Abnormal auditory responses is one of the common features in autism. The characteristics and pathogenesis of the abnormality is not quite clear. The results of electrophysiological hearing evaluation ( i. e,brainstem auditory evoked potentials, otoacoustic emissions) in autistic children are inconsistent. The abnormal aduitory responses may contribute to the poor social interaction and communication in autism.

Objectlve To investigate recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with T-cell subsets and related eytokines change.Methods Choose meet the RRTI diagnostic criteria for children and healthy infants,application APAAP double antibody ELISA method and the sandwich method ty detect RRTI other healthy infants and children with the T-lymphocyte subsets and cytokines interferon γ(IFN-γ),interleuldn 10(IL-IO),interleukin 6 (IL-6)levels,and compared,Results Children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of T lymphocyte subsets CD+3,CD+4decreased co;increased serum IL-6(2.5±1.6 ku/L),IL-10(3.1±2.4 ku/L)and IFN-γ(12.6±6.4μg/L)levels were significantly below the healthy group(6.8±4.7 ku/L、7.4±3.5 ku/L、21.5±9.7μg/L)(P＜0.01).Conclusion The boay of the RRTI children humoral and cellular immune existed varying degrees of functional defects.

A femail patient was presented to our department for a dark red painless mass in the left auricle, which has progressively enlarged for one year. Pathological examination revealed granuloma change. Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA test was positive. Tuberculin test revealed strong positive reaction. This case was diagnosed as tuberculous granuloma.

Objective:To construct secreted chimeric vector of AFP-HSP70 and investigate transient expression of vectors in eukaryotic cells.Methods:Vectors were constructed by routine molecular technique.Fusion genes were linked with G-S-G-G-S linker.Vectors were transfected into COS-7 cells by Lipofectamine 2000. Proteins were assayed by immunocytochemistry and RT-PCR for its RNA.Results:Proteins expressed in COS-7 were comfirmed by immunocytochemistry 48 hours later and RNA was detected by RT-PCR.Conclusion:AFP-HSP70 chimeric vector is constructed successfully and could be expressed in eukaryotic cells.

Objective: we investigated the biological effects of exogenous S100A6 on osteosarcoma cell line U2OS and explored its possible mechanism. Methods:MTT assay was used to determine S100A6 influence on U2OS cells proliferation and their conce ntration-dependent relationship. The trypan blue exclusion assay was used to observe S100A6 inhibitory effect on U2OS cells proliferation in a time-dependent manner;Hoechst staining was used to determine cell apoptosis;Western blot and immunocytochemical methods to determine expressions of cyto-?-catenin. Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing in perioper-ative period of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 60 patients with femoral neck frac-ture operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 pa-tients in each group.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given whole course nursing.Health knowledge,postoperative comfort,pain,rehabilitation en-thusiasm and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results Postoperative com-fort scores in the physiological,psychological,social environment,cultural aspects in the observa-tion group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistical significant (P<0.05).Health knowledge score and rehabilitation enthusiasm in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,the degree of pain and length of hospitalization time were less than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Whole course nursing can increase the health knowledge of femoral neck patients and improve postoperative comfort.

Objective To explore the characteristics and drug resistance of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection.Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection were analyzed retrospectively.Results It showed that 65 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia mainly came from sputum sample [75.4％(49/65)] and were highly resistant to many kinds of antimicrobial agents,of which the resistance rate to carbapenems,β-lactames was above 60％ and the sensitive rate to moxifloxacin,ethoprin-sulfamethoxazole and ticarcillin/clavulanic was above 70％.Conclusion Clinical practices should pay more attention to the high resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection,which might result in pulmonary tuberculosis,and prescribe antibiotics rationally according to the drug sensitive test.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lobaplatin combined with docetaxel in the treatment of the recurrent ovarian carcinoma. Methods: We collected 31 patients who diagnosed as recurrent ovarian carcinoma according to the histopathology or cytology from Tumor Hospital of Hunan Province from January 2011 to January 2013. The patients received cisplatin-based chemotherapy or carboplatin-based chemotherapy before the combined chemotherapy of docetaxel and lobaplatin. For patients with the recurrence, they received a treatment at a dose of 80 mg/m2 for docetaxel on day 1 and a dose of 30 mg/m2 for lobaplatin on day 2, which lasted for 21 days as a treatment cycle. hTe patients received 6-cycletreatment at most. Results: A total of 153 cycles of chemotherapy were given to 31 patients, with a median of 4 (2–6) cycles. Three patients showed complete response, 11 partial response, 2 stable disease, and 15 progressive disease. hTe objective response rate (ORR) was 45.16% (95% CI, 26.61%–63.72%), and the disease control rate (DCR) was 51.63% (95% CI, 32.98%–70.25%). The median progression-free survival was 7 months (95% CI, 4.27–9.73 months). For the toxic and side effects among the 31 patients, the numbers of the grade 3, grade 2, and grade 1 leukopenia were 1, 8, and 13, respectively. Meanwhile, 18 were grade 1–2 neutropenia, 17 grade 1–2 anemia, and 2 grade 1 thrombocytopenia. At the same time, alimentary canal reaction followed by nausea and vomiting was relatively modest and could be controlled. hTe serious damage of hepatic-renal function was not found. Conclusion: The chemotherapy of lobaplatin combined with docetaxel is effective on recurrent and refractory ovarian cancer with low side effects, which has advantages over the second-line chemotherapy protocols.
