Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(5):34-35
Objective To know the influence of intervention on rehaemorrhagia and prognosis of patients with clipping intraerania]aneurysn. Methods Divided 168 patients with clipping intracranial a-neurysm into the observation group (86 cases) and the control group (82 cases) randomly. Perioperative nursing of prospectivity was used in the observation group, while routine nursing cares was used in the con-trol group. Compared the GOS scores and condition of rehaemorrhagia. Results The incidence rate of rehaemorrhagia, cerebral angiospasm, dead and electrolyte disturbances in the observation group was significant lower than those of in the control group, there were 79.1% patients in the observation group had occurred proper rehabilitation, the radio in the control group was 63.4%, the difference was signifi-cant. Conclusions Perioperative nursing of prospectivity can effective avoid certain postoperative com-plicatioas, and then ameliorate the prognosis of patients.

OBJECTIVE To study on control measures of surgical site infection.METHODS By forward-looking survey methodology, surgical patients(including obstetrics) with surgical incision infection were investigated.RESULTS The highest infection rate(2.67%) were found in patients with surgical trauma to the largest, longest operation time, coronary artery bypass grafting. In 11 cases surgical site infections, only 1 case were given antibiotics before anesthesia,10 cases were administrated antibiotics post operation more than 4 days. The correct rate of preoperative and postoperative usage of antibiotics was only 9.09%.The size of surgical trauma, operative time, perioperative usage of antibiotics were related to the infection rate.CONCLUSIONS Target monitoing of the surgical site infection can decrease the infection rate.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2000;0(06):-
Objective To study the effects of estrogen on the cultured osteoclasts in vitro. Methods The acid phosphatase (ACP) and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) activities were measured kinetically and the introcellular hydrogen ions were calculated with the confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM). The area and number of the resorption pits were determined with the Leica Quantimet 500 system. Bone resorption pits were observed with scanning electronicmicroscope. Results With the estrogen concentration increased, the ACP and TRAP activities decreased from (1 69?0 13) U/L and (1 60?0 14) U/L to (1 16?0 31) U/L and (0 93?0 34) U/L, respectively (experiment group vs control group, P

We have been in charge of the teaching of the curriculum of Obstetrics & Gynecology for foreign students from Pakistan since the year of 2005,and hitherto there have been two grades of foreign students who have received this course. We have accumulated some experience through the practice of teaching, and discovered some shortcomings and problems, which are summarized as three respects:teachers and equipment, study of students, and cooperation of patients. In allusion to the shortcomings and problems,we think that we should take measures and make improvement in the respects of teachers, students, patients and so on,in order to improve the quality of the teaching for foreign students in our school.

Objective To evaluate the effect of fluvastatin on the tubule function of the patients with the nephrotic syndrome. Methods Fifty two patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group at random ,all patients were treated with the standard therapies and fluvastatin was added to the experimental group.Plasma albumin, serum cretinine, serum lipid profiles,24hr urinal protein and urinary RBP were examined before treatment and after 8 weeks in all patients. Results The levels of TG,LDL,CH,urinary RBP,urinary protein after 8 weeks of the treatment were significant lowered than those before the treatment (P

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the feasibility and the short-term efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of uterine malignant tumors. Methods Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy was performed in 25 cases of cervical cancer and 24 cases of endometrial cancer from February 2003 to March 2005 in this hospital.Of the 49 cases,a selective paraaortic lymphadenectomy was carried out in 5 cases. Results All the operations were successfully performed under laparoscope except for 1 case of conversion to open surgery. The operating time was 190?45 min,the blood loss during operation was 172?99 ml,and the number of excised lymph nodes was 17?6.Surgical complications occurred in 8 cases(8/49,16%),including 1 case of bladder injury,1 case of internal iliac vein injury,3 cases of urinary retention,1 case of vesicovaginal fistula(VVF) at the 6 postoperative month, and 2 cases of lymphatic cyst.Follow-up observations were carried out for 1~12 months in 21 cases,12~24 months in 17 cases, and 24~27 months in 4 cases. No recurrence was seen. Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of uterine malignant tumors is safe and feasible and offers significant short-term effects.

AIM: To investigate the expression and the significance of β-catenin and Cyclin D1 in gliomas. METHODS: The SABC immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of β-catenin and Cyclin D1 in 49 brain gliomas and 5 normal brain tissues. RESULTS: The β-catenin positive ratio in normal brain tissues and glioma samples are 2/5 and 38/49(P<0.01) respectively, and the Cyclin D1 positive ratio in normal brain tissues and gliomas are 1/5 and 42/49(P<0.01); Compared with the normal brain tissue, both the immunohistochemical expression of β-catenin and Cyclin D1 were up-regulated(P<0.05), and the expression of β-catenin and Cyclin D1 between the normal brain tissues and gliomas exhibited significantly difference (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: β-catenin and Cyclin D1 increased in gliomas may be precipitate the tumorigenesis of glioma.

OBJECTIVE To study the existence of integron and metallo-?-lactamase in Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in our hospital.METHODS The antibiotic susceptibility was tested by K-B method. The genomic DNA and their plasmids were extracted. The integron and metallo-?-lactamase gene were amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).RESULTS L1 and L2 genes were amplified in chromosomes and plasmids.Integrons Ⅰ and Ⅱ were detected in genomic DNA.CONCLUSIONS Existence of metallo-?-lactamase is one of reasons of multi-drug resistance in S.maltophilia.S.maltophilia can receive integrons and gain its multi-drug resistance from other strains.
