Objective To establish a technical process for the separation of octopamine.MethodsTaking the absorptive capacity and elution efficiency of octopamine as indexes, the absorption characteristics and elution parameters of separation with macroporous resin were investigated. Results The static adsorption capacity of H103 type macroporous resin was 2.925mg g-1.The static elution ratio was 98.04%.Conclusion H103 type macroporous resin is effective to separate the octopamine and improve the flavour of fish sauce.

Objective To investigate the imaging features and preoperative staging value of ultrasonic endoscopy and gastrointestinal ultrasonic contrast in the gastric carcinoma examination. Methods One hundred and sixty eight patients with gastric carcinoma verified by operation and pathology in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2015 werecollected. Then their imageological data including ultrasonic endoscopy and gastrointestinal ultrasonic contrast examinations were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the postoperative pathological results. Results The accuracy rate of preoperative T staging in ultrasonic endoscopy was significantly higher than that of gastrointestinal ultrasonic contrast, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);the accuracy rate of preoperative N/M staging in gastrointestinal ultrasonic contrast was s1gnificantly higher than that in ultrasonic endoscopy, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrsonic endoscopy and gastrointestinal ultrasonic contrast have different advantages and values in preoperative staging:ultrasonic endoscopy has higher accuracy rate in the diagnosis of primary gastric carcinoma;gastrointestinal ultrasonic contrast is better in diagnosing metastasis of gastric carcinoma, moreover which shows the consistency with postoperative pathological staging.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of Kawasaki disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 272 children diagnosed as Kawasaki disease from 2002 to 2006.Clinical data, laboratory findings and auxiliary examination results were collected for these patients. Results The male-to-female ratio Was 2.58:1.Onset ages between 1 to 3 years accounted for 59.2%of patients.Of these patients,100%had a fever for more than 5 days,76.1%transient polymorphous exanthema,74.6% bilateral conjunctival hyperemia,47.8%flare and fissure on the oral lip,58.5%strawberry tongue,22.8% firm swelling of hands and feet as well as flushing of palms and soles,3 1.2%subacute desquamation at the junctional site between nail bed and skin,36%cervical lymphadenopathy.Laboratory findings showed a significant increase in the count of peripheral blood leukocytes and pefipheral blood platelets as well as erythrocyte sedimentation rate in 80.5%,87.5%and 96.2% of Patients,respectively.Additionally,81.6%of these patients were positive for C reactive protein and the frequency of coronary aaery involvement was 54.3%.All patients were treated with aspirin, and high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin was given to 258 patients.Fever relieved and the condition was controlled in all patients with an average hospitalization period of 8.9 days. Conclusions Kawasaki disease should be suspected in Patients with exanthematous lesions, fever lasting for more than 5 days and poor response to antibiotic therapy.Peripheral blood platelet count and cardiac ultrasound are of great value in the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease.Aspirin iS the first choice in treating Kawasaki disease, and adjunctive high-dose intravennous immunoglobulin treatment may facilitate the quick control offever.

Objective To discuss the influence hand hygiene intervention on general ICU acquired methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection and its improvement. Methods Hand Hygiene Cognition Questionnaire that passed the reliability and validity test was used to compare the change of cognition on hand hygiene of medical staff. According to the results of the questionnaire, the intervention was carried out by continuous intensive training. The compliance with hand hygiene of medical staff was observed by monitoring equipment in the ward. Implementation status and effect of hand hygiene of medical staff on duty were examined randomly each month. At the same time MRSA infection rate of patients in comprehensive ICU was monitored in the same period. The relationship between hand hygiene compliance and MRSA infection rate was analyzed. Results The score of medical staff of cognition of hand hygiene was (41.70±3.67) points before the intervention, while the score was (44.10±3.55) points after the intervention. The difference had statistical significance (t=24.37, P<0.01). The correct rate of hand washing, positive rate of bacterial culture in hand, hand hygiene compliance and infection rate of MRSA of patients in comprehensive ICU were 68.75%, 14.58%, 66.90%, 12.90% respectively before the intervention. The correct rate of hand washing, positive rate of bacterial culture in hand, hand hygiene compliance and infection rate of MRSA of patients in comprehensive ICU were 88.54%, 3.12%, 74.14%, 3.10% respectively after the intervention. The difference had statistical significance (χ2=7.809-24.520, P<0.01). Conclusions Questionnaires with high credibility reviews could better identify issues in hand hygiene compliance, and sustained, reinforcing intervention measures could improve the compliance of hand hygiene; Good hand hygiene practice of medical and nursing staff contributes to controlling MRSA infection rates in general ICU.

2', 3', 5'-Tri-O-acetyl-N6-(3-hydroxylaniline)adenosine (WS070117) is a derivative compound of natural product cordycepin. It has significant lipids regulating activity and low toxicity which has been proved by in vitro and in vivo experiments. In this study, 1H NMR-based metabolomics was used to investigate the dose-related effects of WS070117 on hyperlipidemia of high-fat-fed hamsters. The hyperlipidemic hamsters were administrated with six different doses of WS070117, including 3, 12, 50, 100, 200 and 400 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1). 1H NMR spectra of hamster serum were visually and statistically analyzed using two multivariate analyses: principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA). As a result, WS070117-treated groups showed dose-related regulation of metabolites associated with lipid metabolism, choline metabolism and glucose metabolism. The dose of 3 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1) of WS070117 only exhibited a little lipids regulating activity. However, the doses of 12 and 50 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1) of WS070117 both regulated the contents of metabolites to reverse significantly toward normal levels. When the dose of WS070117 reached 100 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1), it was more effective than positive control drugs. The work suggested that NMR-based metabolomics might be a valuable approach to evaluate dose-related effects of lipids regulating compounds.
