Objective To investigate the correlation between professional commitment and academic self-efficiency of nursing undergraduates.Method A total of 258 students were investigated by nursing professional commitment questionnaire and academic self-efficiency scale.Results The score of professional commitment was (89.05±14.92) and the academic self-efficiency was scored (73.78±10.38).The professional commitment was positively correlated with academic self-efficiency (P＜0.01).Conclusions There are close relationships between professional commitment and academic self-efficiency for nursing undergraduates.The nursing educator should take effective measures to improve nursing students' professional commitment and academic self-efficiency.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among females. During the time of treatment and rehabilitation, the patients and their relatives need to help them to prevent, control or relieve all sorts of complications and adverse events that beyond their medical, surgi-cal or radiation interventions, called Supportive Care Need. There are many tools to evaluate these needs, such as Supportive Care Need Sur-vey, Cancer Patients Needs Questionnaire, etc., and mainly involved the needs of health system, information, patient support, psychology, physical and daily living, and sexuality, varied with the factors of social demography, disease and treatment, and psychology;and the inter-ventions contain cognitive behavior and psychology.

Health promoting lifestyle can help patients with chronic diseases to prevent diseases, maintain their health, and reduce or eliminate dangerous behaviors by changing the incorrect lifestyle of chronic diseases. This article reviews the overview, measuring tool, status quo, influencing factors, and interventions of health promotion lifestyle for patients with chronic diseases, and puts forward the corresponding prospects.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of upper gastrointestinal injury induced by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).Methods A total of 1032 patients which used NSAIDs was selected.Patients were divided into two groups based on the condition of dyspepsia,peptic ulcer or upper gastrointestinal bleeding:the adverse drug reaction group (331 cases) and the control group (701 cases).Data of two groups on clinical presentation,laboratory test,medication and treatment were analyzed.Risk factors for the adverse drug reaction were identified by multivariable Logistic regression.Results The two groups had significant difference in age ＞ 65 years old,Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection,ulcer history,drug overdose,combination with glucocorticoid,addicted to tobacco and alcohol history,non-specific inhibitor of cyclooxygenase(COX)-2,combination with anticoagulant,concomitant chronic cardiopulmonary disease (P ＜ 0.05).Logistic regression analysis by backward elimination method revealed that following variables retained,such as combination with glucocorticoid (OR =3.104,95％ CI 1.936-4.695),Hp infection (OR =2.768,95％ CI 2.047-3.742),drug overdose (OR =2.411,95％ CI 1.683-3.453),ulcer history (OR =1.781,95％ CI 1.278-2.480),age ＞ 65 years old (OR =1.659,95％ CI 1.237-2.225),non-specific inhibitor of COX-2 (OR =1.470,95％ CI 1.103-2.133),addicted to tobacco and alcohol history (OR =1.459,95％ CI 1.032-2.064),concomitant chronic cardiopulmonary disease (OR =1.357,95％ CI 1.008-2.143),P＜0.05.Conclusion Combination with glucocorticoid,Hp infection,drug overdose,ulcer history,age ＞ 65 years old,non-specific inhibitor of COX-2,addicted to tobacco and alcohol history,concomitant chronic cardiopulmonary disease are risk factors of upper gastrointestinal injury induced bv NSAIDs.

Objective To study the effect of lactate of differentconcentration on the action potential of ventricular papillary muscle cell (n=4) and contractile force (n=10).Method Using intracellular microelectrode technique and microtension depicting method.Result The Result showed the effect of lactated solution of a certain comcentration became obvious. After perfused with lactate solution of 4mmol/L,the vilocity maximum decreased significantly (p<0.05) showed the 4mmol/L lactate solution decreased the rate of depolarization: decreased the efficency of Na + channel; lactate solution decreased the contractile force of cardiac muscle. Conclusion The possible mechanism was: Ca+ influx and Na+ - H+ exchange were inhibited, resulted in the elevation of intracellular H+ concentration; through Na+-Ca2+ exchange, Ca2+ efflux decreased resulted in the intracellular Ca2+ decreased resulted in the intracellular Ca2+ overload.

The paper reviewed clinical reports on the treatment of hypermenorrhea, menostaxis, and uterine bleeding with Ancong Decoction and modified Ancong Decoction. Although there were few reports concerned with clinical usage, Ancong Decoction has sound therapeutic effects, with more than 90% effective rate.

Objective To do a longitudinal study of nursing undergraduates′ humanistic care ability in different period of clinical practice, and analyze its trend, aiming to provide reference about how to intervene to enhance the nursing undergraduates' humanistic care ability. Methods A total of 67 nursing undergraduates were investigated about their humanistic care ability with the Care Ability Inventory (Caring Ability Inventory, CAI) at the beginning, middle and end of the internship. Results The scores of seniors′ humanistic care ability at the beginning, middle and end of the internship were 194.97±22.93, 192.18±26.87, 187.24±22.15, and there was a statistically significant difference among the three time points (F=3.234, P<0.05), there was significant difference of the dimension of courage in different periods (F=7.511, P<0.01). Conclusions There is a downtrend of nursing undergraduates′humanistic care ability in different stages of clinical practice, and we suggest that nursing educators and administrators should consider the characteristics of different periods in the clinical practice, and then do a targeted training to foster nursing students′humanistic care ability.

It is to investigate the effect of two kinds of Houttuynia Cordata Injection on preventing and treating H1N1 influenza virus infection in mice. Pneumonia model was set up by intranasal infection of the normal and immunocompromised mice with influenza virus FM1 and PR8. The two injections were administered before and after the administration of virus, separately, and the lung index was observed. The results showed that the two preparations have obvious therapeutic effect on normal mice infected with influenza virus FM1 and PR8. And to FM1, the new injection's effect is better at small dosage. The results also showed that the two preparations have obvious prophylactic effect on immunodepressed mice infected with influenza virus FM1 and PR8. And to PR8, the old injection's effect is better at small dosage. Houttuynia Cordata Injection can improve the mice pneumonia caused by influenza virus H1N1 and decrease the lung index markedly. It has a remarkable preventive and therapeutic effect on H1N1 influenza virus in mice.

Objective The analysis of correlation between the occurrence of tourette syndrome with one-child family environment. Methods The authors investigated home environment of two groups. One group included 200 patients with tourette syndrome and is the other group included healthy children of the same age in 3 different primary and secondary schools. By comparing with the home environmental factors, parenting styles and parent emotional factors between two groups. Results The instabilities of home environment included bad family relationship, separation between parents, divorce, scolding and even beating children. It showed that anxiety of the direct supervisors among the sickness group were higher than healthy control group as well. Among the ten factors of the Family Environments Scale, the significant differences showed in six factors of affection,cohesion,expressiveness, conflict, intellectual-culture orientation, active-recreational orientation, organization between the two groups. Conclusion So we concluded that ①There is a correlation between the parents relations,parenting styles and the incidence of tourette syndrome; ②An anxiety of the direct supervisor may initiate, even aggravate the incidence of tourette syndrome; ③It is important to convert the education mode and take family overall treatment in order to reduce the incidence and improve the effectiveness of tourette syndrome.

Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor 2 receptor(IGF-2R)induced by hypoxia and serum deprivation(H/SD)in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes in vitro.Methods Cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were randomly divided into control group and H/SD group.Expression of IGF-2R mRNA was measured by RT-PCR and real time RT-PCR.Level of IGF-2R protein was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with control group,the expression of IGF-2R mRNA increased significantly (P ＜0.01)in cardiomyocytes cultured in H/SD condition for 12 h and 24 h,and IGF-2R protein was upregulated in cardiomyocytes cultured in H/SD condition for 24 h(P ＜0.05).Conclusion H/SD may induce IGF-2R expression,and IGF-2R may potentially explain the mechanism of cardiomyocyte damage induced by ischemia.
