Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Objective:To help hospitals at different levels develop and provide patients with high-quality medical services. Methods: Primary data were gathered through face-to-face surveys with questionnaires employed.Totally 195 questionnaires and 134 valid questionnaires were collected.Analysis of variance,independent-sample test, and cross-table combining z-test were used to complete data analysis. Results: Research outcome indicates there is no significant difference in outpatients' satisfaction level among hospitals at different levels, similar to outpatients' loyalty level. There are different affecting factors on outpatients' recommendation and satisfaction. Conclusion: Hospitals should be clear of patients' satisfaction level, evaluate patients' loyalty objectively, and make great effort on patients' concerning aspects.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Objective:To explore the influencing factors on outpatients′ satisfaction of medical service. Methods: 195 samples coming from 5 provinces: Shandong,Hebei,Liaoning,Heilongjiang and Jilin province, and Tianjin City were all from the outpatients′ pupulation within a year, and were investigated with questionnaires. The data were collected by face-to-face survey, and totally 134 valid questionnaires were gathered. We use the following methods to complete data analysis: independent sample t-test,and analysis of variance, analysis of correlation, expecting to find the personal factors to affect outpatient satisfaction. Results: research outcome indicates that gender has no effect on outpatient′s satisfaction;while indexes as age and education level have significant influence.

OBJECTIVETo explore the molecular biology mechanism of acupuncture on improving immune function damage induced by chemotherapy in cancer-bearing mice.
METHODSSeventy-two mice (36 mice in 3-day treatment and 5-day treatment, respectively) which were successfully made into cancer-bearing model were divided into a blank group, a model group, an acupuncture group and a moxibustion group by stratified randomization method, 9 mice in each one. Except for the mice in the blank group, the remaining mice were treated with intra-peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (CTX, 150 mg/kg), to establish the cancer-bearing mice of CTX. The mice in the blank group were treated with intraperitoneal injection of 0.9% NaCl (identical dose as other groups). After 4 h, the mice in the acupuncture group and moxibustion group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at "Dazhui" (GV 14), "Geshu" (BL 17), "Shenshu" (BL 23), "Zusanli" (ST 36), once a day. The mice in the blank group and model group were treated with immobilization and fixation during the same time. On the next day of the end of 3-day and 5-day treatment, the sample was collected. The ELISA method was applied to measure the contents of IL-12 and TNF-α in spleen of all the mice.
RESULTSAfter 3-day and 5-day treatment, compared with the blank group, the contents of IL-12 and TNF-α in spleen in the model group were reduced (all P < 0.05); compared with the model group, the contents of IL-12 and TNF-α in spleen in the acupuncture group and moxibustion group were increased (all P < 0.05), but the content of IL-12 and TNF-α in the acupuncture group was not different from that in the moxibustion group (both P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONAcupuncture and moxibustion could effectively increase the contents of IL-12 and TNF-α in spleen of CTX cancer-bearing mice, which could relieve chemotherapy-induced immune function damage to improve immune function.

Objective To observe the impacts of acupuncture and moxibustion on kelch like epichlorohydrin related protein 1(Keap1)and nuclear factor E2 related factor 2(Nrf2)signal pathway in kidney tissue of cisplatin(DDP)-induced kidney injury model mice, and to explain the protective mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on improving kidney injury caused by DDP.Methods Forty SPF male KM rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 10 rats in each group. One day before the start of treatment, the three groups of mice outside the blank group were intraperitoneally injected with cisplatin 10 mg·kg-1 according to their body weight, and the blank group was injected with the same dose of 0.9%NaCl solution. The model was established 24 hours later. Both acupuncture group and moxibustion group selected"Dazhui"(GV14),"Ganshu"(BL18),"Shenshu"(BL23)and"Zusanli(Housanli)"(ST36)for acupuncture and moxibustion respectively, once a day for 5 days. The other two groups were fixed every day without treatment. After fasting for 1 day,the contents of BUN,Scr,CysC and NGAL in serum and Keap1 and Nrf2 in renal tissue were detected by ELISA;Western blot and Real-time PCR were used to detect the protein expression and gene transcription of Keap1 and Nrf2 in the kidney tissue of mice in each group. Results Compared with the blank group, the content of Keap1 protein, protein expression and relative expression of mRNA in the model group increased(P<0.05),the content of Nrf2 protein, protein expression decreased(P<0.05),Nrf2 relative expression of mRNA increased(P<0.05);Compared with the model group, the content of Keap1 protein, the expression of Keap1 protein and the relative expression of Keap1 mRNA in the kidney of mice in the acupuncture and moxibustion groups decreased(P<0.05);Nrf2 protein content, protein expression and relative mRNA expression increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the renal function of DDP renal injury model mice and enhance their antioxidant stress ability,so as to improve the renal injury caused by DDP chemotherapy. Its mechanism may be related to Keap1/Nrf2 signal pathway.
