AIM: To investigate the adsorption mechanism of pueraria on the molecular imprinting polywer(MIP) and Scatchard analysis was carried out. METHODS: Pueraria MIP was synthesized using pueraria as the template,acrylamide as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethaerylate(EDMA) as the crosslinker. RESULTS: The result showed that at least two classes of binding sites were formed in the imprinted polymer.Extracting compounds from Radix Pueraria was separated by MIP. CONCLUSION: The component of the products is analyzed by HPLC.The result shows that the final products contain pueraria and the other two kinds of isoflavone.

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating chronic renal faihire(CRF) with herbal enema by high buttock positon. Methods 100 patients with CRF were randomly re, cuffed into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with herbal enema by high buttock positon, and the control group was treated with activated carbon (Ai'xite), which were taken orally. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.6% and 50.0% respectively. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of treating CRF with herbal enema by high buttock position was better.

OBJECTIVE:To determine serum concentrations of phenbarbital(PB),phenytoin sodium(PHT),carbamazepine(CBZ)by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatograph(MEKC).METHODS:The determination was performed on elastic quartz column(37 cm?50 ?m)with barbital as internal standard.The buffer solution consisted of 10 mmol?L-1 phosphate sodium buffer-30 mmol?L-1 SDS sodium(micellar phase)-15% methanol at a constant voltage of 18 kV.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.RESULTS:The linear concentration ranges of PB and PHT were 2.5～80 ?g?mL-1,with detective concentration of 0.1 ?g?mL-1;the linear range and detective concentration of CBZ were 1～32 ?g?mL-1 and 0.2 ?g?mL-1,respectively.The average recoveries of the PB,PHT,and CBZ were 99.90%,99.91%,and 99.42%,respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and suitable for clinical monitoring of drug level and pharmaceutical study.

Objective:To explore the relationship between social support,well-being source and subjective well-being of city teachers.Methods:168 city teachers were measured by questionnaires of "Teacher's Well-being Source Scale" "Index of General Affect" "Life Satisfaction Scale" and "Teacher's Social Support Scale".Results:①Teacher's well-being source could predict teacher's subjective well-being.②Teacher's well-being source was a mediator factor between social support and subjective well-being.Conclusion:The social support from direct leader affect the subjective well-being with well-being source.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the content of thiomersal in hepatitis B vaccine. METHODS: The content of thiomersal in hepatitis B vaccine was determined by flow injection-hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were treated by reflux digestion method with 4% sulphuric acid as medium,0.5% potassium borohydride as reducing agent,and 0.5% sulphuric acid as supporting liquid. RESULTS: The linear range of thiomersal was 5.0～100 ?g?L-1,with an average recovery rate of 100.6%(RSD=0.89%) and the lowest detection limit of 1.00 ?g?L-1. CONCLUSION: The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and suitable for the determination of the content of thiomersal in hepatitis B vaccine.

ve To increase the analytical efficacy and the sensitivity of determination of trace chloroform and tetrachloro-methane in water. Methods Headspace solid phase microextraction (HSSPME) analysis was applied to replace the traditional headspace method in determination of trace chloroform and tetrachloro-methane in water. Results The lowest detection limits were 0.05?g/L for chloroform and 0.005?g/L for tetrachloro-methane respec-tively. The precisions and accuracies all accorded with the requirements of determination. Conclusion The method of HSSPME was easy and rapid to operate, revealed reliable and accurate results and good practicability. It also showed higher sensitivity without any organic solvent, compared with that of traditional headspace method.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare folic acid(FA)-loaded vincristine(VCR)nano liposome(VCR-nLip-FA)and to study its effects on human liver and lung cancer cells. METHODS:VCR-nLip-FA was prepared by ammonium sulfate gradient method,and particle size,Zeta-potential,encapsulation rate and release rate were investigated. Taking human liver cancer HepG2 cells and lung cancer A549 cells as example,uptake rate and inhibitory effect in vitro (5-80 μg/ml) were compared between VCR-nLip-FA and VCR-nLip. RESULTS:The particle size distribution,average particle size,average Zeta-potential,average encapsulation rate and 24 h accumulative release rate of VCR-nLip-FA were 98.1-159.0 nm,132.2 nm,-40.1 mV,(86.6±3.5)%(n=4)and(42.2± 2.6)%. Compared with VCR-nLip,there was no statistical significance in uptake rate of A549 cells to VCR-nLip-FA and inhibitory effect of VCR-nLip-FA on A549 cell viability (P>0.05);uptake rate of HepG2 cells to VCR-nLip-FA and inhibitory effect of VCR-nLip-FA on HepG2 cell viability increased significantly (P<0.01),in dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSIONS:Prepared VCR-nLip-FA can target anti-tumor drug to HepG2 cells efficiently,and highly inhibit the growth of HepG2 cells. But it has no higher effects on A549 cells.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance of determination of 20S proteasomal activities changes in circulating white blood cells (WBC) in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.MethodsThe 20S proteasomal activities in circulating WBC separated from 80 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were determined by 20S proteasome assay kit; the concentrations of interleukin-6(IL-6) in plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay method.The result was compared with that of 11 healthy volunteers.ResultsThe proteasomal activities in circulating WBC[(38.26 ±9.23),(101.85 ±27.63)pmol AMC/ ( s *mg pro) ] and concentrations of IL-6 [ (23.89 ± 6.76),(72.52 ± 20.71 ) ng/L ] of healthy volunteers and the patients with advanced gastric carcinoma had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.01 ).The proteasomal activities and the concentration of IL-6 were correlated with age,pathological type,weight changes,Karnofsky score and disease severe degree(P ＜ 0.01 );while they had no relationship with sex(P ＞ 0.05).Cox's proportional hazard regression model demonstrated that pathological type,Karnofsky score and proteasomal activities were the independent risk factors affecting the survival of patients with advanced gastric carcinoma (P ＜0.01 or ＜0.05).20S proteasomal activities and the concentration of IL-6 had positive correlation (r =0.691,P =0.000).ConclusionsThe proteasomal activites in circulating WBC and the concentration of IL-6 in plasma increase and are correlated with age,pathological type,weight changes,Karnofsky score and disease severe degree.Proteasomal activities in circulating WBC can be used as the prognostic reference factor of advanced gastric carcinoma.20S proteasomal activities and the concentration of IL-6 have positive correlation.

Objective To investigate renal interstitial fibrosis and the expression of inflammatory factor in mice kedney with the Unilateral Ureteral Obstruction(UUO).Methods Mice were randomly assigned to shame operation group (shame proup ), UUO group. The protein expression of?-SMA and Vimentin were assessed by immunohistochemistry and the protein expression of ICAM-1 were assessed by Western-blotting; MCP-1 mRNA were detected by using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction analyses(RT-PCR). Results In comparison with the shame group, the mRNA expression, protein levels of ?-SMA, Vimentin of UUO mice groups increased significantly. At the same timre, the protein expression ICAM-1 and the mRNA expression MCP-1 in UUO mice significantly higher than normal group.Conclusions Unilateral ureteral obstruction could induce the transdifferentiation of renal interstitial cells. It may partially related to the high expression of ICAM-1and MCP-1.

70%). TCD monitored the microembolic signals (MES) and cerebral blood flow of middle cerebral artery (MCA) using M-Mode before, after and during CAS. TCD and color ultrasound duplex were examined and new vascular events recorded during the following-up. Results Except a large numbers of MES arising from the recent contrast injection, the most MES were detected during the phase of predilation (MES number=116) and stent placement (MES number=135, 91, 113, 90, 106, 125). The MES count during the phase of postdilation was relatively reduced (MES number=8, 14, 37, 16). The most MES were characterized by high intensity and over-loading in TCD spectrum. MCA blood flow velocity varied predominantly in phases of predilation (Vsys/Vmean=46/31 to 76/54) and postdilation (Vsys/Vmean=40/26 to 74/49, 0/0 to 114/69, 35/24 to 116/71, 50/36 to 137/86). MES recorded in 2 patients prior to CAS disappeared in post-procedure. MCA blood flow velocity was enhanced or MCA pulsative index increased after CAS. No complications occurred. Tissue debris was collected in one filter device. During 3 to 19 months following-up, only one patient had a new vascular event of cerebral infarction located in the contralateral side of the CAS. Conclusions TCD monitoring might evaluate the microemboli and cerebral blood flow before, after and during CAS with filter devices. Filter devices might reduce embolization by preventing the bigger particulate microembolism into the distal part of the cerebral vessel without influencing cerebral blood flow. The gaseous and the smaller particulate microembolism unfiltrated should not result in clinical symptoms in most cases.
