression mouse models. Its mechanism may be related to the reinforcement of NE and 5-HT nerves system.
