Objectlve To investigate recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with T-cell subsets and related eytokines change.Methods Choose meet the RRTI diagnostic criteria for children and healthy infants,application APAAP double antibody ELISA method and the sandwich method ty detect RRTI other healthy infants and children with the T-lymphocyte subsets and cytokines interferon γ(IFN-γ),interleuldn 10(IL-IO),interleukin 6 (IL-6)levels,and compared,Results Children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of T lymphocyte subsets CD+3,CD+4decreased co;increased serum IL-6(2.5±1.6 ku/L),IL-10(3.1±2.4 ku/L)and IFN-γ(12.6±6.4μg/L)levels were significantly below the healthy group(6.8±4.7 ku/L、7.4±3.5 ku/L、21.5±9.7μg/L)(P＜0.01).Conclusion The boay of the RRTI children humoral and cellular immune existed varying degrees of functional defects.

Abnormal auditory responses is one of the common features in autism. The characteristics and pathogenesis of the abnormality is not quite clear. The results of electrophysiological hearing evaluation ( i. e,brainstem auditory evoked potentials, otoacoustic emissions) in autistic children are inconsistent. The abnormal aduitory responses may contribute to the poor social interaction and communication in autism.

A femail patient was presented to our department for a dark red painless mass in the left auricle, which has progressively enlarged for one year. Pathological examination revealed granuloma change. Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA test was positive. Tuberculin test revealed strong positive reaction. This case was diagnosed as tuberculous granuloma.

Objective: we investigated the biological effects of exogenous S100A6 on osteosarcoma cell line U2OS and explored its possible mechanism. Methods:MTT assay was used to determine S100A6 influence on U2OS cells proliferation and their conce ntration-dependent relationship. The trypan blue exclusion assay was used to observe S100A6 inhibitory effect on U2OS cells proliferation in a time-dependent manner;Hoechst staining was used to determine cell apoptosis;Western blot and immunocytochemical methods to determine expressions of cyto-?-catenin. Results:We found that ,on the first three days,OD values in cells subjected to the recombinant protein S100A6(GST-S100A6)with the concentrations of 30,100,300 and 1 000?g/ml respectively were obviously lower than those in the GST group,by 20.5%,23.7%,32.2% and 36.8% accordingly(P

Objective:To construct secreted chimeric vector of AFP-HSP70 and investigate transient expression of vectors in eukaryotic cells.Methods:Vectors were constructed by routine molecular technique.Fusion genes were linked with G-S-G-G-S linker.Vectors were transfected into COS-7 cells by Lipofectamine 2000. Proteins were assayed by immunocytochemistry and RT-PCR for its RNA.Results:Proteins expressed in COS-7 were comfirmed by immunocytochemistry 48 hours later and RNA was detected by RT-PCR.Conclusion:AFP-HSP70 chimeric vector is constructed successfully and could be expressed in eukaryotic cells.

Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing in perioper-ative period of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 60 patients with femoral neck frac-ture operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 pa-tients in each group.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given whole course nursing.Health knowledge,postoperative comfort,pain,rehabilitation en-thusiasm and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results Postoperative com-fort scores in the physiological,psychological,social environment,cultural aspects in the observa-tion group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistical significant (P<0.05).Health knowledge score and rehabilitation enthusiasm in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,the degree of pain and length of hospitalization time were less than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Whole course nursing can increase the health knowledge of femoral neck patients and improve postoperative comfort.

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating chronic renal faihire(CRF) with herbal enema by high buttock positon. Methods 100 patients with CRF were randomly re, cuffed into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with herbal enema by high buttock positon, and the control group was treated with activated carbon (Ai'xite), which were taken orally. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.6% and 50.0% respectively. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of treating CRF with herbal enema by high buttock position was better.

Objective To analyze thoroughly the related dates in internal and external hospital through data warehouse system.The valuable information is obtained to provide accurate and user-friendly decision support for the hospital.Methods The overall framework of data warehouse system and its key aspects are discussed with using Analysis Services tools for the design of the specific data warehouse system.Results To the HIS data sources and the specific needs of hospital data warehouse,many kinds of themes are designed including the patients component analysis,the component analysis of patients cost,the single disease analysis,cost-benefit analysis and comparative analysis of costs over the same period.Conclusion The data technology has reference value that promotes the application of data warehouse theory in hospital.

Three problems about the concept of validity were discussed here,which is the evolution of concept of validity and its existing problems,a new understanding of validity and how to construct validity.During the development of the concept of validity,content validity,predictive validity,construct validity as well as concurrent validity were prevailing until the emergence of construct validity in which all aspects of validity were involved.To date,the bias we put on the concept of validity were mainly originated from the way by which we have taken concept of validity as a nomological network.Actually,the concept of validity is a ontological claim which is seriously based on reference and causality.We should establish a theory hypothesis,form a test,and confirm the measure attribute,so we could obtain the validity.
