Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(10):-
Objective To understand the effects of 17?-estradiol on MCF-7 cell proliferation and the regulation of estrogen receptor-related recepto(rERR?).Methods MCF-7 cells were treated with 17?-E2 at the doses of 10-12,10-11,10-10,10-9,10-8,10-7 and 10-6 mol/L for 24 h.Dimethyl sulfoxide were used as the solvent control.MTT method was used to determine inhibitory rate of MCF-7 proliferation, and the cells were treated with 17?-E2 at the doses of 10-10,10-9,10-8 and 10-7 mol/L for 24 h.RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression level of ERR?.Results Cell proliferation were promoted by exposure to 17?-E2 at the doses of 10-12,10-11,10-10,10-9,10-8,10-7 and 10-6 mol/L,the proliferation rate were 112.09%,122.09%,123.42%,120.46%,124.60% and 109.23% respectively, however, cell growth was inhibited at 10-6 mol/L of 17?-E2.The expression of ERR? in MCF-7 cells was upregulated at the doses of 10-10,10-9,10-8 and 10-7 mol/L when cells were treated with 17?-E2 for 24 h.Conclusion In certain dosage range, cell proliferation and expression of ERR? can be promoted by 17?-E2,which suggests that ERR? should play an important role in the process of MCF-7 cells growth.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To study the effects of prenatal exposure to low level lead on the physical and neuro-behavioral development of mice and the interaction between lead and zinc. Methods Kunming pregnant mice were provided with drinking water containing lead, zinc and lead-zinc jointly and respectively. The body weight of maternal mice, offspring's survival rate and body weight were observed. Neuro-behavioral development of offspring was assessed by observation of offspring's behavior performance. The levels of dopamine (DA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and malonaldehyde (MDA) in offspring's brains were measured. Results At the doses of lead and zinc which did not effect the increase of maternal body weight during pregnancy, the lead exposure group showed low survival rate, growth retardation and delay of physiological development and neonatal reflexes in the offspring, the levels of DA and MDA in offspring's brains increased compared with the control group. Offspring's low survival rate and growth retardation couldn't be antagonized by zinc, but equal mole as lead of zinc could inhibit the harmful effects on neuro-reflex development. Zinc could also inhibit the increase of DA and MDA levels in offspring's brains induced by lead . However joint exposure to lead and half dosage as much as lead of zinc could deteriorate the effects on delay of physical, neuro-behavioral development and accelerate the DA and 5-HT decompose compared with that in the lead exposure group. Conclusion The harmful effects on offspring's growth and neuro-behavioral development could be induced by prenatal exposure to low level of lead. The types of joint-effect of lead and zinc were different according to the concentration of zinc, which indicated that the zinc-lead interaction was very complicated and it should be very prudent to antagonize lead toxicity using zinc.

China Pharmacist 2014;(9):1486-1488
Objective:To optimize the ethanol extraction technology for Xiaoluo granules. Methods:The extraction technology for the ethanol dissolvable ingredients in 10 kinds of medicinal materials was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The weighted sum of ba-icalin content and the dry extract rate as the index, 4 influencing factors with 3 levels each were optimized by L9 (34 ) orthogonal table. Results:The optimal ethanol extraction conditions were as follows:the medicinal material was soaked by 10-fold 50% ethanol solution for 45min, and then extracted by heating reflux for 3 times with 1. 5h each time. Conclusion: The method can effectively extract the ethanol dissolvable ingredients in 10 kinds of medicinal materials, which can be used as the ethanol extraction technology for Xiaoluo granules.

Objective:
To analyze the research status, research hotspots and its changing trends of diabetes management in China.
Methods:
We searched the databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP to collect literature about diabetes management until December 7th of 2019;counted the number of published articles and journals;plotted the co-occurrence maps of authors and institutions, and time zone map of keywords by CiteSpace software,so as to analyze the research status, research hotspots and its changing trends of diabetes management.
Results :
A total of 8 435 articles were included, and the number of the articles was increasing year by year. The largest number,8 141 (96.51%) of published articles lay in the period from 2009 to 2019. The articles published in 826 journals,13 of which were in the core area. Diabetes New World published the largest number,419 (4.97%) of articles. Lou Qingqing was the author with the most articles published (26,accounting for 0.31%). Shanghai Jiao Tong University,West China Hospital of Sichuan University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University ranked the top three in articles published, with 70 articles accounting for 0.83%. The keywords that appeared more frequently were self-management,health education, blood glucose management, gestational diabetes, health management, community management and nursing management. The more centralized keywords were self-management,health education, gestational diabetes and community management. Self-management and health education had always been research hotspots. Family doctors and mobile health were new directions in recent years.
Conclusions
The volume of domestic articles on diabetes management has been increasing. Self-management and health education has always been hotspots, meanwhile, family doctor and mobile health have become new hotspots of diabetes management research.

Shanghai began to strengthen the community health service system in 1997 , and had officially en-tered the period of “connotation construction” with the core policy of family doctor system in 2011 after the period of“service framework and network establishment” and“operational mechanism reform”. Through summarizing the poli-cy files related the family doctor system and based on 2013 report on monitoring and evaluation of family doctor system in Shanghai, the paper presented the progress of the system from aspects of system coverage, signature relationship, service mode and operational mechanism, and analyzed the development bottlenecks of the system from aspects of the policy itself, service principal, service supervision and service objects. Finally, the paper proposed some suggestions in order to give some references for further development of national general practitioner system.
