Objective To investigate the effects of MTA1 knock down on migration and invasion of NPC cell 5-8F in vitro. Methods RNAi (Si-MTA1-01 and Si-MTA1-02) that can transiently silenced MTA1 was designed, synthesized and transfected into 5-8F cells by lipofectamine 2000. Control group (transfection with nonsense sequence) was also estab-lished. The efficiency of MTA1 depletion was determined by q-PCR and Western blot. Wound-healing assay ,Matrigel inva-sion assay and thesolid-phase adhesion assay were performed to investigate the effect of MTA1 knockdown on 5-8F cell me-tastasis. Results Transiently knock down of MTA1 decreased MTA1 transcription and expression in 5-8F cells compared to shRNA-con cells, showing by Real-time PCR and western blot. The invasion and migration of the cells transfected with siRNA-MTA1 were much weaker than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion silencing MTA 1 gene can effectively in-hibit the migration and invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell, and might be a promising target for NPC treatment.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(2):270-273
Objective:To separate and purify the immunoactive polysaccharide RTPS- I from Trichosanthis Radix and study the physicochemical properties and preliminary structure. Methods:The crude polysaccharides were extracted by water, and then precipita-ted by ethanol. After the deproteinization with trichloroacetic acid, the polysaccharide RTPS-I was separated and purified by using DE-AE-Cellulose, DEAE-Sepharose FF and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography. The analysis of properties and structure was per-formed by using GC, HPGPC, IR and NMR. Results:RTPS-I was a white flocculent solid after vacuum freeze-drying, and soluble in water. It contained three elements (carbon, hydrogen and oxygen) with the specific rotation [α]25D (H2O) of +164. 44 and the relative molecular mass of 17555. The glycosyl in RTPS- I was composed of glucose without uronic acid. The sugar ring was pyranoid ring, and each monosaccharide was linked by α-glycosidic bond. Conclusion: A homogeneous immunoactive polysaccharide RTPS- I from Trichosanthis Radix is isolated for the first time.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2020;36(2):141-146
Objective:
To explore the application and effect evaluation of the new teaching mode of medical nursing based on mobile teaching platform.
Methods:
Taking 110 nursing undergraduates from 2015 grade as the control group, 105 nursing undergraduates from 2016 grade were selected as the experimental group. On the basis of the traditional classroom teaching method, the "teaching online" mobile teaching platform was designed and constructed by using WeChat. At the same time, the instructors of internal science theory were invited to join the platform to simultaneously synchronize online teachers, teachers and students, and upload teaching resources. The final examination results of the two groups were compared, and the satisfaction of nursing undergraduates with the teaching of internal medicine nursing was investigated at the end of the semester, and the difference between the new teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode was demonstrated through a comparative study. At the same time, through questionnaires, we can understand the satisfaction of teachers and students in assisting teaching on mobile teaching platforms.
Results:
The teachers and students had a positive attitude towards the application of mobile teaching platform to assist teaching and platform functions. 6/7 of teachers and 94.3% (99/105) of students supported the promotion of this auxiliary teaching mode. All teachers and most students (92.4%, 97/105) evaluated the participation of teachers in internal medicine theory to improve the teaching effect. After the application of "teaching online" mobile teaching platform, the satisfaction of nursing undergraduates with internal medicine nursing teaching was obviously improved, the overall evaluation of teaching satisfaction in the control group and the experimental group were (4.00±0.42) and (4.83±0.42) points (
